DO NOT RENT HERE. The units are not tempaturw controlled it’s been 6 months - they add charges in every few months an to get into my storage is a yellow jacket next. Uhaul is cheaper and better do not rent here

I am using this Self Storage. its very clean, secure and easily accessible. The units are spacious and staff is helpful. Got the free lock with my storage which is a plus. would highly recommend this storage.

Their customer service was fantastic. Online web reservation followed by an email and a phone call with details. They made everything easy. Their facility is top notch. Clean, safe, organized. When I had to change my plans at the last minute, they were extremely accommodating. Couldnt ask for more!

I am horrible with names, and don’t have paperwork in front of me. I absolutely loved the manager there! She is perfect for the position she is in. She was extremely upbeat, helpful and attentive, explained things thoroughly, and offered assistance with the use of some items she had to prevent me from having to load my dolly up back and forth. I love the fact that it is within walking distance of my home, the price was phenomenal for what I needed, and surprisingly being in Collierville, was quite a bit less than everywhere else. And that doesn’t even factor in the special of your first month being free.. I especially love the security. While all self storage places have the security, all others I had looked into will charge an extra fee for you to have 24 access to your unit. Was given an individual gate code, which I’m guessing most places have. But was impressed with the fact that you need the code to get out as well, so anyone who was to follow me in, couldn’t get out without a code either. Just a very pleasurable experience! Thank You!

The office staff at Collierville Self Storage were extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. They got me what I needed quickly. I would definitely use them again for any other storage needs. Their facilities were clean and well kept.

Well this place went down the tube fast with manager Tracey there. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Just a bad attitude in general, wow. Not to mention the high prices. Also expect to be harassed by the local police if you do anything at your unit during overnight hours even though its a gated 24 hour facility. I was going to be a repeat customer even after a terrible experience I had on the premises there. But After my experience with Tracey on the phone this morning I cannot stress enough ....DO NOT LEASE here.

Very nice facility, and especially helpful coordinating my move-in. I was moving with a long distance POD service and most of the big chain storage companies had policies preventing me from dropping the pod for 24 hours to unload it. Collierville Marketplace Storage allowed me to come look at the property and find a place to drop it nearby the unit I rented that would stay out of the way and not block other units, and let me keep it there over the weekend for pickup the following Monday. Really, really helpful! Would recommend to anyone, but especially someone using a Pod service to move like I was. Thanks, Herb!

We have been with Collierville Marketplace for 10 years now and they have been a joy to work with the entire time. Flexible and easy to work with even during these TOUGH Covid times. I would recommend them to anyone. There space is always clean and accessible as well.

I was able to reserve a storage space over the phone and the gentleman I spoke with with extremely helpful. The next day I moved all my things into the temperature controlled unit and it was very nice. When I turned in my paperwork, the last at the desk was very helpful and nice. She had even checked my unit to make sure it was secure. Great place and service!

Moving can be so stressful! But working with the staff at Collierville Marketplace Storage made it much easier. We had a great experience for the 6 months we rented space. Once we accidentally left our unit unlocked and we got a phone call right away letting us know. The staff was very caring and seemed to take pride in the work they do. I very much recommend this location for your storage needs.

Everything about this storage facility is top notch. Herb runs the front desk, and is always super friendly and eager to help however he can. My unit was A/C, and was cool even when the heat index was 106. I felt very safe at the facility, and had no concerns leaving my furniture in storage. The storage has gate access and video monitoring. If you live in Collierville, and need storage, this is the one you want.

As the new bass boat we purchased last spring was simply too long in size to store in our own garage, we elected to rent an enclosed storage unit at Collierville Marketplace Self Storage, and our experience with this facility has been nothing less than extraordinary. The facility, managed by Herb Depenau, is so clean and well-maintained that a scowling, ill-tempered Marine Corps drill instructor could stalk through the main gate of this complex on a surprise inspection tour and stroll out twenty minutes later grinning from ear-to-ear. Aside from being an architecturally pleasing storage facility, the customer service at Marketplace Self Storage is outstanding. Herb and his staff are very friendly, gracious and accommodating folks who work hard to ensure that their tenant customers remain highly satisfied, secure in the knowledge that their property is well-protected. Storing your personal items and property at Collierville Marketplace Self Storage is akin to leaving it in the locked garage of your closest neighbor or favorite uncle. Wed recommend this storage site to anyone.

I love this place! In all fairness, I have never had a storage unit before, so my opinions are a bit biased. I will research for a long time before deciding on what to purchase etc. After having spent about 2 months researching to find what I needed at the best prices, I ended up with ONLY this place every time. No matter when I looked, the prices were unbeatable in comparison to any other place within the area. Location is fantastic as it is set off the main roadway and less congested, yet still right in the middle of a beautiful Collierville setting. It is 24hr gated access with no extra charge while other charge for this service. Gate coded in and out. It is open, yet still widely secured, and I have never once through twice about the time of day I have been there. I do like to go in the evenings when it’s quiet, and feel completely safe. Even at 2am! The staff is AMAZING! I pricked a unit, rented. Decided I needed more and rented a second unit. Then decided I needed even more and went to a larger unit and kept one of the smaller as well. Herb has bent over backwards to ensure I was where I wanted and was able to stay in the same building I was currently in to help with relocating items from one unit to another. Even being the end of the day, he stayed to make sure I was able to move into my unit immediately, and was very professional In regards to ensuring both of our safety concerning COVID. He sprayed everything down. And EVERY time I have been there, he is usually out spraying handles, cleaning up and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. Wether Herb owns this lot, is the manager, or just works there, I am not sure. What I do know is that it is due to him mainly, that I haven’t decided to go somewhere else that may be a bit cheaper for a unit in the size I need. But with everything this place gives, I have yet to find a price comparable anyways! Couldn’t be happier with my choice, and plan to stay! Thank you!!

Herb was very helpful with helping me get set up with my self storage unit! The unit worked perfectly for me during the transition between houses. Everything went smoothly, and this was a great experience for me. This is a great location in Collierville, and I highly recommend!

We stored our utility trailer with all of our equipment for setting up worship in the local movie theater. We never had any problems accessing the trailer or issues with safety or security. In addition Herb was great to work with and even came to our services in the theater. We got a friend as well as a secure clean space to store our trailer.

This facility is extremely clean and well run. Herb seems passionate about his job and he has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at other self-storage businesses. We will use them for all of our future needs.

Herb was wonderful. The facility was clean and there where mouse traps in each of the units we looked at to keep mice out. The faculty was well taken care of.

After having a bad experience with another facility, I decided move my belongings to this facility. From the first time I came in to ask questions, I was always greeted very warmly and customer service was superb! I have never had any issues, and my belongings were safe and in a clean environment. We’ve had a unit here for 5 years and have been well-pleased with the facilities and service. Herb goes over and above to help out in any way he can. In our transitions, upsizing, temporary rentals, etc. he has been flexible, prompt and courteous. I couldn’t expect more from a storage center! Highly recommend.

Multiple unit sizes available on a well kept and secure property. The doors have a electronic timed magnetic system to keep them open while moving large items which might seem like a small detail, but it makes a HUGE difference. Climate controlled units are available in addition to in-lot parking spaces for storing boats, campers or trailers. Have used multiple units with them over the past 7 years, and cant think of a single complaint.

These people were a joy to work with. The storage was arranged quickly and we were able to schedule movers with confidence that our belongings would be protected. Thanks Herb for everything!!

I’ve had a storage unit at the Collierville marketplace self storage for the last three years. Manager Herb has been great to work with, especially when I needed to change the size of my unit. The facilities are kept spotlessly clean and climate was regulated perfectly. Very reasonable cost.

Herb, the man in charge can be very pushy. Mother and I visited to see about what a space looks like and goes for. We were pushed VERY hard to make the rental of a space even after making it clear we were there only to check the place out. It seems like a nice location and the space was fine but the experience was very off putting.

Had unit for 8 years and no problem then they had a rat infestation in units along my row but never informed me. I went in about six months later to find feces, urine and boxes tumbled over. Only when we went to the office to complain did we find out about the infestation. If I had been informed when they originally found the problem, I would have had minimal damage. And on top of that, the pricing is ridiculous. It wasnt when I first rented but it is now outrageous.

This is a Great Place. Very safe & secure.

The facilities are fine and the staff is friendly but the rates are no longer competitive. Have stored a boat and business records with them for several years. A couple or three years ago they started raising rates annually with the same boo-hoo things are getting more expensive we are so sorry but we need to raise your rate notice. I finally had enough and decided to check around. My boat is now INSIDE and I have the same size indoor storage I had before, all at about HALF what Collierville Marketplace was getting (before what would have been yet another annual rate increase). Id strongly suggest shopping around. You may have to drive an extra mile or two but there is great storage right in the area for far less money.

Extremely kind manager. I love how safe I feel when loading /unloading.

Currently has the gate stuck open (told us it could be a week or more for parts), anyone can get in. Then puts stickers on all locks without permission.I put on a brand new $60 lock, come back to find they have placed an impossible to remove bright yellow thank you for storing with us sticker on it (and every other lock) because and I quote its a safety issue, this way well know if someone cuts off your lock and puts another one on... REALLY!? I just put that new lock on! How did that help you know anything? You just slap a new sticker on whatever new lock appears! How about dont touch other peoples property!?Friendly people but apparently they are either very dim or are lying to us about this so called safety. That and their gate is still broken...Edit: Gate is fixed. Sticker is still very silly. Sticker was put on our new lock without verifying anything. Really shouldnt be putting anything on anyones property, period.

Theyve expanded a bit. Both storage lots have surveillance. The folks in the office are friendly and helpful 9-5, M-F.

I had a last minute move which is very stressful but this place totally saved the day and I could breath easy. Extremely accommodating staff went over and beyond to help me.
