What a wonderful experience I had today, switching from ATT to US Cellular. I worked with Eric and he was so helpful, professional and kind. I’m not technology literate but Eric took his time answering all my questions patiently and politely. The customer service was outstanding. Thanks Eric snd thanks US Cellular for a great experience. I love my new phone and my new telephone company!

Our customer service representative DeMario was very friendly and knowledgeable and he got me the best possible plan and phone for the best price. In all honesty I didnt realize that there was service of this quality with cell phone service and data available and wish I had come to US CELLULAR sooner. I HIGHLY recommend US CELLULAR of Aberdeen and US CELLULAR in general as a provider for all your internet and cell phone needs!

I recently switched rom AT&T to US Cellular and I couldn’t be happier. When I was using AT&T, I had an iPhone 8 Plus and their best unlimited plan. I was paying roughly $140 every month, which was a steal compared to Verizon. But I was paying for many features I wasn’t even using. My current plan with US Cellular is still an unlimited plan, but with only features I need to use. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and pay $65 monthly. My sales associate Chris set me up with an amazing plan. I had originally wanted their best unlimited plan but Chris showed me that I would be spending more on features I didn’t necessarily need. Instead I have a plan that is literally perfect for me. I feel like it was made for me. Because of this professionalism and honesty, I will be a US Cellular customer for life now.

My phone shut off and wouldnt stay on. I brought it to the Aberdeen location and Eric helped me. It turned out it had to be returned to manufacturer. Eric went above and beyond to get everything set up online and get the ball rolling. Ive always had a pleasant experience with everyone at that location.

I have been a US Cellular customer for over 20 years beginning all the way back in WV when I was in college.. After moving to a suburb of Charlotte, NC 18 years ago, I now have very few choices on where I can visit a US Cellular store. I have made the hour and a half trip to this store 2 times now in the last 3 years and I have not yet been disappointed. Their staff is helpful, kind and knowledgeable about their services, phones and accessories. On this most recent trip last week, I dealt with Christopher Capstaff and he showed an examplary knowledge of my options and helped me make the choice that was right for me. He presented me with all the options but let me choose the route I wanted to go never once trying to twist my arm into something I wouldnt be happy with. Christpoher was able to lower my monthly bill while still being able to add a brand new phone option on to the account for me. He was patient and generous with all he tried to do to help continue the same excellent service with US Cellular that we have always had. Hats off to this store, its manager and staff that show so much patience and understanding with their customers . An extra special thank you to Christopher for all he did to help a customer who drove a significant distance just to stay a US Cellular customer. All of you guys rock!

Demario Garner, the wireless consultant who helped us was all that and even managed to maintain a terrific sense of humor working on a plan for us, old, deaf, and technologically challenged seniors. WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE ACCESSORIES TODAY & MADE 3 ATTEMPTS TO MAKE ACCESSORY PURCHASE & RETURN AN OLD PHONE & AGAIN NO SERVICE. CALLED US CELLULAR AT 611 & THEY EMAILED ME A SHIPPING LABEL FOR THE OLD PHONE & TOOK CARE OF MY OTHER ITEMS. DONT LET THE STORE SERVICE KEEP YOU FROM PURCHASING US CELLULARS SERVICE. THEY ARE TRAINED VERY WELL WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAN DO IT ALL AND SAVE YOU TIME AND AGGRAVATION. THE CALL CENTER GETS 5 STARS, THE STORE IN ABERDEEN DESERVES ONE.

My phone was broke and I was afraid the process was going to horrific because I thought I lost my contacts. She was able to find them, set my phone up, and sell me the accessories I needed to protect my phone. Her and Sam made it the highlight of my day!!

I had a wonderful experience at the US cellular location in Aberdeen, NC. I have been a loyal customer to US cellular since 1996 and have frequented many stores in Maine. I recently moved to this area & was having trouble with my phone so needed to locate a store, I stumbled onto this location and went in to seek some assistance. Demario greeted me immediately and I explained my technical issue with my Samsung galaxy S8. Apparently I had downloaded some stuff and it was causing me problems when trying to open the phone. He understood right off the bat what I was trying to explain and proceeded to fix the issue. However, sitting there debating the pros and cons of an iPhone versus the galaxy, I ended up walking out of the store with a brand new Iphone in hand! It was not my intention, however it was time to try something new and all of the staff was supportive, encouraging and very enthusiastic for me with this new venture. I did have my doubts about switching and learning a new phone system but I am so pleased with how it’s all gone that I am seriously thinking about a new iPad as well! I do truly feel that if I had some issues, I could call this location and they would be able to walk me through and guide me. I highly recommend the Aberdeen location for any phone concerns. They were great!

DeMario Garner represents the true meaning of excellent customer service! A problem with transfering photos to the new phone was due to MY having complicated the situation with having 2 different accounts associated with my photos on my old phone. He spent 2 hours figuring this out and never once made me feel antiquated. He saved valuable pictures from a trip of a lifetime and I cannot be more thankful for his patience in helping me. His upbeat attitude keeps me a USCellular customer at the Aberdeen store for life!

Pretty good experience. Walked in and was seen right away. I was there to get Internet service, because my only other - and current - option is 3 Mb DSL, which is horrible. There was some issue selling me the modem/router they had on hand (the computer initially wouldnt let them) so one of the staff was going to drive one city over (25 miles), get it there, and bring it to my house. In the end I got the one they had on hand, though it took a bit. I was very prepared to be disappointed with the Internet service, because right on the box it advertised 3 Mb download speed, which is what I currently get via DSL. There is a fifteen day buyers remorse period where you can return it and cancel service and only have to pay a $35 restocking fee, and I was fully prepared to take advantage of it. However, after setting it up (i.e. plugging it in), I ran a few speed tests and its pulling down 21+ Mb. So, about seven times faster than what I had. Now, if I can just manage my data usage (its cellular, so its capped)...
