I’ve been coming here every time I get wheels and tires installed on my truck. I drove an hour just to come back to super tires because of the great people that work here. Wonderful customer service, fast and efficient service. I will continue to come back every time I need wheels and tires for my truck.

This place ripped me off when doing business there on 10/10/21 and 10/11/21. I left a vehicle needed 2 tires plugged. I was charged $50 and was asked to pay in cash. Today the low pressure sensor came back on on the same rear tire that was supposed to be repaired and it has the same screw in the tire.I trusted this place with the safety of my pet and family members as well as other loved ones and here I am driving around with a tire that could go flat anytime and cause a severe accident. Shame on you. If you needed $50 that bad I would have probably given a few bucks.

The service here is great. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Drove an hour to come here because we trust them. My family has used them 4 times now and counting!!! Great place, worth the drive from any where in Tampa bay area.

The front tire of our truck was not tighted down. I could take off all the nuts by hand. I paid for a full set rotation and it doesnt even seem like they touched the back tires.This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.If you have them put on your wheels check them and make sure they are on tight before driving. For your own safety.I also paid for a brand new tire and they put on a used one twice but I noticed and had them put on a new one. They were going to have me pay $170 for one used tire.

My rear wheel came off in traffic within a week of having new rims and tires put on. The wheel hit my car obviously, then hit another truck, leaving lug nuts spread over the road for 2 blocks. This could have killed myself, passengers, or any other person in traffic. Needless to say, there is other damage to my vehicle, beings the left rear hit the ground while driving.A rear lug nut is missing off of my passenger side as well today.They placed a spacer on the wheels because my chosen rims did not fit without it. This item was put on free of cost, because someone else had paid for them, but never picked them up. This approval was done over the phone, but I did not know it would cause my wheels and rims to stick out beyond the cars body.The front right tire rub and hit the car while driving.The spacer caused my wheels and tires to extend the width of my car, which I found out today by an police officer that is illegal!They had to perform two alignments, because the first one prior to having the wheels and tires placed was not done properly, if at all.My mechanic is tax exempt, but they also claim that they offer a military discount, which they would not honor, because I was already getting a deal...I am sore, scared, and my vehicle is not drivable! I will not take my car here ever again, nor recommend them to anyone.The only plus is that that are very friendly to deal with. I dont know how they will be now though. They will not place a hand on my car, because Im afraid of someone trying to cover something up.

Unbelievably awesome service from these guys man! I actually had 2 SEPARATE BLOWOUTS, 2 weeks apart, both LATE in the afternoon, in which they came to my rescue. Of course I had to get my Lexus towed there on my own, but these guys were kind enough to wait until I got there, even though it was right at closing time. Gave me a couple great deals too. I wont go anywhere else for tires.P.S. The review that the guy gave below about the bodily harm. I was actually THERE when all that allegedly went down and that is a false claim. That was the same day my car was towed in that last time. Those guys there are great. That is a False Review if I may say so.

We were leaving town on a Sunday after a vacation and had a blowout. We found Super Tires on Google. Nick, the owner, was extremely pleasant and most helpful. He had us on our way in no time. He could have sold us a whole tire but let us know the tire could be patched, saving time and money. I would highly recommend this business!

Best place to get anything done!! The guys that work there are the best so nice and honest. Best prices around!!! I dont have a ton of money but this place will allow financing if you need it plus they offer warranties on tires that normally you would pay a ton for at any other tire place. Trust me this place is the best if you can get to it from where you are or live. You will not be disappointed ever. I went to Super Tires in Clearwater (referred from a friend) and they are amazing! Unbeatable prices paired with a personable, knowledgeable and extremely professional staff even while busy and short-staffed. These poor guys had to dig through my messy trunk to find the wheel key, which is somehow missing, and get the tires off without the key. Not their fault, but they ordered the wrong size tires so they had to reorder. They put on loaners until I can get back to have the right ones installed. With all the hiccups and long wait, I would highly recommend them any day and will continue to do business with them for all my tire needs in the future. Ask for Jeff. I personally had a flat tire on US 19 I pulled in there to have my tire fixed and and hope that they would my tire. I had a unique tire for my car within an hour they were able to get a new tire there put on the new tire I walked away only waiting a little over an hour. I was amazed I was shocked and they also made me feel like I was at home comfortable. It was soothing to know that this company the people that are working there helps me out in a very timely manner. After having my tire done literally two weeks later my son had an issue with his tire with a small leak. I called Dana who knows how I was upset with my tire and said not a problem to bring it in. now understand this was a day after a holiday I thought for sure I wouldnt be able to have my sons tire done.believe it or not he had my sons tire delivered it was there for him to install it I was in and out of there within 45 minutes what an amazing team of professional. Do not accept the 1st 2nd or 3rd price when dealing with this company. They will work with you.The reason why is because they overcharge you to begin with. I bought 2 ironman gen 2 tires for $300. these EXACT same tires are at walmart for $110 for 2 tires and are also sold on-line for $124. walmart takes to long to put on tires and because of my time restraints I went with this company . next time I will order on line and go to a mom and pop tire place and have them put them on for $20 each. I really needed 4 tires but bought 2 because I felt in my bones it was to expesive

I wouldnt recommend Super Tires & Wheels to anyone. They tell you one price on the phone and its totally different when you show up. i asked them if what the quoted me was the total price or an estimate and they said its the total price for a used tire, mount, and balanced. They had me in a tough spot. They knew my tire was about to blow and that i wouldnt drive off without another tire. The way i see it, they ripped me off. They wouldnt agree on the price i was told on the phone. I wish there was a no star option because thats what i rate this place.

I had to call when I got there, but no biggie, they immediately came and put new tires, alignment, and new battery. I am going back for oil change because I didnt realize they did that too. Worst place ever bought 4000 dollors of rims and tires, less then 40 miles tire came off damaged new rim and my car and this company refuses to refund my brand new rim I bought from them, NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE

Josh over at Clearwater super tires went above and beyond. I came in with a list of stock numbers for used sets of 4 wheels that I found on their website and wanted to see if any of them were at the Clearwater location that could be installed. It turns out the website isnt as up to date as their instore database and none were avaliable. I always start my hunt at the Clearwater super tires because they typically have what I need and are able to get the job done quick. This time I thought I was out of luck, and simply thanked him for his time and headed out. A moment later he stopped me and offered me a very good deal on a set of 4 new tires, very close to matching the budget I had upon entering the store. He ordered the tires and they installed the next day. Everyone there is extremely profesonal, and since I first started going there (approx. 6 years ago) they have made some serious improvements in the showroom and shop from the looks of it. Great guys, great deals. Ill continue to shop with them first anytime I need some tires.

Had two tires replaced today. Based on the price and the awesome customer service I received, this review would have normally received 5 stars. The guy at the counter, Nick, was absolutely swamped but managed to provide service with a smile and kept all the customers aware of where their vehicle was in the process. He was great! However, when I got on the road, I scrolled to my tire pressure reading on my dash and one of the tires I purchased was inflated to 43 PSI while the other was inflated to 31! When I pulled over to add air in my tire, I noticed none of the tires had valve caps. In all fairness, I was already missing one of the original metal ones that came with the car. Now I’m missing all 4. Not the end of the world and easy enough to replace but I shouldn’t have to do the extra work after having my tires serviced.

Went in there with estimate from Tire Kingdom for a pair of Firestone tires they told me they could be their price and would sell me the same tires When I got there they had switched me with some BF Goodrich tires this place is doing terrible business.

Amazing!!!Fast customer service and inexpensive. We were told by Tire World that our tire couldnt be patched and they tried to charge us $177 for one 17in tire for our 2016 Subaru Forester. When we went to Super Tires and Wheels they checked and were a able to patch it in less than 10 min for only $20! Recommend these guys to anyone needing fair prices with quick service.

I called and spoke with Elaine on Wednesday over the phone. She was super kind and friendly and more than willing to work with my schedule even after I called back to change my appt later in the day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Bryan who was also super professional and kind. On top of it all, they priced me for 4 new tires over $100 cheaper than my dealership did. I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour. They also have a pet turtle named Super Turtle and I just think it’s the coolest thing. I’ll definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family :)

We stopped by without an appointment for a new tire on an old rim that would not stay inflated. The problem was quickly determined to be something rather minor, though really big to me when my tire was always flat!, made the adjustment and sent us on our way with a smile. My 15 year old Prius felt out of place with all the specialty rims and tires, but we were welcomed just the same. Thanks, guys!

Asked how much it would be to put on tires that we purchased online, the owner was very rude and said 40 for each tire since we didnt buy from him. Followed it up with saying that we bought them somewhere else and wanted him to do the hardwork, Im pretty sure its part of his job to put tires on but to charge us nearly double to put them on, no thanks. We will not be recommending this business at all and they lost a good potential customer for future purchases since we own 3 vehicles! Went down to tires plus and got a great deal to put them on and MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great prices but the rude employees. I actually got yelled at by an employee because he put one new tire on the front and one on the back and he couldn’t understand that he screwed it up. Now I need to switch the tires myself because he seemed so confused that he was starting to confuse me... Don’t act like it’s my fault I just wanted 2 new tires on the back of my car I didn’t think it would be so hard.

Called at 9:30am this morning 08/23/2020and spoke with an employee to whom I expressed my need for a specific tire. The employee advised he would call me back and took my information. After not receiving a call back I called again a couple hours later, no answer. A couple hours after that I called again. This time I spoke with Tyler, to whom I explained the situation. Tyler was extremely rude and almost confrontational. He Informed me the employee I spoke with this morning was fired, and proceeded to lecture me on my decision to be persistent with my attempt to contact the business. The manner in which he spoke was absolutely unnessesary and unprofessional.I wouldnt give this place your business unless you are truly desperate with no other options.

Employees not wearing mask customers in waiting area with no mask despite the signs stating to wear masks i guess my health dont matter to them.

Dana, Elaine, and his staff are the bomb, I was here 3 weeks ago to get new tires for my car, and he and his team did such a good job that I came back to get my wifes done as well. They are quick and reasonable, much better than paying the price of a tire king or goodyear.

Horrible experience. Never bring your car here. I had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced and one was low on tread, so I replaced two tires. Got my car back with huge gashes into my wheel. Apparently I was told by other employees that the person working on my car damaged my wheel when putting the replacement tire on. Needless to say I was suppose to be purchasing relatively new tires and one of them needed a patch. They would not replace the tire for me and said a patch is good enough. So I paid for a good tire and ended up just getting a patch with no refund. The owner ended up giving me $200 for the wheel damage to repair the wheel. Even this I had to fight with him about and had to settle for this. Complete inconvenience this tire company has caused me. I will never purchase tires from here again. They should just be glad I didnt sue.
