Benjamin was awesome, as soon as I walked through the door he he helped me get get everything taken care of and was incredibly helpful the whole time. Even when we had to deal with a lot of difficulty with switching my provider to at&t he made sure that no stress was put on my shoulders and kept at it until the issue was solved. Cant say enough about the great customer service my family received from Al at this past weekend. My dad, especially, had a challenging phone switch to make from a very old phone to a new iPhone SE. Al took the time (which was significant!) to help solve the problem and get him set up with a new phone. He also answered all of questions in great detail and made us aware of all the best deals. The other guys in the store also helped get our screen protectors on securely and helped us pass the time. Getting new phones can be stressful sometimes, but this was our best experience with the whole process. Highly, highly recommend this store (Al in particular) for their warmth and skill!

I went to the AT&T mobile store at the University Place mall in Chapel Hill. Two gentlemen greeted me Bryce and Timothy. Timothy was the gentleman who ended up helping me.Timothy was extremely knowledgeable about everything Apple and anything that had to do with my iPhone. He talk to me about a possible upgrade promotion and fixed the screen on my phone. Bryce was also very involved in our conversation it was enjoyable I really appreciate these professional and smart young men!

Would not recommend starting service at this particular branch/location. After being really clear with Timothy, the sales person, who advised the monthly price in total for all services would be a certain amount and certain promotions would be applied to the account, no of which were true. Beware if your salesperson is Timothy because the price he tells you will not be the price you pay.

Worst experience you can expect. The folks there dont have much knowledge and would not care to explain anything. Kept deferring my problem to technical support team on phone and I got the same thing done at another ATT store in Durham. These folks dont know what they are doing and when asked about clarification on of the rudest agent who kept saying right from the beginning of our interaction that he may not be at the best as he just came from vacation (completely unprofessional) and later he refused to provide service as he was unable to provide satisfactory explanation to my concerns and in a effort to avoid embarrassment from his blunders he made during my earlier visit. Go to a different location. Both the guys here I saw are useless with no idea what they are doing.

My wife had an issue with her phone - unsuccessful transfer from T-mobile - and tried almost everything to solve it: visit several another AT&T Store, Call customer service, upload issues in AT&T, ... etc. No one solved it for us, except for Bryce in this store. He was a great professional, with full of knowledge on AT&T services. He precisely diagnosed that the problem was unsuccessful transfer process, and he patiently solved the problem by calling to the customer service. Without him, I sure that it would take more than a week. After his help, now my wife is so satisfied with AT&T network.I havent had any chance to respond to survey after the visit, although I wished to give this wonderful experience with HQ of AT&T. (Why arent they ask any survey at this time I really want to leave a wonderful feedback?)Well, we just thank so much to Bryce since it means that he gave us without any return for himself. He was so kind, and it was the greatest kindness among all chances that Ive ever received after moving to US.

Just bought a new iPhone today. I’ve bought a number of Apple products and dealt with numerous at&t stores over the years. The experience today was the best I’ve ever had on both counts. Bryce, Al and Maya all assisted me today in not only setting up my new iPhone but also reconfiguring my old phone and iPad for a different user. All three of them were extremely professional, attentive and enjoyable. I’m a technophobe, but they actually made the experience fun. If you have a choice, this is the store to go to. All stores should be like this!

What an amazing change. Went here exactly a year back February 23rd and some Manager who apparently is no longer with the company made disgusting comments about my feminine time of the month and how he watched a child be born in an ambulance where he worked. I thought I would never go back but a friend told me to go back as the staff is new. I couldnt be happier. We were in and out quickly, the staff was professional and knowledgeable. The new manager here said he just started about 2 weeks earlier but I can say he is going to be amazing if he is this good already. The new team member Jessica was just fantastic and was training a new guy. I hope she continues working here as I am recommending everyone I know to come here and work with her! What an incredible store! thank you so much if you see this for the great help and working with my technical handicap that is Phones!!!!!! You guys are amazing!

I am a senior citizen who is not very good with technology. Timothy was ever so patient with me while I asked many questions and then when I had to change to a new phone. He didnt mind if I repeated my questions or forgot what it said. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He didnt seem rushed or ready to get onto the next customer until I knew what I was doing. And when I came back the next day he was just as patient and helpful to me. He was/is the best person I have dealt with at ATT after many years of service. I have recommended him to friends .

My husband and I recently purchased new phones. I already had an AT&T line and my husband was transferring his work phone line to AT&T from Verizon. The young man who helped us, Evan, was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our lack of tech sense when explaining our new phones and features to us. I have been an AT&T customer for many, many years and visited numerous stores to purchase phones over those years. This was one of the best experiences Ive had. He explained the difference in the bill costs as well. We left feeling informed and satisfied with our purchase.

What an incredible store. Came into store for a quick question answered as I am new to the USA. They walked me through everything and spent time getting me set up with account and a phone. They even got me free tablet! The employee that helped me made small jokes to keep me laughing while he worked through my account set up. Said he was new but certainly is worth keeping!

I went to this store get financial responsibility of my corporate phone and also for an upgrade to my iPhone. Timothy gave me the white glove treatment. He was patient with my backup and selection of a new phone. He explained the process of changing the financial responsibility. He also gave me an awesome discount on a badass case. He is very knowledgeable of the all AT&T processes and took all the necessary time to set me right.I noticed all the other agents taking their time with their customers as well.Since I am in sales too I can appreciate a culture of service to the customer.Way to go guys! What a great store. The new manager here is great. He and a guy with a red beard helped me with an issue an old employee caused that is no longer with the company. He made crude jokes to me so it was nice to know they take professionalism seriously here. If I ever get another phone (still on my trusty flip phone!) Ill be coming here for sure!

Tonight my husband and I stopped by the store to see about switching over from T-Mobile. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a handshake from Timmothy. He pulled us up a few chairs and we begin to chat, he made sure to go through every detail with us to find out what we were looking for. Once we decided on the plan, he went through the process of qualifying us for new service. He was professional and friendly every step of the way. We had a ton of questions and he had an answer for every single one. He got us qualified for a new service, he made sure that we had the exact phones in the exact colors that we wanted, helped us with screen protectors and cases that we needed and switched everything over for us. He made sure we got the best bang for our buck. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I can honestly say it was the best experience we have ever had at a cell phone store. If you go in, ask for Timmothy. I promise you will not be disappointed!

They are patient and know exactly what they are talking about ! I had a amazing experience at this AT&T store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to convert my samsung galaxy s4 mini from a monthly billed plan to a prepaid go phone which makes me very happy. Josh, the manager, was awesome in doing this for me and he has saved me a lot of cash. I highly recommend going to this store.

Al and Bryce did a great job helping me through a billing and account adjustment issue I had. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with out of the country customer support, that was only able to confirm that I was having the problem that I said I was having in the first place. In store, these guys bent over backward to help me and get things fixed. If you have any issues, come see these guys. As for me, if I have another problem, I will go here first.

Great experience....5 stars ...Jessica is a great saleswoman. Went in there to complain about service and left with an upgrade and a free phone! One thing my usual store never did was analyze my bill....she is saving me and my girl 100 dollars a month after the upgrade and new line. Thats ridiculous man.... what a surprising experience! Not sure what these other people be talking about giving 1 stars..... Ive had nothing but good things to say... recommending to a few friends who need some new phones!

What a terrible to amazing experience. When I first arrived around 730 I was behind three people. The store closed at 8 and I considered leaving but stayed. Not only did they help each customer the best they could but stayed open until 9pm a full hour after closing to make sure I was taken care of too. I have been to multiple Verizon and AT&T stores and been turned away after they closed and told to come back. They not only stayed (they being Rob and Evan I believe were their names) but they actually apologized multiple times for keeping me there so long. The old staff was not the best, Id admit that any day, but the past 3 or 4 months has definitely shown me how much better this staff Is! They are all wonderful! Would RECOMMEND MY CLOSEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY to come here!

Answered the phone once, told them I would call right back. Employees did not answer the phone when I called back. Or for the next 30 minutes. So, remember this is a 3rd party reseller, not AT&T and they will dodge you if they can. Sad and unprofessional.Edit: apparently their whole system went down and they were on the phone. Added a few more stars. Meh. Ive usually had good experiences here, so thats why I was upset, thinking I was being dodged.

I had the worst experience here! They pushed me out the door to go to the corporate store and once I got there the corporate store said they could have helped me. They are a authorized retailer so they arent even corporate AT&T. I highly recommend visiting the store right down the road off McFarland drive. I will never come here again!

I had a bad experience here.I went to this store since the reviews were great. Dont believe the reviews unless there are enough amount and time of reviews that we could believe!The young woman in this store didnt explain the monthly bill payment, activation fee, or anything completely. My actual bill was totally different from the one that the young woman in this store had told me. I could found this problem after coming back home because the lady didnt tell me. More interesting one is the document page(front side and back side) which explains the estimated first monthly bill was switched, so its hard to be found. I dont understand why this happened. Wierd.Anyway, I asked to cancel the transfer. She wanted me to come back the day after since the store would close shortly. Thus, I came back the next morning.Then,she told me that I should pay the restocking fee or something. She also told that she wanted to refund the whole payment, but the At&t didnt allow her to do that. So, I asked the At&T customer Service. And the customer Service answered that I could get back my money fully. Also, the customer service answered me that the store will help me. However, the young woman didnt help me. She called her manager or bosses, but Im not sure if she tell them about her faults (she didnt tell or explain me about the monthly bill completely and gave me a wrong information).If I had changed my mind or made any fault, I willingly would have paid for it. However, the whole trouble was made by the young lady in the store, and she didnt resolve the problem.This store is a retailer store, so whenever something happens, the store asks to the At&T all the time, and its very annoying. More interesting is this retailer store follows At&ts opinion when it wants. Also, At&T seems not to controll even when the retailer makes customers join in At&t giving a wrong information.I strongly recommend you to find another store.Thanks,
