Referred by a friend and now I see why. From the desk staff to the technical assistants, everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor performed additional tests that diagnosed an eye problem that other doctors missed completely. The test equipment is new and comprehensive. The best part is the doctor is not only skilled but really cares about her patients. Northfield Eye Care is the best facility for eye care and eyeglasses I have ever visited.

The service and personal attention given to you as a patient is amazing. Outstanding service every time I visit. The Northfield Eye care facility is state of the art.. Ill be returning for any future eyecare needs.

The first time i went to make appointment the front desk was so polite and then once i came for my appointment this past Saturday every staff and my doctor was so polite and helpful and I enjoy it and I only went to get prescription safety glasses for work. But I will try and see bout coming back but for my everyday glasses. Love them all and they make me feel welcomed and at home.

Easily the best experience I have had at an eye doctor. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the building was clean and my overall visit was wonderful! They were able to schedule me an appointment to be seen within a week of calling. They also did not have to put me through the dilation process, which i usually dread, and instead I was in and out in under an hour! Would definitely recommend Northfield Eye Care!

Very fast, efficient, and kind facility.

Great staff, went in for my oldest daughters appointment and they were able to see both my daughters same day. All staff was amazing with my 4 year old for her first visit. Very patient and walked her through the process. Absolutely would recommend!

I was somehow able to obtain a same day appointment (it was urgent and I was pitiful on the phone), BUT, everyone was amazing, kind, professional and efficient. I had a complete exam, ordered new glasses and scheduled for beginning to wear contacts and was still out in an hour. I never felt rushed, but didnt feel like my time was wasted. The entire staff is kind, courteous yet efficient and professional.

Were excellent people professional at what they did went above and beyond there job

I have gone to other eye docs before and was unable to put in contacts. Wow within 10 minutes they gave me some tips that helped and really fixed my vision. Truly appreciate of the service and will be back!

Excellent service, helpful, and friendly staff. Addressed my vision concerns, and was happy to answer questions I had. They were even able to get me back into new contact lenses after 12 years of being unable to wear them.
