People break into smaller units all the time here and try to cut locks. When you report it to staff they don’t seem like they care at all when you tell them . attempt of theft reports and replacements of tampered locks from it aren’t covered in their insurance policy so you end up paying out of pocket for their lack of security and to get your lock cut. I don’t recommend this place for service-members at all Your gear will be stolen or tampered with along with your personal belongings if you decide to secure them in a small unit here.

The best storage facility hands down!! Beats everyones prices. Very secure. Not too far from amenities. Every question answered. Ryan is the best!!! Best of Clarksville earned!

I never had any issues the 1-2 yrs with this unit. Whenever I called and left a message I always received a call back. I recently closed my storage due to moving out of state. They worked with me closing everything out. I also didn’t have to worry about any extra charges after.

My sister and I had our stuff there for going on 3 yrs with no issues about our Unit. Ryan and the entire staff was great. Appreciate you guys when we needed them. Congrats on the new establishment.

Out of the year that my belongings were kept here, they were never disturbed. The facility was clean as well as the offices. The staff was super friendly, especially Ryan. He is of the utmost professional. He made it extremely easy for me to vacate when the time came. The only reason I’m giving this 4/5 stars is because it is not a 24 hour facility.

Ive been using them for about three years now and I have nothing bad to say if you forget a payment they contact you promptly to let you know and they are always very courteous when you go in to talk to them

The staff are responsive and awesome. Ryan is great. None of our equipment has been messed with in the few months we have been using them. When we first started the gate would close by 9pm which made things a bit difficult. I mentioned it and now it is open till 11 (which is what made me want to write a review).If they could change to a 24 hour gate this place would be 5 stars all the way. Who knows, maybe i will get my wish!

I have a storage unit here, and theyre very helpful. The lady who works the front desk exceeds in customer service. I met the owner as well and she is just a sweet, she is just a business woman, and does things correctly.

We have stuff still in our storage unit there in Tennessee and we are in NY ... Our home state n we are going to get our stuff next month. Theyve worked with us on our payment. Good Customer Service.

The lady (angie) at the front desk doesn’t know her job. I rented a 15’ uhaul to move and she told me since it’s out of town I have to drop it off in oak grove not Clarksville. I drove the uhaul a total of 5 miles and was charged $147 for dropping it off in oak grove. I called uhaul and they said I could drop it in Clarksville. I called her and all I get is “I never said that”. Do not go here.

On the day I rented the storage unit, Angie helped me. She provide okay service ( meaning nothing to complain or compliment on). The day I go to move out, the last day of the month, I drive up to the access gate pad to find a sticky note explaining the gate was not working and it would not be fixed until until Monday. On December 2nd I placed a call to them to find out how could I obtain access to my storage unit being that the time I was able to be there was after their business hours. I was told by Georgia that I could arrange a day and they would leave a chained gate opened and I should lock it back because theyd had issues leaving it unlocked. Long story short I didnt arrange with them and I was advised I would need to pay a$20.00 late fee and the storage fee. The manager in New York would not have it any other way. Okay Kool. I need my things so I can move out so today I rush there before they close at 6pm Angie is working the desk. She tells me I owe a $65.00. I give her $ 80.00 in cash she tells me she does not have change and I would need to go get it and come back and there was nothing she could do. I tell her please dont make your business issues my personal problem and we should figure out something because I was not going to get change. I start asking a question in order to resolve the issue because I needed to get moving and she proceeds to get loud and abruptly interrupts me providing an answer that does not answer my question. I politely tell her the answer she is providing is not answering my question at which time she gets loud. I ask her to turn her volume down and informed her she was hurting my ears. She responds rudely stating, well you keep asking questions and Im trying too explain. I advise her that she is upset with me and can not hear my questions because she is readily responding on the defense. I tell her I would wait outside for her to unlock my unit after she takes my $80 and states my account will show a credit of $15. I said okay but would they mail me a check because I was moving out of the unit. She said yes. I review my receipt and it shows a payment of a$65.00 and the change due is $0.00. I go back to inquire about the credit and why it is not showing on my receipt. She said it does show because you said you are moving out but it is in our system. I begin to ask how would I get it because I dont have proof for my records. She begins to get loud again and my ears are starting to ring 😕. I begin to ask her how would I have known if she never explained that my credit would not show on my receipt but it is in their system? She interrupted and said something not pertaining to my question. Now my patience was running very thin. It is hard to handle business with a person who begin to take things personal. 1st off she rented me a unit with a broken door .Then told me that if Im 15 days late my contents of my unit would go up for auction. I called in I said I am out of town and will be back in a day however that did not even matter despite how often I have paid my bill on time. I will be moving my contents this week. I am sorely disappointed in their customer service and additive.
