Nothing like a big cup of melty ice cream

This is truly one of the times I wish I can leave 0 stars. I found a COCKROACH LEG in my fries!!! The worst part is that my two year old and eleven year old were eating those fries when we discovered it. I drove back to the business to inform them to be more careful and the lady had the Audacity To argue back and yell at me like I would make something like that up. I would never ever leave an absurd comment like this if it wasn’t true but the matter of the fact is that it is true!!! Please, please for your own safety and especially your kids’ safety stay away from this overpriced And more importantly unsanitary facility. There are many many other ice cream options around that dirty store and I highly recommend you listen to me. I’ve been a regular customer at this location for years and this is how they show their respect. Only lord knows what other insects I’ve eaten here in the past. These are hard times with the corona virus and social distancing. And on top of that I have to deal with this absurd situation on top of everything else that’s going on. Never ever again.

It’s good! It’s just that there’s a long wait and only one person working. I blame management. Literally only one person doing orders. This usually in the afternoon. I’m literally waiting right now. It’s 08:10pm Saturday, June 27.

They catfish people making people believe its a michoacana when in reality its call Antojitos mágicos la michoacana i went in and asked for mango ice cream and she gave me rompope and added chamoy. it tasted horrible tgen the lady took over 5 minutes to donthe calculations of 6 ice creams she couldnt work the pos syste. If you have two hours to spare for waiting time- this place is for you... One girl working and shes getting orders from online and walk-ins.... The poor girl is always overwhelmed. The management needs to do something about this. She was a bit rude but I gave her a break because shes trying to work as fast as she could and the line just kept getting bigger.

Ice cream and yogurt with fresh fruit receives 5+ stars. Big ice cream scoops at very affordable prices. We also tried their Hawaian sandwich. And be prepared to wait in line as usually in the evening only 2 servers work there and they fix each order for the customers. If you go for a late night snack around 10pm (they close at 11pm) then the wait is not that bad. As for sticky tables, full garbage cans, and dirty bathrooms 0 stars.

The atmosphere is bright and fun. I got a mangonada and it was delicious. Give yourself a little time if you stop in for a treat. Each item is made to order from fresh ingredients but well worth the small wait.

Customer service was no where close to friendly and the fruit in the yogurt I ordered was gross, sloppy and had that sour expired taste (mango and strawberries specifically). Hopefully I can change this poor review in the future but I was nowhere close to satisfied.

The mangoneadas are the bomb! I love almost everything they sell. Everything is so yummy. And what I like the most is that they used real fresh fruit.

This place was the cutest shop better than the one in berwyn! Very clean and so much room. They help you right away and are very nice ladies. The Cheetos with cheese was so good they put the right amount of cheese!!

Lots of choices of paletas but the service is very poor and staff cannot seem to multi task. Also, I witness all the time customers who already ordered goes to the front for a quick question or to even ask for a bag.... customers end up not being acknowledged and to stand there and wait until the employee is done with what she is doing.Not good.

When it was my turn to order my ice. I ask for a cup, she give me a waffle cone. I didnt even tell her my ice cream flavor yet and she put one for me and hand it to me.I told her that I didnt order that flavor two time but she ignore me. So I decided to just take the ice cream and cash out. When I get to the cash out I ask her for a cup and spoon to put my ice cream because the ice cream she give me was so slanted that it was about to fall. She give me a extra small plates. I couldnt even put the ice cream on and no spoon. We waited in line to ask for a spoon again but when it was our turn she ignore us. We waited for 20 minutes and she saw us but ignore us again. Then the worse of all is when we give up and come back to our table. Another lady who was Mexican ask her for a spoon without waiting in line got the spoon right away. She was asking for a spoon in her chair without moving. By that time we didnt even eat our ice cream and just throw it in the trash.If your wondering if she speak English at all then I can tell you that she have perfect English. So at this point we a thought that she was racist because we not Mexican. So sad!

This location has some of the most amazingly delicious decadent, ice cream I have had... However, the service is always so awful... I dont like making negative reviews... But the food is so good I feel obligated to let them know, cuz this place COULD EASILY get five stars from me!!!! The line is almost always long and the place is severely understaffed it takes me sometimes 20min to get a scoop of ice cream!!! Also the staff dissent acknowledge you unless you speak Spanish which is also rather irritating... Despite all of this.... We still probably come 3+ times a week... So delicious....

They close early as show in the hours. Service gets mad if asked for more condiments. I will like to talk to owner about the staff. Staff have bad attitude.

Ive been to a couple of these shops and this one looks like they have everything as usual - bright colored walls, colorful interior, televisions, and children running around.The only problem is maybe parking. There is only street parking.

Love going to La Michoacana. The Mango ice cream is amazing! The small size is called Sencilla they will tell you it is one scoop, but its more like 4 scoops. They hook it up!

Love this place! They have a variety of stuff, you just want to try everything at once. I am on a mission to try everything on the menu. The aguas frescas are amazing! My hubby doesn’t care for treats like this but I somehow convinced him to give it a shot and he’s hooked!PSA: Beware that you will have to wait in line a bit. Even if the line doesn’t seem long, expect to be there 20 minutes or more. The longest I have waited in line is over 1 hour (so worth it though)! Don’t come here if you’re in a rush. Hispanics order in big quantities so I’m sure this is what holds the staff up. Just keeping it real because I’m guilty of this! You have been warned.

Wow, what a selection on homemade ice creams! They have all goodies you can think of, yogurts, chips, corn, and sandwiches made your way.

This place has everything you are in the mood for. Only down side is that to use your debit or credit card there is a $5 minimum, my order was $4.30 and I had to purchase something else to meet the minimum. Needless to say, I had Queso Ice cream, Elote, and a chicharrones. Delish 😋

Amazing place every location is amazing. This is not only a ice cream shop but they sell sooo good Mexican food. They sell elotes, mango with cayenne pepper on them, and thats not all but they have hot cheetos covered in nacho cheese and more! You NEED to visit this place.

Not clean, service too slow, smelled funny . My elote was a five, strawberries and cream. More cream than berries. Paleta looked old.

Orders over the phone and sometimes even in person are wrong. I ordered some strawberries with cream, two yogurts, 3 popsicles, and a liter of strawberry ice cream with cream and walnut. When I got to the store they gave me a liter of pure strawberry and walnut snow, apart from the amount of snow of each flavor it did not occupy half and half of the jar as I asked for in the order. They also made me buy an extra order of strawberries and cream that they prepared by mistake. When I ordered by phone they repeated the order and it was correct but when I arrived at the place they had something else written. The employees are pickpockets who write down the orders wrong in order to sell more. It is silly that they resort to that since the snow and the other food that the ice cream shop sells is delicious. It has also happened to me at least twice in which we have asked for a piña colada yogurt but it is served in a different flavor. The first few times employees made mistakes, we let it slide because anyone can make a mistake, and just like most of us need their employee. However, too many accidents have already happened to continue to ignore them.

I had always been to this place and had never had a problem. This day 10/13/17 I went to buy a banana split 2 chocolate balls and one of Pistachio, and I did not really realize when the new employee was preparing my order but when I got to my car I I realized that it was not what I had ordered because it was not chocolate but vanilla and to finish a hair in the ice cream. The employee needs to be more trained to avoid these mistakes.
