Since this popular boba tea chain arrived in Charlotte, its become our go to spot for an after dinner treat or afternoon snack!The QQ happy family is the best deal, with a handful of toppings (including boba, of course, and my favorite red bean) in the basic milk tea for only $4.95. Normally, all the toppings cost extra!I also like that they have hot drinks, and with toppings inside, you can really take your time on a chilly day, savoring and sipping!

Drink was super bobalicious!! Staffs are very friendly and patient. Its one of the best boba tea place I have even been in Charlotte. Definitely will come back again!

I have to give a secondhand experience because i don’t drink their products… but I’ll give you reviews about my spouses experience. I’ve never heard her complain about her order being wrong nor the quality of the drink being poor. She begs me to try her favorite mixtures and I’ve liked the few sips I’ve had. Love the boba here, do check out their popular drink from their menu!I had to try multiple times before I kind of liked any drink! So make sure what flavors u like and do ask about the flavors and the add on flavors here to make your drink more fun

The server was very informative and helpful when it came to helping us with our order. Also the service was fast. It seems these drinks are an acquired taste, but we will try something different next time.

I love this spot. So glad they added creama to their menu. I love this stuff. I have been several times I order online through Yelp and it’s always ready way before the suggested time.I have tried a Mojito, peach green tea and a ginger milk tea. I enjoyed them all. My favorite was the ginger milk tea I am obsessed with ginger so it was great for me.I’ll be back to try more drinks soon!!!

I ordered Oolong milk tea 30% sugar and less ice, my husband had a Hokkaido (brown sugar) milk tea, both were delicious. Plus an original bubble waffle and matcha waffle. This is always my favorite. The sugar level in milk tea is about right, the tea flavor is strong just like how I want. At some other bubble tea shops that Ive been to, the tea flavor was weak. They keep the place clean and staff was friendly 👍

Ive been going here for some time and never thought to write a review!Out of all the drinks I really recommend the Coffee Milk Tea with Boba (normal ice and sweetness) its really good, the staff are always nice and the drinks come out fast (within 6-8 minutes). Coming in from out of town and I needed my boba fix. This place had great parking, outside seating, and was super chic inside! The drink I got (the happy family) had a buncha toppings which was great since I love texture. Totally gonna go to the Sharetea in my city when I fly back!

I’m having a hell of a time finding Bubble Teas in Charlotte that have the two topping combos I like the most: popping bubbles and cheese cream (THICK cheese cream, not a weak foam). Sharetea came pretty dang close.I ordered a Strawberry Fruit Tea with Creama and big bubbles (boba). Overall, VERY good. The creama came the closest to the cheese creams I had from shops back in Columbus. I was super bummed that there weren’t any popping bubbles on the menu but the boba were good. Otherwise, my no sweet, light ice combo rounded out a delicious drink.I really hope popping bubbles could be added to the menu someday! If anyone know where I can find this combo in Charlotte, please let me know!

TL;DR Bad customer service led to a melted frozen drink.Order: okinawa milk tea & peach and lychee ice blended tea.Food Rating:-Okinawa milk tea (3.5 Stars): Tiger Sugar is the Standard in my book. This is nowhere near comparable.-Peach & Lychee Ice blended tea (1 star): YIKES! Besides the undesirable aesthetics of the separated slurry ---even with the mixing, since it was melted due to me waiting on the staff to acknowledge me--- all you drink up is 70% lychee jelly and 30% tea. Makes me feel like I just ate a bunch of candy in one sitting. In a drink I expect to drink. I dont mind eating a few candy pieces here and there, but eating it after every sip is not so appetizing. I hated maneuvering my straw to not pick up the jellies.-Customer Service: 1 (at least I got my order)-Overall rating: (1.8 stars) but I have to round up for ratings sakeI placed an order through grubhub and went to pick it up 10 minutes after. I entered the store and waited near the grubhub pick up area. No one acknowledged me. The employees looked up at me and then went back to doing what they were doing. I saw 1 of the 2 teas ready and placed in a bag on the counter. Naturally, I assumed they were still making my other order. Sure, no problem I can wait. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, (btw no one had talked to me during this wait) an employee so happened to check the order receipts that were placed near the grubhub pick up area. At this point I realized that patiently waiting for 10 minutes on one drink was unacceptable so I asked her about my order. Lo and behold she pulls out my frozen drink (Half melted btw) from an ice cooler that was right beside my other milk tea. Youre telling me that I waited 10 minutes to get my melted frozen drink just because nobody wanted to provide me any customer service? Sad because Im sure I also saw the manager or the lead re-stocking straws right in front of me, looked at me even, but didnt even checked in with me and my order. Face palm all the way.

Ive tried so many boba tea places in Charlotte, and Sharetea is by far the best! The staff are super friendly, and the environment is inviting and calm! They have so much variety, and youre able to customize your ice levels as well as your sugar levels, so you dont have to deal with a diluted drink or an overly sweet drink! The teas are the best, I personally recommend the Mango Green Milk Tea or the Wintermelon Brewed Tea!

Cute little place. I got a tea and a coffee. I like that you can customize the ice and sugar levels because I hate drinks that get watered down quickly. Tea was great and coffee was decent, just wish it had more flavor. Will be back.

Quite literally the only place I go in Charlotte for Boba. It is always fresh, so delicious, and the amount of variety is astounding. My go to order is a Cocoa Lover fresh milk, which is basically a chocolate milk, but with tapioca pearls. Green Tea is also classic and delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My 2nd time trying bubble Tea. My first time was another brand never less, Order was easy. menu is simple for first timers along with ordertaker asking and confirming your options. Clean good atomosphere. I highly recommended ShareTea if you enjoy bubble and milk tea.

I went to this chain in DC and was really glad to see they opened up here. The turn into the parking can be a bit tricky but theres plenty of backside parking. Just dont miss the turn. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can order with an employee or self order as well. The drinks are delicious and you can even modify the sweetness of your drink.

Got some mf classic pearl milk bubbly tea. Love the atmosphere inside the place itself. Has a very modern vibe to it that really adds to the experience of getting ball tea. Not gonna lie, Ive only had this a couple times and the first time I had it, I was not a fan, but this time having it from ShareTea changed my mind. It was super good. The only complaint I have is I straight up rocket-launched a boba into the back of my throat with my first big sip, almost knocking me straight to the ground in an exciting bout of adventure. After that first sip though, it got kinda fun. Like playing Russian roulette with your straw! Just with a satisfying *thuuump* sound instead.

Probably my favorite boba place in Charlotte. I love the customizability and the prices. Mini boba seems to be frequently low in supply though. (Its popular)

Ive had bubble tea at lots of places. None are like share tea! By far the best Ive had! Boba so soft and fresh always. The manager is always friendly. I come at least twice a week so they know me by heart !

To be honest, this was a hard place to rate. While I wasnt blown away by the drinks that I ordered, that doesnt mean that I dislike all their drinks. This review is based on only two drinks. It may be that I got unlucky and picked what was not to my taste, so please take this review with a pinch of salt.The thing that disappointed me the most was the lack of choices. More is not always better, but it felt like the choices were a bit too limiting.The first time I got the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly and this was alright. Its not something that I would get again. I had expected something really refreshing with that wonderful kiwi taste, but it was just a tad too sweet for me. That being said, sugar amount can be adjusted. So if you dont like it sweet, make sure to adjust the amount of sugar. Dont go with the normal amount.The second time I went, I ordered the Mango Green Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly. This was wonderful and definitely something that I would order again. If you are in the mood to try something new, I recommend that drink.Both times the service was excellent. They were friendly and quick.All in all, the place is worth a visit. Your satisfaction will greatly vary with the kind of drink ordered, so please keep that in mind.

Coffee creme is very good.In Asia I think they call it cheese instead, but if its your first time then the idea is to get some creme with the drink.Creme is savory and drink can be sweet, works really well!

Best bubble tea in the Charlotte area currently. Parking is a bit limited, but the drinks are great. The boba isnt over cooked or hard, and the drinks are great and made to order. You can choose how much sugar and what not. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The employee who helped us had a good recommendation for a drink to try. Get the taro if you like cookies & cream at all, it will be worth it. You can play Jenga, Battleship, or other board games too while you enjoy your drink.

I came on a Sunday, I ordered a Thai tea, it was delicious but the line to put in a order was long. I waited 30 minutes in line to order and then another 15 minutes before my order was ready. I guess its a popular spot but they need to have more registers and hire more people to make the drinks.

Been going to sharetea for over a year now !My favorite Bubble Tea in the entire Charlotte!Ive tried many!They are consistent and so are the flavors. I normally get the oreo boba & just started getting the ginger one. Which taste so good I think they use real ginger. Just like they use real oreos...have to be careful some people advertise oreos but dont use them but instead use the off brand which is an obvious difference! LolWell anyways I feel like these are my homies now ....Im heading there today actually I finally got a free drink ! Dang, I just realized it took a whole year...hmmm I might re think the 5 stars and just put one for the wait😬Jk sign up so you can get free toppings and eventually get a free drink...thats what I did!XOXO

It was kind of perfect that my love for this place started when a neighbor shared some tea with me one afternoon. They have perfect bubble tea. The pearls are the right level of chewiness and I really appreciate being able to have no sweetener added. Plenty of pearls in each cup too! Tons of options for teas, temperature, and add ins are available, but its hard from me to stray from the perfect oolong pearl milk tea....Parking is easy but not so obvious from the viewpoint of Central. They have a couple of parallel spaces next to their store and more standard spaces in the back.

Went in there for the first time with my sister, and was totally bombarded with all of the options. The amazing cashier walked me through it and helped me decide what I wanted (wintermelon fruit tea!) So delicious. She asked how it was and was genuinely happy that I enjoyed it! Thank you!

Many m a n y options; if you like the texture of beans then any drink with red beans in it is for you. The pudding addition is very nice; textured like jello but tastes like vanilla pudding cups. I recommend getting it if you have the chance, as well as regular sweetness if youre an avid boba drinker

Went in for the first time, wanted to try them out but when my daughter and I came in the door we were not greeted by the 3 workers standing at the front. It wasnt until i said hey that we were even acknowledged. Also they only have black pearls so we chose not to get anything.

Lovely little place with a good range in boba tea selection. I got the mint mojito and it was very refreshing. Nice people too.

Added another topping was denied. Cashier said only one topping. The tea without topping is $4 then added $.50 for the topping when being ask what topping would you like? and total equal to $4.50. Why not allow to add more topping like other Milk Tea shop by charging $.50 more for another topping?Also, music was a little loud. Overall, the place is neat, clean, and organized.
