Deb is an absolute gem! Love her! Both times I went in she went above and beyond to help me while helping others in the store and answering the phone. I was also lucky enough to get my both pair of glasses in less than 30 min. I’ll definitely be back again.

I really like Eye Mart Express. The day I went they were really slammed because another Eye Mart Express across town has an equipment breakdown and could not make glasses. The team at the Cedar Park location stepped up and handled the overflow. The staff remained calm and pleasant through the whole episode. I did have to wait overnight for my glasses...but I am very happy with the final results.

I wish I had started getting my glasses here years ago! I have been paying exorbitant prices for my progressives for years. Even with insurance! After my annual eye exam with a new optometrist, I was quoted a price for my glasses that prompted me to get my prescription and try Eyemart Express instead. For less than half of what the optometrist office quoted, I got two pairs of progressives. And they were ready in an hour! The service was awesome and efficient. I was shown all the extras and their costs upfront and allowed to decide whether I wanted them... without pressure! I decided to ditch many of those this time, because over the years I have not found them worth the extra cost. Overall, great experience and I love my new glasses!

I was skeptical going in because Id purchased new glasses less than 3 months ago and they just did not allow me to see as well as I should be able to.I saw the very low advertised prices, that along with the in-house lab and 1 hour turnaround convinced me to give them a shot.Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was crazy busy dealing with multiple customers at once. My only criticism is that they should have more staff, having said that Jennifer was really efficient and got things done.I ended up having to pay a little more than I was hoping but I got 2 very nice pairs of glasses that seem to be very well made, more importantly in able to see like I should.When all was said and done I got a great product, great service and really good value for my money.Id highly recommend these guys.

This was my first experience with Eyemart Express. I was able to walk in with my two prescriptions (regular distance and distance sunglasses) from an optometrist and associate Ashley was super personable, taking the time to review what my insurance plan would cover, listened to what style frames I wanted, understood and respected my price point, and helped me get everything selected efficiently.The frames I got were a great price and one was additionally on sale. The overall total cost still felt like more than I expected because of the protecting coatings but I still saved a lot, especially since I was buying two pairs at once. I was told one pair would be done in a few hours and the other in two days. By the time I arrived home 30 minutes after leaving the store, I received texts that BOTH pairs were ready.In respect to COVID, the store and its employees were very conscientious -- clients are given a tray for all glasses touched or tried on to be disinfected once finished. Wearing masks is enforced. Their website is very helpful for viewing frames before entering the store or glasses can even be selected entirely online.Thankful to Eyemart Express Cedar Park for making the entire process easy, stress-free, and way faster than I expected!

I definitely recommend the Eyemart Express located in Cedar Park on Whitestone!! The staff was very pleasant while helping my 13y/o son and I purchase his new glasses! The store got pretty busy at one point and I was amazed at how the two women working juggled everything and everyone! My son absolutely loves his new glasses and the best part is that the glasses were ready in 1 hour!!

I have to tell you I usually never leave reviews, but I just had the most AWESOME experience with Ashley at the Cedar Park location! She is professional, kind, knowledgeable. I had some issues when I walked in (a broken pair, and 2 pair needing new lenses) and all were ordered/fixed in less than an hour. The staff at Eyemart Express in Cedar Park were great! They were short on staff the day I went in, and there were several people ahead of me, but they still went out of their way to serve us promptly and yet without feeling rushed.I worked with both Charlie and Zo, and they were patient with me in trying on and choosing my frames. I went in on a Friday and returned the next Monday to pick up my glasses. When they saw me arrive, Charlie quickly served me knowing I was there only to pick up my glasses.I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the prices or the quality! And, glasses done in two days was awesome!I have purchased my glasses in the past through COSTCO, Walmart and other ‘specialty’ glasses stores, but the service and quality and fair prices of Eyemart Express beats them all.You won’t be disappointed choosing them for all your family glasses needs. I had an outstanding experience with eyemart. I have never had glasses before so I knew nothing about the process. The people at Eyemart were professional and courteous. They walked me through the entire process and helped me get two great pairs of glasses. I highly recommend this place.

General Manager Charlie is fantastic!!! Stayed late to finish taking care of us. Very gentle but extremely helpful in both functional recommendations as well as stylistic suggestions. He Helped both my wife and I found choices we like even more that what we picked out originally. Caring guy. Very competent at measurements and discussing trade offs on lens types. Great Options and specials as well. Got a 3rd pair at 70% off under current special. Good frame selection. That’s probably the only thing that could be improved, but all the other pluses are worth more. There are over 2000 frames so you can probably find what you like. If you want a local business run by excellent and personable local team, this place is great.

Unfortunately I was not asked what kind of lens needed replacing in my 94 yr old Mothers current frame And found out (after we arrived) that it was a 3 hr wait to make lined bifocals; Also, we were charged $10 extra to change the lens in her current frame (not purchased from them!). We would not have gone there had we known those 2 factors in advance. The day prior, I called and spoke to a female staff member who was told we were keeping our frame which was purchased elsewhere. We Did Not Get Her Name. Mistake!If you need to park handicap to use a ramp, the closest ramp is several doors down so this place isn’t handicap friendly.And I just picked up the eyeglasses, left the store, got less than a mi away, looked at them and noticed the Missing nose piece hadn’t been replaced and the Broken nose piece hadn’t been replaced. Returned and had them replaced! Don’t go there!!

My daughter got GREAT SERVICE and BEAUTIFUL eyeglasses @ EYEMART EXPRESS!! (Wed originally stopped in to check out their frames & contact prices, before making a 6 hr. Drive back home!) She had her Eye RX w/ her, but upon finding 2 perfect frames- she asked could they mail the glasses (A. Yes- but they put in her order in and had the glasses PERFECTED/ READY- in LESS THAN an hour!!Im NEXT!!

From my 1st phone call to them to leaving with new glasses, everyone was so friendly and polite, and still fun. I ended up getting 2 pair with a special they had, and they were done in 26 minutes! WOW! So glad I went there, and a special shout out to Sarah for wonderful service!

Went to this location after failed attempts to receive acceptable customer service at the Round Rock location. The Cedar Park location provided excellent customer service even when they were busy.

We went in and were greeted and assisted immediately. Andrea was very thorough at explaining options and costs. She was also extremely patient while I made my selections. The glasses were ready ahead of the promised delivery time (which is the same day!!!) and she made sure they fit to my satisfaction before I left. It was clear that customer satisfaction was their primary goal and she wanted to ensure I was comfortable with my new eyeglasses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new glasses !!

I recently moved to the area and have not had time to find a new optometrist. I lost my only pair of glasses and was in desperate need of a new pair. I called Eyemart Express in Cedar Park and they referred me to an optometrist that could see me immediately. I got the eye exam and took the prescription to Eyemart Express. They had a great selection of frames at what I thought was a very reasonable price range. Sarah, the sales associate, was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of picking the lenses and making adjustments, and she was cute as well! After I paid the bill, they said they would text me when my glasses were ready. I got the text 51 minutes later. The glasses were perfect and it wasn’t that much of a hit on my wallet. I highly recommend Eyemart Express and will definitely use them again.

After reading other good customer comments I decided todo a walk in, first for my exam and then next door for my glasses. I really was pleased with the service and care that I received in both areas. Extra pleased that my progressive lenses were completed within a couple hours instead of having to send them out and wait several weeks! Very happy with my whole experience! Thank you

The price for eye glasses seem reasonable and the turnaround time is really quick. If you need something custom it will take more time but that is to be expected. The reason for the 3 stars is because I went in there to pick up my glasses and while the staff was helping other people I dont think it unreasonable to just take a quick moment to hand me my glasses and I will leave. Glasses were already paid for. Also, when I walked in I let them know I was there to pick up my glasses and they said they would be with right with me. Instead, I waited there for 10 minutes with no one assisting me...all I wanted to do was pick up my glasses...would take 30 secs to hand them to me. Ridiculous!!

I SHOPPED and SHOPPED for glasses. Eye mart Express in Cedar Park far exceeded my expectations! I ended up buying two pairs of glasses (not the buy one-get one deal). Those two pairs of glasses (I have to have progressives) were cheaper than any single pair anywhere else - including the Eyemart Express in Round Rock! The Eyemart Express in Cedar Park has a great selection of frames and their staff were phenomenal! Don’t waste your time anywhere else!The above is my first review - and it’s all true. But then... I got a text that my glasses were In. I arranged to leave work a little early so I could go pick my glasses up. When I got there I was told the glasses were damaged, but that a replacement pair had been requested - expedited. My first question was - I got a text saying my glasses were in - but NO PHONE call telling me they were damaged. And then this expedited stuff - why? Shouldn’t every order be given priority? I have already been waiting OVER A WEEK for my glasses!The prices are much better than anywhere else, but the service after the fact leaves A LOT to be desired! I guess it’s true - you get what you pay for!

My sister came in from out of state. She went with my wife to the eye doctor. She while there, at the office had her eyes examined.She told them that she needed her glasses back in a week because she had to go back home. Well her glasses didnt come back so I took her at Ternary, told them of the emergency that we were in and in 45min. had a basic pair of glasses that she could use. GREAT JOB

I picked up some lenses and frames here, as I already had a lens RX. The staff was friendly and helpful, they have a decent selection of frames, the pricing is on par, and although this is just my second day into wearing this set of new eyes, I am very happy with the clarity.

The lady that assisted me took time to make sure my glasses would sit correctly and that my no line bifocal would be effective. It was like she were fitting the glasses for herself and wanted to make sure they were correct. Everyone in the shop were very, even the customers. 😊

Very friendly and excellent service. My 2 pair of glasses done with in 43 minutes. Decent selection of frames including designer ones. They are out of network for vsp so far but still save you lots of money and time as compared to traditional shops. Highly recommended a visit.
