Online appointment made my visit a breeze. No paperwork to fill out when I arrived! Doc was knowledgeable and warned me about the dangers of wearing my contacts too long. Being that Ive been wearing contacts for 27 years and NO ONE have ever told me what he did about contact care thats awesome. I cant say enough about Candy either. She was super nice and extremely pleasant to interact with. She made the entire experience fun!

If I could give this place 10 stars I totally would! They absolutely lived up to their reputation and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Candy and Billie made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Smith was very thorough and helped me better understand what was happening with my vision. I have a very small face and finding glasses is often a nightmare. Candy assured me I’d leave happy and confident in my new frames and she did not disappoint. While I filled a basket with what I liked, she was pulling frames she thought would work best for me. I’m terrible at this and these were my first pair of glasses so I was clueless. I pulled like 20 pair, Candy pulled about 3 and nailed it! She genuinely cared about matching me with frames I would love. She was honest when something didn’t work for my face and basically held my hand through the entire process. I was not rushed or bamboozled into buying unnecessary extras. She helped me make the right decision about what I needed. Billie was extremely knowledgeable in my insurance coverage and made me feel confident when selecting frames. I normally dont post reviews on anything but my experience at SVS was so good that I had to make a review. Candy was absolutely incredible in helping me select the right glasses that fit my look and my face. The doctor was thorough and very friendly. If you need eye glasses, go to SVS. The Doctor is excellent in knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. The women who work the front are so helpful and cordial. You can tell they love their job and make customers feel appreciated. My family and I have been going there for years. Candy helped us today and she is so sweet and knows how to pick just the right frames. I confidently say SVS is the BEST place to go for eyewear.

After researching numerous optometrists online, I decided to try SVS Vision. I was so happy that I did.. Everyone was friendly and professional. Candy( I hope thats the correct spelling) was Awesome! She was so warm and easy to talk to. Additionally, I was concerned w not having vision insurance. She was able to give me some discounts; allowing me to get the glasses I needed and wanted without sacrificing anything. I would highly recommend SVS to everyone!

I live in Louisville and decided to go to SVS because they had good reviews and hours. I was really glad to find an eye doctor with Saturday hours.Everyone from the office staff to Dr. Smith was really nice. Dr. Smith seemed to anticipate all of my questions before I knew what my questions were... It was convenient and not too far from my home even though I had to cross the bridge. I highly recommend this place.

I too initially came here due to insurance only accepting this optical center for exam coverage but I left more pleased than I thought possible. Billie, Candy, and Alex are AMAZING. Billie made my appointment for the day after I called! Candy helped me choose my glasses and was soooo patient with me! Alex taught my contact class and couldn’t have been more patient and supportive of something so new and hard to do. I cannot express how much I love these ladies!!!! They have the best attitudes and work so well together! They treat you like family. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone. Best experience ever.

I got contacts for my very first time and Candy was an amazing teacher and very sweet and patient with me. She made me laugh and talked me through something that could of been very aggravating with each fail and your eyes burning from every attempt of trying to put this contact in. I felt very calm and relaxed and had fun because of Candy. I highly recommend this location, mostly because of how fantastic Candy is but also the other employees here were great and friendly as well. Great energy in this building from a fantastic work crew. Nice and friendly staff, they take your blood pressure. The eye doctor does a thorough vision examine. I also liked the thorough explanation of what our insurance paid for and the discounts we got with it. Called and got a next day appointment, on a Saturday. Staff and doctor was very friendly and helpful. I cant afford much more than my insurance will cover and they worked with me to get the best deal within my price range with no questions asked and with no pushing for extra bells and whistles.

The office is warm and inviting. The women in this office are queens of customer service, informing us of everything we didn’t know we should know. The office is neat and clean, and we left in a great mood with some great frames.

The majority of the time the customer service at the Clarksville, Indiana location is fantastic. However, as of late its been a little lower quality. I was to have Accuvue Vita for my test lenses and there were none in the office. I was given Acuvue Oasis instead. They gave me issues for 2 weeks. Went back in and there still were no ordered. Finally received the test contacts several weeks after and am having no issues!

Weve been pts there for about 6-7yrs with our daughter and bow the whole family goes there and we really have a nice visit every time. The workers are wonderful and very helpful!!

I was in yesterday I saw Dr.Smith. He was a very nice doctor Took the time to explain everything to me so I understood. The other staff was wonderful with helping me pick out the right glasses for me! I would deffentnatly be going back for future visits!

When I called the office I spoke with a lady by the name of Candy who was extremely helpful when I told her I was needing to come in and order my safety glasses for work. I explained that I had my prescription and she told me that there was no need for and appointment to just stop in and they would get me taken care of. Unfortunately when I stopped in the Clarksville location today Candy wasnt there yet and I had to deal with Billie. She was extremely rude and loud....fyi just because you call someone sweetheart doesnt change the fact of how poorly you treated me. I look forward to the call back from corporate to discuss how unprofessional Billie was today.
