I inquired about a 2022 Nissan frontier at night and the very next morning received a phone call, Right away the experience felt genuine and they did not try to push any other vehicles or items I did not want. By the end of the day the truck was delivered to my door. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle I will be using this dealership.

I just brought my car from this dealership in June and my salesmen was awesome. So I made an appointment the day I got my car for the oil change for today at 8:30am. When I arrived with my four year old son. I asked how long it would be. I was told an hour and a half. I figured I could entertain my son for that amount of time. I had errands to run after, so I decided to wait. After 2 hours I asked if my car was close to being ready. I was under the impression it had not even been started on with how the guy returned to tell me it was going to 20-25 more minutes. I waited 45 more minutes before my car was ready. I have never waited 3 hours for an oil change. I had a different guy that got my car. I was trying to be nice even though I was really upset. One he wasn’t the one that kept telling me false times and because I work in retail/customer service industry and I know how it is to be short handed. My problem was the first guy should have been up front with how long it was really going to take and offer for the shuffle to take my son and I home. The ALL guy crew was not rude but could have been more honest and considerate of my time. I will not be coming back.

I was told that it would take an hour, so I didn’t leave. After 2 hours and 10 minutes I asked if it was ready I was told they were taking it to be washed, so it would be 15 more minutes. After 15 minutes I was told it was ready. I was happy that my first service was free and was very grateful, but my car looked like it had not been washed except for a few drops of water. The car was still dirty the windshield had a ton of bugs still on it and the inside I had just vacuumed it last night and now the carpet had a ton of weeds and wet feet marks on the floor of drivers side.

My wife and i were very happy with the service, and parts department. They ordered my parts very quickly and performed the service promptly. The dealership was very clean, and they even gave us a complimentary car wash. I will definitely keep giving them my business.

I was greeted the second I pulled in by the nicest man who was expecting me that morning. After getting my information he walked me in to their waiting room where there was an assortment of beverages to have while I waited. The waiting area was so clean and comfortable. It was such a pleasure to be there.

Recently bought a car here, and their car selection is top of the line for the high demand for new cars. They have a decent selection and salesmen are pretty good. However the process and time they make you wait no matter what you are doing is super long. Trying to get a hold of my salesman to ask questions about my new car, I got no response back and had to go in and try to catch him in person. Communication and time could definitely be worked upon, but besides that overall happy with the place!

Dont get me wrong I love the truck after a month and a half of it being in and out of the shop at Chico Nissan it was not inspected before I purchased it was sold right off the lot that was not inspected not cleaned just the car wash when we purchased but been in and out of the shop for like I said a month and a half but thanks to Trey in the service department who I have 100% satisfaction with the problems are finally fixed thank you TreyMake sure if you buy from Chico Nissan the car has been inspected before pulling off the lot if not take it to Trey and you will have no problems.

This was a very good experience from a sales perspective and even better from a service perspective. I had a small issue shortly after purchase and the service department did an excellent job. They gave me a loaner car for the day and treated me like a customer- not just a consumer. Additionally sales remembered me, called me by my name, checked how I was doing, how I was liking the truck, etc. sounds minor I know, but rare these days. Absolutely superior experience vs. other local dealerships, of which I dealt with three others in the last 12 months.

I always have a pleasant experience whenever I bring my vehicle in for service even when it is just an oil change and tire rotation. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. I especially like the car wash.

We came in on a Sunday to just look at vehicles. We had no idea what we wanted but had a price range in mind. We were approached by the absolute friendliest and caring salesman ever. Alvey helped us narrow down our search right away. He then showed us a vehicle that had literally just come in. It was perfect, had everything we wanted, and was in right price range. He even helped us get the lifetime power train warranty even though it wasnt a Nissan vehicle and was just outside the date range needed to qualify. He did not pressure us, was kind through the whole process, was super kind to our daughter, and seriously went above and beyond. All of the people there were really friendly, including the service technicians who got our vehicle in tip top shape before it came to us. We highly recommend Chico Nissan and if you go there ask for Alvey he truly cares about the people he works with.

Nothing but honesty, integrity and professionalism. Follow up on items that were to be delivered later were taken care of and delivered agreed without our follow up which is very rare these days. First time doing business with this dealership but next time I will definitely go here first due to their response time, professionalism, thoroughness and honesty. Initially friendly and accommodating. They made promises that they did not keep. Gave them 2 weeks to supply the equipment they said they would send with my automobile. No results. I did get a good deal on the car I was purchasing. Perhaps, they feel the deal was good enough not to live up to their promises.

I would not come back to Chico Nissan HyundaiI purchased a 2015 Toyota Avalon and a week and a half into driving the vehicle the bumper was coming off have two chips on the windshield the interior on the driver side is coming apart they never fixed it they said theyre going to take care of me and give me new floor mats for the vehicle never did. Had me in a rental for 2 weeks husband went to go pick up the car gave it back to him undone and with no gas

Went through TrueCar. I had cash in hand to pay the entire amount quoted. When I arrived at Chico Nissan, I was informed that paying cash would affect the price theyd quoted me, (???) and that I needed to finance about $4,000 to get the price. They then have you sit there, completely unattended for 4 hours. Drained and exhausted they take you into a mans office who hard sells yyou on some ridiculously expensive extended warranty. They are calculating and ruthless. They wear you down, hold you forever,, and confuse you.I drove away having spent $7,000 over and above the price wed agreed on, and with an $11,000 loan I did not want.

Tried hard to meet my budget. I was impressed that some employees have bee employed there for many years. Also have been aware of the treatment of how they handle my daughters purchases over the years. She is super picky about her car and they have always handled her many concerns professionally. She has never been made to feel stupid about her concerns.

It was one of Chico cool 104-degree afternoons, even with that he walked us through 7 or 8 pickups but we just didnt see what we were looking for until Nic walked us to their back lot, we found the pickup that we were looking for. They lied to me and tried to tell me my brakes needed to be done I need a new tires and a couple other things and my brother-in-law whos a mechanic checked him and my brakes are fine and my tires were still really good and the other things that they said were wrong were fine too so do not trust Chico Nissan!!!!!
