Great Customer Service ! I purchased 2 of the softheat warming blankets from Amazon. Love them. After a few years, the controller or the blanket plug stopped working and Perfect Fit replaced it with a brand new one! Excellent customer service, and very clear contact info ! The representatives were very gracious and kind in the process. Thank you Perfect Fit, I wish more companies treated their customers like you treated me. I have bought 3 of this companys Safe and Warm Technologies heated mattress pads over the past few years-- two queen size and one twin size. Two of the five C-G18 control units have stopped working. How can I get replacements? The telephone customer service option is never answered and has a full mailbox, so there is no way to leave messages. Fabulous product, but not usable without working controls. PLEASE HELP!
I have had two electric blankets one for each of my homes and LOVE them both. They clean up very well in washer which I was surprised.. Want to buy another one!
I purchased a Perfect Fit heating blanket through Amazon. The blanket is great. Dual heat - really effective. After 2 years one of the two heater control units stopped working. I wrote to them, provided a screenshot of the Amazon purchase receipt and the model information. They replied quickly, asked for my address then sent me a new one at no charge. Really pleased that they not only replaced it but were respectful of my time and did so without taking up hours of my time.
Purchased a heated mattress pad to use this past winter. It didnt even make it through one winter. Plug go so hot I had to discontinue using it. Sadly cant find the paperwork on it but get the feeling they wouldnt stand behind it anyway. DO NOT PURCHASE.
I orderd a heated thrown and i loved it but the plug got way to hot and melted the blanket and burnt me.
If I could give it negative stars I would. Last year, I bought a perfect fit mattress pad with a 5 year warranty. with in the first month, I exchanged it from where I bought it because it stopped working. This year I plugged it back in and it is not working. I have been calling their customer care center for 1 month with no answer. I sent 4 email and have gotten no replys. I saw a number of reviews on Amazon and several people have said the same complaint.
I washed the 500 count full 53x 75 mattress pad exclusive puresleep advanced ( with an 8 year warranty ) in my large capacity washing machine ( always luke-warm or cooler )---after the spin cycle, the item was almost dry to the touch so that i hung it over the line in the laundry room---as i wanted to again put it onto the mattress in my guest room---the underside of the pad was very stuck together in several areas to the point when i tried to pull it apart the material disintegrated---**** i would like another mattress pad to replace the above mentioned so that when i launder it, it does not become un-useable.
Purchased a mattress pad off amazon over four years ago. I called this morning because one side of my mattress pad stopped working. The warranty representative I spoke with asked me a few questions and determined it needed to be replaced. They are sending me a replacement.

Terrible product, broke within 1 week, they got my money and ran off, extreme scam! Dont buy any of there products! You never get anywhere with customer service, I HOPE they go out of business!
