I bought a car here and within a few miles after purchasing the check engine light came on. I have been calling to ask if they know what was wrong with the car but they just hang up or forward my call. Incredibly dishonest. Turns out they sold me a car with a bad catalytic converter and left me in a very bad situation. Also when I ask for a receipt i was handed a title and smog certificate. I realized when the lady at DMV treated me like i stole the car and refused to transfer the title that it was still registered to some girl and i need proof that she sold it to the dealer and them to me, none of which was provided. But of course they are still not responding to my calls. Nightmare experience dealing with these crooks. 0 stars should be an option.

Great experience purchasing a 2011 Dodge here, very honest salesman, had it inspected before I completed the purchase, and had it fully servuced already which saved me the hassle of going to my mechanic for an oil change service! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Austin and his wife took really great care of me. I bought a white Toyota Prius from them. The car was immaculate except for one stain in the carpet. Austin went above and beyond by removing the stain. I would definitely buy another car from them.

Adding to another comment here about unethical practice: I was shopping around in hopes of test driving a few cars and Im told that Im required to have a hard inquiry on my credit to test drive a car.It is not a requirement to run your credit to test drive, you only run your credit when you are sure you want to buy.EDIT: updated from 1 to 3 stars as the owner attempted to make contact.

Bought a BMW from Austin and I know I got a great deal, for I shopped this model extensively. He mentioned that he thought the power steering had a slight vibration that seemed questionable; he discounted the price for me in anticipation of its possible failure.A year later it went out and I called him to get a recommendation for a good mechanic. I called his mechanic and he gave me a quote. I happened to mention that I bought it from Austin and he discounted the work by 40% for me.By Far the best used car purchase experience Ive ever had; thank you Austin, I know your going to always do well with your business ethics.

Worst experience of my life. I had a trip to Reno planned with me and my four kids and needed a new van ASAP. I was directed by Clifton to immediately start loan process through THIER lender. I sent in all documents and nessessary items immediately and was approved the next day. Then I had a friend drive me over an hour 1/2 to pick up the van (my kids at home waiting in anticipation) when I arrived the vehicle had been sold hours before. I never received a call or text or anything. My kids will be so disappointed. I am so disappointed. 😢 I took the advice of my friend and asked to be reimbursed at least for the gas. They sat there as if debating if I was worth it...”I guess we all learned something today”. (I felt like I got punched in the gut). It did not feel honest at all!
