I’ve been bringing my Tiguan do them since I purchased it earlier this year. They have always been straightforward about what’s wrong, prices, and what to do next. I appreciate their honesty in what’s worth doing and what isn’t, and not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. Also spoke with a family friend who works on VW’s back in CT and said their prices are great specializing in Volkswagens and Audis!

My brother wanted me to post this review because he doesn’t have a Google account. He took his Red Audi S4 B8.5 today and these guys installed a super aggressive flash onto the car. I rode in it and took my breathe away. We would recommend this place 20/10 super great environment the guy at the front desk knows what he’s talking about, these guys are real German Enthusiast. By far the best mechanics Ive ever used.

My 2017 VW has never been to a dealer since it was new. Wagen Worx has done all the routine maintenance on schedule. They know exactly what it needs and when it needs it.

These guys are awesome, highly recommend. My first experience was giving them a call after a dealership quoted me an outrageous labor cost to install a $15 part. Wagen Worx quoted me hundreds less and could get it done in 30 minutes. That was a few years ago and I’ve been going back ever since.One thing that stood out to me right away is how they treated me. As a woman, my typical experience with mechanics and dealerships is pretty frustrating. Lots of assuming I don’t know what’s going on and calling me pet names.The Wagen Worx team is very respectful and very helpful when I do have questions. They’re just good people! They’re honest with their work and their pricing. 10/10

Really great experience and plan to keep coming back. I’ve now had my VW Rabbit serviced here for oil/brakes flush as well as had them check on a suspect coolant leak on a Beetle. They did not charge for discovering that the Beetle had a water pump that needed replacing since it only took a few minutes of their time and even went as far as to call and help us get an appointment that morning at the dealership (since car was still under warranty). The AC went out in my car. I called these guys first thing the day after a holiday, during a 3 day stretch of 100 degree days. I was able to get in later that same day to get the AC fixed. I told them what was wrong - they immediately ordered the part and after lunchtime it had already arrived at the shop. While I was there they also squeezed me in for an oil change, balanced my tires, fixed a slow leak in a tire and reattached my license plate. Super nice guys. No attitude like at the dealership. Not feeling like I was bothering them. You can really tell this is more than a paycheck for them. Theyre true business owners and take pride in their work. Will definitely use them again. Thrilled to have found Charleston Wagon Worx. Have taken my GTI to a variety of euro-focused shops over the years, but havent found the combination of expertise, value, and convenience offered here. Recently had a carbon cleaning and 70k service completed. Was given a full rundown of the service before and after along with recommendations for timing of future service (with estimated cost!). Will be bringing my car here as long as I own it.

This place is the best for anything you need done for a Volkswagen. I would recommend Charleston Wagen Worx over the dealership service department every time! They got me in the same day when I called about an issue when the dealership had a three month wait list They even stayed late so that I could pick up my car after they closed and its right next to a movie theater so you can see a movie when your car is getting worked on!

These guys know what theyre doing! They were happy to replace my timing belt, etc, and had it finished in about 6 hours from the time I dropped it off. This is the only shop Im going to use from now on.

We took our Touareg in for e-break repair. After working on it for a day and a half, the shop couldnt figure out how to fix it. The owner had the audacity to tell me that it was my husbands fault for changing the brakes himself and not taking it in to a shop to have it done, and then did us a favor by only charging $300 for not fixing our car. We took the car to the dealership and found out the real reason for the e-break failure (what do you know - motor issue, and not my husbands fault)! 0 stars for lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge.

Yet again, Wagen Worx never fails to deliver excellent customer service and spectacular results. It is amazing what a difference friendly people can make in an automotive setting. Usually, Im terrified things are completely ruined when a small hiccup happens with my car. The Wagen Worx team always calms me down and explains everything to me thoroughly.Just today, I dropped off my car on a donut tire without notifying the Wagen Worx team I was coming. Theyve already fixed my flat tire and made sure it was safe without charging a dime. Others take note, this is how you should run a car shop.I had a service light come on in my car, so I had them check it out. Last week I found a kitten and put him in my can and as I was driving home he jumped down and hid in my dash. He got stuck down there and I started to panic because I was no able to get the little guy out. I called Charleston Wagen Worx to see if they would be able to help at all. They told me to come on down to see what they could do. They were easily able to remove a piece of my car and get the little guy out. Of course I only thought it would be appropriate to name the little kitten Nate, after Nate who saved the little guy. They were always honest with me about what needed to be done on my car, and even told me when I did not need to have something done that I suggested myself (YES, you heard me correctly...they gave up money to provide better service!!) Try to find that at another shop!When the engine on my car blew up, they allowed me to keep my car on their lot free of charge until I was able to figure out what the best decision was for me going forward. I was upside down on my car...a used engine was thousands of dollars...and they were kind enough to not push me to make a quick decision and did not charge me a dime! If that is not the definition of the highest form or top notch customer service...I dont know what is!!If I get another Audi or VW, I would take it back to these guys in a heartbeat!!! Id give them 6 stars if I could!
