I needed a storage unit. Everyone was at capacity and it was close to closing. Ms. Barnette stayed late and made sure I got what I needed same day. Small… but fair and wonderful service.

I need a unit badly so that I can store some things to get ready to put my house on the market. They took my money with no problem. Their facility managers do not answer phones to get you set up. Made it very hard to do business with them booooo

When I walked in Tessa greeted me with a warm hello. Was so very helpful explaining to me my options and then took the time to show me the units so I could have a better visual. I have rented with this company before so I had no reservations renting from them again.

Service is great, all the girls who work here are very nice and helpful. The area manager has them working two stores at once some days, so youll find it hard to get to someone in the office on those days. Rent will go up every 3 to 6 months, though.

No one is hardly ever at this location. Once I made arrangements to pay a bill on a Wednesday, and nobody was there when I went. I had been having problems paying over the phone and the internet, so the only way that I could pay was at the store. Nevertheless, when I got there, and nobody was available, I took a picture of the sign on the door as well as called another location. Unfortunately, nobody answered there either. A lady from the other location called me about seven that night. She told me that I should come to make a payment the next day, and I explained to her that I wouldn’t be able to because I had an appointment. As a result, I told her that I would come on Friday. When I went on Friday, I was charged an extra fee because the payment wasn’t made on Wednesday. Even though it wasn’t my fault, neither the store manager or the district manager refused to remove it.

The manager, Katie, is great! Very professional & courteous. Property is nice & well-maintained

Beware they say you get a months rental free, but when your next payment is due, they tell you well its not in our system and the attendant that signed you up no longer works for us. Lies on top of lies. Please beware..This facility has an employee by the name of Sarah, very rude and you cant have a common conversation with her. Plus this is the worst storage/ customer service Ive every encountered. You call this place of business that post they open at 9:30 am, or you sit on the parking lot for hours and no one shows. Aweful customer service and lairs on top of that. If you want a decent storage facility, look elsewhere.

Excellent service and friendly employeesUpdate: Gate access has been broken for at least a month now. Their answer to this is leave the gate open all day. With nobody here at times. So much for secured storage. Left a message for the Manager to call me. No call back. And they raised the monthly rates not long after we rented a unit. Leaving here ASAP.
