Bought a shirt for Fathers Day too small went to return it had lost our receipt still had the original tag never used but was told no exchange no instore credit. Rude employee would not talk to me. Im not going to be back. I felt snubbed.

Love sierra nevada beer and the company
Friendly, helpful staff, great selection. Sierra Nevada does everything well. I love to go in, visit, ask questions, choose excellent beers, with a wide variety of styles. Knowledgeable staff and if they dont know it, theyll find someone who will. They treat travelers and locals with care. Beer centric.
First off my burger and beer was awesome.. got the Terence 50, it was amazing. My friend had some good allergies and they were very helpful with getting her a good meal that was suitable for her. My wife left her phone there and we didnt realize it till we drove 2 hours away, the manager Meilani (I think thats her name ) was super helpful in assisting us with the recovery of the phone, she went out of her way to help us. It was my first time there and definitely not my last. It is our new favorite place to eat when we drive through Chico.
The staff is always nice and the items are normally well made. I miss the days when the prices were reasonable. Now the items are overpriced but I guess that was bound to happen.
Nice little gift shop. Not too many things to buy there but they definitely have some basic merch and some nice cold beers to-go. The area around the gift shop is really nice to just walk around and explore- there are some cool displays and old machinery upstairs, and the whole area seems open to the public.
The beers we had were delicious. I enjoyed my fish and chips for dinner. I was not a fan of the malt vinegar. Our waitress was rude and inattentive. She acted annoyed to be working the entire time we were at dinner. It’s disappointing to have such a terrible server with a good meal. I don’t even think she told us her name. We will be giving the brewery another chance. Hopefully we get a more personable server next time.
The folks at Sierra Nevada were just wonderful during the Camp Fire as they are all year long. I highly recommend them.
They made it here and sell it here. The best place to come if your local purveyor doesnt carry your favorite varieties.
We were so lucky to have the opportunity to purchase the Resilience. 100% of the proceeds go toward the Camp Fire. They also have the shirts.
The tour was useful, informative, and didnt take too long so that youd start thinking, when is this going to be over? - a useful 10 - 15 minutes, plus, you get to bury your head in big glass bowl of hops and inhale. The gift shop has a large selection of trinkets to useful home items, pint glasses, clothes, hats and bike racing jerseys in vibrant SN colors (Whaaaattt?!). I put those items in my rental car and went back inside for the main attraction, the Pub. I sat at the bar and somehow 3 pm became 8 pm. The bar tenders told me I was what they called A Shifter - someone whos there for their whole shift. I dunno, I bumped into SN Pale Ale 6 or 7 years ago at a meeting in Reno, and started finding it all over Virginia when I came home. This company is a great success story, sticking to its principles of uncompromising quality hand crafted brewskis that dont taste like dishwater (Budweiser, Coors Light, etc take note), all done in an environmentally efficient as possible, which I dont think of when Im downing a pint but is a good way to go.You can taste every beer they have on tap easily, as they sell nice sized half pints for only $2, so you can sample all their on-draft beers 8 oz at a time quite economically.Id wanted to visit for years so when I had a conference in San Francisco in August 2008 I went out 2 days early and drove out quite easily, arriving mid Saturday afternoon, so I saw the late lunch/afternoon/take a break from shopping crowd and after they exited the local clientele came in for dinner and began leaving by the time I wrapped things up. The bar group are a great group of pros and easy to talk to, and you can easily get to know some local regulars at the bar as they come and go over 5 or 6 hours. Honestly, where did the time go?Dont second guess yourself, go ahead and make the trip, the drive to Sacramento and north to Chico will show you a colossal agricultural and rural side of California you may not have seen before.Yes, I did have a sausage plate, very good, as are most things on the menu the locals tell me.
Great Sierra Nevada gear. Glassware, frisbees, towels, dog leashes/collars, apparel, and more. Cooler with a variety of year round, seasonal, and limited beers. Apparel is pricey but other items are reasonable. Check in for brewery tours just outside the gift shop.
Everyone is super nice. walk into the gift shop your bound to find something you will love.
Awesome employees. Appreciate their hard work!
Cool spot to get some gear.
Staff is welcoming! The hooded sweatshirts are my favorite to purchase for fall/winter.
If youre a Sierra Nevada fan youll spend some money in here in something.
Great tour, I highly recommend it!
If you need Sierra Nevada gear, they have it all, from shirts and bottle openers to mustard.
Great staff, selection and products!
My favorite beer gift shop
