Extra space storage was great! There was actually nice helpful people that answer the phones and work in the office. It was a super easy move in and easy move out. I would definitely use extra space again and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience and Lisa and her staff really took care of me. They were also professional with outstanding customer service. There was an issue with the gate but it was corrected immediately! By the time we left, we could in and out the gate.

Everything has been great. Quick and easy to get everything done. The only issue I have is them not having anything available except one drive up unit. And it wasn’t the size I need. But took it anyway because I need something in the next week or two.

Came in during the morning of May 14, 2021 and was greeted very kindly by an Extra Space representative named Lisa. She was a lifesaver! She helped us get the exact storage unit size we needed and quickly. We were in a pinch and needed something fast. She was friendly and kind and is a great representative! Thank you! Its hard to find good customer service let alone excellent customer service these days. However, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me figure out which space would best fit my needs for future use. While, I am not currently renting a space with the facility at the moment- I do plan to in the future and will always remember the great service rendered during my experience.

A Great place... too far away for my needs, but great staff and well maintained... if I was storing in Collierville I would gladly take a space her...

I was absolutely floored by the level of professionalism and kindness shown when I called Extra space storage. I spoke with Curtis and another woman (can’t remember her name unfortunately) and they were just above and beyond helpful. We were trying to find a place to store our rv and I had called so many places that I had just about given up. Then I phoned the extra space storage on poplar ave. And friendly Curtis answered. He was knowledgeable and helpful-told me all the info I needed and also they had availability for our RV pronto. Then he said I would get a call from the actual storage location to finish things up - within seconds I received a call from the storage facility. I was helped through the entire rental process over the phone (they said I would need to come in but bc I had small children at home that would have been a nightmare to try to do so they worked with me over the telephone), with help determining all the paperwork they required. The lovely lady I spoke with laughed with me & walked me step by step through everything. Not once did she seem bothered or frustrated that she was having to stay with me on the phone while I looked for the necessary paperwork all the while my littles screaming in the background. You don’t find this level of service these days. I have grateful beyond measure for the experience I had today with Extra Storage Space.

My entire rental was done over the phone! I did not have to go into the office for anything. Lisa was great, she explained that she would put the lock I bought in my new unit and it would have a welcome tag with my name on it. So fast and easy!

Needed an indoor a/c storage place back in Feb of this year, Extra Space was top on the Google search, so we went with it. After signing the paperwork, it was mentioned that our prices could get raised towards the end of our rental period, which was roughly 6 months. The only complaint about the property is that the automatic gate never worked, and the day we moved out (6/26), the a/c was definitely not on, (Lord knows how long it was off for, or still off now) so glad we left when we did. Our major complaint is the fact that we did not even make it 6 months before we got a notice in the mail that our rate was going from $70 to $90 after only 4 months for a 5x10 space. Unacceptable.

Perfect for what I needed. Reasonable. Clean facilities. Management was very informative and helpful! Im a customer service freak and Mr Little didnt leave me with any questions unanswered. Will use and again and refer friends if they ever need storage. Thank you Mr. Little.

Lisa was out of the office when I arrived, I called the number on the door sign. Lisa answered and came to the front very quickly. She was very professional, super knowledgeable, helped me get the right size unit, all with a huge smile and friendly attitude. It was very easy with Lisa there to assist me!

The staff here is GREAT!! Extremely friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. I had a 10x10 CC unit for several months, ended up needing more space, and it was a breeze to make the change. They put me in a bigger unit, in the same building, and even transferred my payment over so I wouldn’t have to pay double for the first month of the transition.. couldn’t ask for better customer service!!! Definitely recommend!!

Lisa and the team are awesome! I am having to relocate quickly to help with family and needed storage. She was very patient when I came in panicked on what size unit to select and timing, needs, etc. I returned and still was unsure, but she put my mind at ease and if I decided to change units/sizes would accommodate me as needed. The complete process was super easy and now I have one less thing to worry about. I have no doubt my stuff is safe and secure and Lisa gives a personal touch and customer service that is rare today.
