I visited this Penske site in October prior to my move out of state. Marco (?) was very helpful and knowledgable. I eventually rented from the International Blvd site only because my friend lived closer to that one and it was a more convenient location, otherwise I wouldve rented from this Penske because the customer service was great!

Had scheduled to return a truck there. For there about 30 minutes AFTER the time they were to open and nobody was there. I had to drive the 20 minutes back to my house and Call Penske, put more fuel in the truck then drop it off at Home Depot later that afternoon.

Very helpful staff!!! Great discount for military!!! Have used them a few times over past 20+ yrs, ALWAYS a great experience.
