I had a pin that granted access to the storage, they allowed my ex wife to enter without it even though she’s not on the account. She took everything and they’ve been charging me for almost five years, even though I said I no longer need service after she took everything. I have copies of all the email traffic in case anyone wants to see it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I’m pretty sure all these five star reviews are fake

We just dropped off our 26 truck and auto hauler. Very friendly and respectful employees. They were efficient and personable. We were in and out quickly. Great experience. Make sure you get your receipt before you leave. They be also had plenty of moving supplies available inside.

Absolutely terrible facilities, especially for the price. I moved in November and when the movers came to pick up my stuff in storage, I found mold on my kids bunk beds, a formal picture, dresser mirror, all mattresses that were in there, dining room table and chairs, and boxes containing clothes. I highly recommend looking other places because when I called the claims department they told me to call my renters insurance company to file a claim and I refuse to pay a deductible for something that was totally the companys fault.

***Firstly, note that my review is recent and the bad reviews about this location are like 6 years old.***Korey and Kevin are awesome. Rates were reasonable, truck and storage unit in great shape. I cannot complain at all. Korey gave me every benefit he could at every turn, knows their policies inside and out and makes the decision that is most beneficial to the customer. Great experience. Thanks again guys!—UPDATE—After the transaction settled, I checked my credit card statement and I had been overcharged for a pick up truck rental. Kevin made it a priority to contact me and resolve the issue. He even remembered my last name (which is not an easy last name) so when I called he already knew it was me. If I was a business owner, I would go there and offer Korey and Kevin double their pay to come work for me. This level of customer service is rare in this day and age.Thanks again guys.

We were at this location right when they opened to pick up a 12x6 trailer because we were told that time to pick it up. Then, they told us that we couldn’t pick it up until 11. We called at 11 and they gave the trailer to someone else because they supposedly missed our reservation. We reserved this trailer over a week ago. The lady working was not kind at all and not understanding whatsoever. Horrible customer service considering they did nothing for us at all and how rude they were. Would not recommend using this Uhaul location.

I bought a tow bar for them and called to ask if they would install it and they said yes! And it would cast me 60 or 150! So I go down there to find out they dont do it!!!

The manager mike is rascist. My husband who is Asian came in to get a hitch installed, was treated rudley by mike. My husband accidently selected the wrong truck model online for the apt. My husband asked for our model and he automatcily said we dont have that. My husband wrote a reveiw on the page and CS reache out and gave us a gift card for for my hisaband being treated so rudley by Mike. Also Mike could of helped my husband but decided not to. We will be going to another U haul.Update we went to the campbell blvd location and the CS was on point.

*Update to original review*The manager of this location was very responsive and offered to reimburse the additional day of charges._________________________________________________________________I reserved a trailer at this location solely due to the convenience of the location to the interstate. When I arrived they informed me that they did not have the trailer I reserved. The gentleman called their customer service line and the closest trailer that was available was 30 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was going. This resulted in an additional day of charges since I had to drive almost 2 hours (total) out of my way in rush hour traffic. I was basically told tough luck on my reservation guarantee since there was a trailer available in Clarksville even though it was not the location I had reserved originally.

Moving is a harrowing experience for me anyway. Im too old to do much myself any more and my organizational abilities are lack! Kevin and his team at this location have made it so much easier. They are courteous, helpful, compassionate and I couldnt have made it through this without them. Kudos to you guys and thank you so much!!

After multiple terrible experiences at the location on Providence, we came directly to this location on Wilma Rudolph. The staff here, particularly Angela, listened to us, addressed our needs immediately, and solved our issues courteously, efficiently, and professionally.After an exceedingly stressful week, she made us smile and even saved us some money! Lady was rude. They are only allowing two people in at a time due to the virus, so I stepped inside and got yelled at because there were already customers in there.But the windows here are tinted and you can’t see inside.Super disappointed with how she handled the situation.

Mostly good experience minus the attitude and disrespect from one employee. She was rude, disrespectful and acted as if we were a burden.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR HITCH INSTALLED AT THIS LOCATION!!! After dropping off my Subaru Outback I was told to wait next door and the install would be complete in about an hour and a half. After waiting for about an hour and fifteen minutes I received a call asking if I could re-schedule the appointment because none of the employees present knew how to perform the installation. No apologies given. No manager present. Time and resources wasted and the employees could care less.

Employees are friendly, but the truck was awful. It smelled like rotten food and the inside of the windshield was so dirty I had to clean it myself. The mechanics of the truck were sketchy too - I understand trucks that big handle much different than a car, but the steering was so loose it was borderline dangerous.As a former U-Haul employee (2 years, store associate), my manager always stressed that we had to show respect for the equipment by keeping it clean and well maintained, so that our customers would do the same. Its clear from the condition of the truck I had, theres not much respect happening at this location.

After Penske totally screwed my husband and I over on pick up day we went to U-haul and Angela was seriously our saving grace. She got us a truck and a car dolly with no notice. We had to pick up right then and there. Very grateful for her help and she was very personable and funny which made me almost forgot about how agitated I was prior to coming in. Not only did they help us out immensely, we got our truck and car dolly for almost $300 cheaper than what Penske quoted us for. THANK YOU U-HAUL!!

My husband and I are in the middle of a stressful 3 part move and we rented a Uhaul Truck and Vehicle trailer from this location the staff were both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. One associate in particular, Logan E., was extremely helpful as he took the time to assist us in loading our vehicle onto the trailer. I highly recommend this location to anyone who requires any of these services.

I made the reservation and stated pick-up time would be mid-morning to early afternoon. They cancelled my reservation at 7:00 AM. They lied to the person picking up the trailer and told him I approved the insurance if he wanted to get it. (I never was informed about insurance options.) I asked what would be charged to my card when I made the reservation. It was much higher when charged. Kevin refunded the insurance charge but the final charge was still higher than the quoted charge and legal sales tax rate. Very shady operation. rate at your own risk. The only reason they get one star is because zero is not an option.

Great service from the technician and quality of equipment, but I only give it two stars because of the general manager has horrible personal skills and really does not go out of his way for customer service. Kevin Chambers is only willing to help customers when it is convenient for him.

I was nervous at first hauling a 5x8 cargo trailer with my full size Mazda cx9, since this was my first time hauling, but Kevin was very helpful explaining what to expect on the road. After a smooth and safe trip to Ohio and back and a wonderful 24hour,after hours drop off, I will definately be back!!! Very helpful and nice employees! Thank you :)

Literally waited 30 mins in the store for someone to help me and they werent even busy. No one even took the time to see what I needed. Incredibly unprofessional staff, doesnt even seem like they have been trained as they constantly make mistakes and forget how to do their jobs. Every time I tried to speak up to get assistance they would stair with a blank look like nobody knew what to do. They must be understaffed because the next time I went in they had literally one guy actually working. When I actually was seen they didnt even have the trailer I had reserved! Screwed up my entire move

Rented an auto trailer from them. The employee helped mms hill it up. I had read the manual and watched the you tube instructions. There was a chain she didnt hook up. I asked her what that chain was for. She didnt know. When the manager came to hook the test up, she didnt remember. Lucky i remember and asked the manager. It turns out it as there chain for the brake!After 7 miles the trailer was making funny noise. Turns out the one of the tire was flat, bald. I could have gotten into an accident in the freeway. As experts they didnt even do a safety check. Lucky the TJ uhaul place was near by and they arranged for field manager to change tire for me.

The people who work here are very understanding. Its been a pleasure to be their customer, even though its just my storage place.

Worst experience we have ever had!!! The woman there was actually screaming and berating us. We were shocked and will NEVER go back or recommend them. We will recommend no one goes there.

The staff was nice but the truck was not in great condition. One of the tail lights did not work as well as a turn signal, but the truck operated properly outside of that.
