Lillie is great. Very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. MY PROBLEM IS WITH CLEAR HOME STORAGE HOME OFFICE. I have been with the company since 3-28-18 when Green and Sons was the owner. I have always paid online myself and always on time, NEVER LATE. Most times I pay 2 months at a time. On October 2nd my bank account was drafted for my monthly payment. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE HOME OFFICE TO DRAFT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY DID IT ANYWAY. Just a good thing the money was there and payment did not make my account overdraft. I am so mad right now that I could chew nails. THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG. AGAIN, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO DRAFT FROM MY ACCOUNT. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS IF YOU ARE NOT USING ANY TYPE OF AUTO-DRAFT FROM THIS COMPANY.ALSO BEWARE OF INCREASES IN YOUR MONTHLY STORAGE FEES EVERY 6 MONTHS IN THE MONTHS OF APRIL AND OCTOBER. I do understand increases as prices do increase on everything from time to time, but the $ amount of increase and it being every 6 months seems extreme to me. SO EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED FROM THIS COMPANY.

Lilly was really nice and accommodating. I was able to rent a storage the same day with no problem. The price was good and very affordable.I would recommend this facility to others.

No issues until after I moved out. I was charged by mistake ANOTHER full month of storage fees after I had already moved out of the unit. I call at least once a week for 6 weeks now and still nothing. Its ridiculous!!

Lillie is an awesome property manager! I have been a customer of these properties for over 15 years. I would not utilize storage anywhere else. If you want to deal with a professional and courteous property manager, she is your person! Thanks for all you do.Larry H.

Lillie was very helpful, when I stop by to ask question about parking my RV in December, she asked me how long I would be storing, she also told me what paperwork will be needed, we discuss a storage unit as well, she ( Lillie) asked what was being stored, how long will I need the unit, Do I need climate control or outside unit, she took the time to explain the benefits of both units, just the fact she was very detail about storage and her knowledge of storage business stated to me, she cares about the company ( clear home storage) has excellent customer service . I be back in December to rent,

Nice storage facility but prices are different from online even when reserved, best to call first and find out from location for pricing

Very courteous and will work with you in a time they know funds are tight or not able to pay right then. Will give you time to pay with no additional fees.

Chey was awesome. She got me taken care of when simply storage on South Rowlett was closed and where I had a reservation. The sign on the door sent me to their Simply Storage place on Mt Pleasant Rd. I drove over there and that Simply Storage was closed due to the fact they were at lunch! I found Clearhome online and Again, Chey got me set up and was super Nice and friendly! I would highly recommend Clearhome on Chaney!
