Very friendly and helpful. I was getting an oil change when my car battery died. I received a decent price and great warranty on a new battery. I was a little disappointed, because no one at the time had access to see if I had reward points I could redeem for a discount. It would definitely have been 5 stars if they could have. Today, I give them a thumbs up!

We love Lokey and just bought our 3rd car from them. Just dint fall for them telling you they will give you gas fill ups. When we bought the 2nd Rogue we were promised 4 free fill up and we didnt even get a half a tank driving off the lot and no free fill up. We just bought another new car and told if we did survey we will get a free fill and I dont know how many we have dine since and no free gas fill up and not a word

Was originally a two-car owner from fuccillo Kia Billy wrote both my deals God bless his soul I miss him wher into St Pete and they were just dirty they werent organized the Morgan company who bougT fuccillo are just horrible degrading. I enjoy shawn whos the general manager I believe is still there he is wonderful. I am not a fan of dealers but my back window literally fell off. These guys assessed the issue and found the parts. All fixed in less than 24 hours. Very professional and they knew my car was well maintained and didnt try to sell me anything else. Heard one of the guys talking to someone on the phone and told them they really didnt need the higher end tires. All dealers could learn from.these guys.

I would like to firstly apologize to the service Dept. for my rudeness and bad attitude I had shown them the last two days.I personally apologize to Chuck & Wade for my behavior yesterday because I felt I was being inconvenienced because there was an unforeseen electrical problem with my new 2021 Rogue, which they had no control over.It was overacting on my part to throw out a bad review on the car for something I didn’t understand. I love the car ! I couldn’t have asked for more professional service people and sales people in purchasing my new lease, Thank You all for the work you all do, it reminds why I keep coming back to Lokey in Clearwater.

Thought I was getting a warranty according to sales person, but turns out I didnt. Was told there was 30000 miles on it but in actuality had 35000. I do have a lifetime oil change. Used it once.

Shady practices and ZERO communication from salesmen! I saw the perfect car online and reached out a few times via their online chat and was assured someone would respond. A day later Ric reached out via email and text but when I responded back, he went MIA. I waited a half day then called the dealership physically to talk to a human and get easy answers to my questions. I had to call 3 times before anyone answered. I was passed through to Mike where I had to leave a message. He quickly texted me back but AGAIN went MIA. After 5 hours I texted back to see if he was going to respond. He stated they had over 500 cars and he couldn’t find the car. A few MORE hours later he claimed the car they just got in a few days ago was already sent to auction. Flash forward 24 more hours and they have completely gone MIA. I was prepared to pay sticker price, but I’ll gladly take my money and financing some where else where someone will treat me with respect and actually provide service rather than shady tactics.PS: I heard back from Ric 8 hours later that evening with some lame excuse about being “so busy” he couldn’t spare 2 minutes to answer my basic questions regarding a car I’m fairly certain they never had in the first place.

This is the Best Overall dealership I Have ever dealt with!! Ive never gone into ANY auto repair shop, let alone a new car dealership with an apparent issue only to be told it was NOT the issue I thought it was and have it resolved and back on the road in an hour!! Instead of the $350 problem a different repair shop has described to me as having, I walked out of Lokey having dealt with the service advisor named Kevin with a final bill of $53 and I still had the other $300 in MY pocket thanks to an Honest dealership and its awesome employee

We love everyone over at Lokey! We have had amazing experiences at the Volkswagen and Nissan dealerships. I leased my 2nd VW with Cam and Joe the manager and could not have been happier with the process. They listened to what we wanted and worked hard and did everything they could to make sure we were happy when we left. Not only is the sales department great the service department couldnt be better. I love that you have a designated service person so when you call or go there you know who you are going to be dealing with. Antonio and Brian are both amazing and both make sure I am able to get in and out since I have my daughter with me. I cant say enough about Lokey but we wont buy another car anywhere else!

Should be called NO-KEY automotive group. Bought a Mercedes there. Not a cheap one. Asked for an extra key for the vehicle. They acted as if I had stolen something. They didn’t just say no, you cannot have an extra key, the assistant service manager went on to insult, disparage and berate me for the fact that I asked for one. It was rude and beyond the pale. Over a key. It was one of the more degrading experiences of my life. I’ll never forget it because you don’t forget treatment like that. They’re a hard NO. Go to Mercedes Benz of Tampa instead. They have class. I’d give less than one star were it possible. Horror show. And I’m being kind.

I have to say that Dawn in the Service Department was wonderful! I have had so many issues over the last 6 years when it comes to getting my Kia serviced but Dawn was helpful kind, and genuine! I am so pleased with the way she assisted me!In the Sales Department, Mike is the guy! He has really become our friend over the last several years! He always comes to say hello and to check in with my Mom and me when we bring our Kias in for service. He goes above and beyond and is excellent at his job!

What a pleasure to do business with. My Wife and I came in Pre-Qualified. The price of the car (2019 Suburban) was fair and Caleb the salesman was straight forward and honest. We never felt like we were being pushed into something we didn’t want. They even gave us a great trade in offer for our vehicle. Chad from finance was friendly and very efficient. We were out of there in no time with our new truck. Oh, and Geneva at VW is an absolute Gem. Just wanted to thank Lokey for making this such a smooth and stress free process. Oil change and inspection and a car wash done in about an hour. Car was ready when they said, so they get a lot of points for that. I really dont care how long things take to get done and long as it done within the expected time frame. Overall satisfied with the service and will go back. Had a horrible experience at the dealership in Ohio where I bought the car, so I am glad to have a nearby place to rely on.

Many of the dealerships have really lost there draw with me. You buy a car and then when you need it serviced they keep you in these waiting areas and pumping you up with caffeine and junk food. Build better and more reliable cars or offer us a loaner until the car that is in for service is fixed or repaired.

They dont even stay close to the time they tell you it takes to change your oil in the service department. I was told both on the phone when I made the appointment and when I arrived that it would take an hour and a half. I am actually still here waiting now and its 3.5 hours so far. This is completely outrageous. The only reason I gave them two stars is because its free when you purchase a vehicle from them which is fine if you have no life and dont mind your oil changes taking a FULL day. Even talked to another customer here that had been waiting 5 hours.

Both services are good, and the team really wants to please but.. if you are reading Lokey.. please add a confirmation time and name of service rep to service confirmation emails, please consider expanding your waiting room because it gets crowded, and power outlets and a quiet place for those who need to work would be appreciated (especially for those who drive long distances to come here.)

They are usually very quick in the parts department friendly and serviceful but today it took me 30 minutes to buy a oil filter and I was the only person on the parts department. Never had a problem or issue in the past with them.
