The ladies at T-Mobile was extremely helpful and professional and the device upgrade was painless and I had a fun experience.
Tmobile is the WORST. The customer service is horrendous. If you ever have a problem you get routed to a call center in the Philippines and waist exorbitant amounts of time to get no where. Dont bother going to the store for help, they will refer you back to that customer service number. Also, the coverage is atrocious, I dropped calls regularly. They billed me credit card after I stopped service with them. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Dont use TMobile!!!
Last week, I went to switch my carrier from AT&T to T-Mobile. I was expecting it to be a long, annoying experience, but Chelsea helped me get it done very quickly and easily. She was informative, friendly, and efficient. Thanks, Chelsea!
I went today to activate a phone and the attention is terrible, I went in and they asked sprint or T-Mobile? I said sprint and he moved his eyes back I will not go back there never again!
Went to install my new sim card and it was a quick and easy process. Maria was a great help and provided excellent custom service.

I came in to upgrade my phone and as soon as I walked in I was approached by Ty. He provided excellent customer service and was able to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 11 Pro. He also found me a clear phone case that i wanted and a educated me on the liquid screen protector and explained the warranty. I also was very pleased that i didn’t have to do anything besides explained what phone i wanted. He transfer all my information into my new phone and verify that it worked before i left the store. That type of customer service is unmatched i was 100% satisfied with my experience.
Went there to get service when my phone broke. And all they wanted was to sell me something else. Or some of their grossly over priced products. Took them 30 minutes to finally tell me I had to go to a repair center. Who knew! I thought they sent it there for you and loaned you one till yours was repaired. I didn’t know you had to drive across the state to get it repaired. What’s the point of having insurance it’s never going to pay on anything. And the parking lot is a wreck waiting to happen.
Helpful staff and not too busy. We went in looking for options and the salesperson discussed all available promotions, even those that didnt happen in store, which was surprising. Parking is easy and we will use this location again for our cell phone needs.
Officially I came to upgrade my phone & associates lacked concern; no help, no motivation to solve my problems, lack of communication & suggested that I take all my steps online to update my acc information when I clearly explained I didn’t know how to. Also failed on 2 attempts to update my acc info the correct way. Lastly, told me I needed a card preferably to process my transaction for my device when one helping associate obviously Didn’t feel the same way but yet just associates just following the protocol of their job but the claim sounded unfamiliar to me. Lastly, I feel that the associates here were very bias due to my credit information. & helped none with any of my problems.. I feel that it needs to be an evaluation on the associates character here at this location. Poor customer service.
Fantastic store! Garret was very helpful and personable. Made us laugh and explained everything in detail. Answered all of our questions. They played really good music too. Best Sprint store Ive been to! Will come again.
This is the BEST store! I’ve encountered rude sales people in my time but this store goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with what you came in for!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience. Especially a wonderful thanks to the store manager she’s AMAZING!
Utterly incompetent and/or dishonest. I bought two phones on what was supposed to be a 2 for 1 deal. I was assured by the store staff that, although my initial bill showed a charge for the second phone, the charges would be refunded after two billing cycles. Not only has Sprint continued charging for the second phone, but despite my calling twice, they have been unable to correct my bill so I wont be charged for the second phone, despite acknowledging the error. To add insult to injury, the network barely works where I live. Would not recommend this or any Sprint location.
Great service. They fixed what I went there for and I wasnt strong armed into buying stuff I didnt need or want. Good people there.
I was really sick when I went in there and Miss Yolanda was high amazing and understanding. I thought I lost my phone at one time and when I found it. It was time to get a new phone. Im very thankful for Yolanda and her patience. She needs a raise
Excellent experience! Had phone issues (no audio, no messaging), needed it replaced...but they also restructured my plan, gave me the best deal, and saved me over $30/month on my plan (it was outdated to say the least). I highly recommend this team!

Never buying from here again. Don’t fall for the $100 tablet deal. It’s all a scam. They’ll talk like if it’s the best deal but at the end, your paying so much for it. And if you want to end the contract with them, then you have to return all the devices even if you finish paying everything off. WTH, sprint we’re paying so much and finding out these devices is not ours. And if we want to keep it, then we have to pay more for it. Great scammers you guys are.
Happy with sprint as a service so far. However, it seems like the staff doesn’t really have a clue. I walked in and said “I’d like to switch services to you guys.” Both staff members just stared at me until I said, “so how do we do this?....” We were eventually successful in switching over but it was basically me telling them what I had researched for plans and they had very little input to what plans, phone options, etc.About a month later the middle of my screen stops detecting touch and no physical damage to the phone. I take it in and the employee proceeds to give me a lecture of “this is why we tell you to get the insurance.” I explain to her that I did not damage the phone and that the hardware was faulty. She said there were no options for me. I knew there was a limited warranty so I took it to the apple store and they fixed my phone for free in an hour. They don’t know the products they sell and can’t even give reasonable advice. Pretty unhappy and plan to use a different store in the future
I was in the store over the Black Friday weekend, just browsing. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He explained the new promotions that was going on. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the phones that was on sale. When I’m ready to buy a phone I will go to this location.

Spent a couple hours here as I was porting over two lines and trading in a third phone to upgrade to a new iPhone. I was the only one in the store with Shakota and Garrett and they were both outstandingly helpful and willing to spend a lot of time with me to get everything set up correctly and transferred over properly. They were both very competent and kind and fun to hang out with for a couple hours while everything got sorted out! Highly recommend!
I have been at this store before, and I am going to be truthful I have a like hate relationship with Sprint. But after the service and magic Maria (Sprint Rep)displayed last not only renewed my faith in Sprint, but to say she kept my 12 yr old from having a meltdown and me a continuous headache is an understatement. Thank you Maria for your knowledge when 3-5 Sprint reps and countless Apple reps could not fix my daughters phone. Thank you again!

This was the best Sprint location Ive been to and weve been customers for almost 12 years. If you need to go to a sprint store, definitely go to this one. The phone number is wrong on google though. The last four are 4433.
My husband and I recently visited this Sprint store with questions about how to upgrade my current phone (which was in terrible shape) to a new one. Garrett took FANTASTIC care of us. We had multiple questions about our current plans, the difference between iphone 8 and iphone 10, phone cases and screens etc. and he was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable and even referred us to a great restaurant for lunch. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. In about a month my husband will be able to upgrade his phone and this is the store we will be going to!
Came here because I had questions and wanted to compare my cell plan with theirs. Very nice staff took their time to help me out, of our when the time comes that my contract is up, Ill definitely be coming here.
Would not recommend this store particulaly or any Sprint service in General. This store sold me a$700 LG G7 Thin Q. Supposedly this best phone in the store for my business needs.I was asked to return to the store by Sprint personel who guarnteed I would leave with a working device. After over 2 hrs. In store and never being asked to leave approximately 6 Chapel Hill police officers approached me and asked me to step outside and be patted down. Why they didnt ask me to leave I dont know!Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! Treated like a criminal for asking them to provide me service related to my phone. I will be following this up with legal action of my own. Based on the public scene Sprint made out of this.I believe based on the fact everyone at Sprint thanks me for being a valued customer. This store should higher a armed guard to pat down their valued customers. To escort each customer personally from the store. Oh maybe the staff just couldnt hug me personally and wanted to show their affection and care by having Chapel Hill police offer a warming hug. I have contacted local news agencies and and contacted Execs. Within Sprint to investigate this incedent fully. That all personel on duty be suspended(with pay) pending the outcome.Would I shop there again? What do you think?
This store is new and looks nice, but the staff was not especially knowledgable or helpful. Some were too busy looking at their own phones!
