I booked them last minute still they were able to provide me the date and time that I wanted. The movers were professional and moved very fast and very kind. I had no complaints about moving up. They get me all what I needed quickly.

We hired My Town Movers to move my mother who was downsizing. The movers were very kind and kept her informed throughout the move. Unfortunately several pieces of furniture were damaged. Very disappointed.

A great experience on both moves. We decided to try them out on a small move for my daughter and they did a wonderful job. I hired My Town to pack a U-Haul for me to drive to Dallas. They didn’t secure the items and boxes fell on top of some antiques and a framed picture that were broken. When I let them know, they said it was in the contract that I signed (that was only given to me by the loaders to be signed) that they would not be responsible if they were not delivering the items themselves. I can break things by myself. I hired My Town because I thought they knew how to pack a trailer. Do NOT use this service.

My parents moved yesterday to a retirement community- their first move in 51 years. Randall and Warren were great. They were pleasant, courteous, careful with my parents’ belongings, and very quick! They were nice about wheeling the furniture into the driveway and tipping up the big pieces so that we could clean up under them before the move. I would highly recommend My Town Movers, and Randall and Warren in particular. Their professionalism did a lot to relieve the stress of this difficult situation.

Two young men, both named Kevin, were terrific movers. They were careful, hardworking and efficient. They didnt break anything. I felt very comfortable having them as the first people in my new house. It was a long hot day and they didnt complain and enjoyed their work. My wife and I bought them lunch and they didnt take any other breaks. I would happily use them again, although I hope I dont have to move again for a while! I hired My Town Movers to move my mothers furniture out of the assisted living the week after she passed away. I was from out of state and just picked them off a google search. They were so helpful and communicated with me all along the way. They showed up when they said they would and Jake and Jimmy were professional and personable. They both had an amazing work ethic. The entire MTM team was incredible with our move this past weekend. We had some late changes to our closing process, and they were understanding and flexible. My town movers was super easy to set up and organize a time for them to come. Their prices are really fair and the staff is super friendly. On move out day the boys came early and moved quickly. They even were diligent about making everything fit perfectly into the pod space I had reserved. I could not have made this move without this company. My realtor recommended them. She was right. Dino and D are the best. They packed my and my two teenagers stuff and downsized us 1000 square feet. I was very happy with the service. I purchased a Got My Perks coupon online for 2 hours at the price of 1 hour. I was a little upset that my deposit fee was much higher than what was stated on the coupon. They said it was because of my distance, which is fine, except most movers with online coupons state there are exceptions to distance. They did not, it was the reason I chose their coupon. Their rates were higher than what I was quoted at other places but the since they had the deal I went with them.The 2 guys were very good and professional and are the main reason I am giving 4 stars. I would give 5 but they seemed to take longer than I personally thought it should. But I wouldnt quip over an hour difference except they do charge a bit higher rate than others.Overall, I would still recommend them as they movers were very nice and professional and while they may have been a tad bit slow, they made sure it was done right. I was satisfied with my service.

We have used My Town Movers three times now and had wonderful service each time. They loaded a POD to help us prepare for listing our old house, moved our house when it was time, and then unloaded the POD at the new home. Each time we had speedy, courteous, and professional service. When there was a mixup with the size of one of the vehicles on moving day, they made it right and the operations manager personally came to the house to ensure we had everything we needed. Each time we had the same team leader, Josh, who provided top-notch service. Randall and Will were also great.

They packed our stuff in a POD for a move across country. Overall the service was great. We had to reschedule a couple times on our end and they were patient and accommodating. A bit pricey but worth it. The movers themselves were prompt, efficient and polite. I would recommend them.

I grew up military with military efficient moves. These guys make them look like amateurs. The guys showed up, made it quick, easy and were so very polite. It was a comfortable move, if such a thing has ever previously been heard of. Thanks for such a great experience!

Good Movers! They showed up about 15 minutes late and didnt call ahead to let you know when they were on their way, but once they arrived they worked hard and stayed the full scheduled time. They packed the moving truck so well that not a single thing shifted in the 14 hour cross country drive!

My Town Movers is fantastic and gave us a great moving experience! Preston was VERY accommodating and was very quick to respond to my questions about the company. I checked on many different movers (local and national) and My Town Movers gave me the most personal and professional attention. This move was for my daughter from Rhodes College to Covington, LA. The move went perfectly even though the movers had to do it completely in the pouring rain and had to drive for five hours and then unload. They were very quick and careful with all belongings. These guys came and helped us move from Collierville to Germantown back on February 2 and I’m embarrassed that I forgot to write a review until today when I saw them moving in one of our neighbors across the apartment complex. They were fast, efficient, careful and most importantly so incredibly nice. They went above and beyond just moving our things and were extra considerate with our belongings and even moved them to several different rooms and arranged them differently for us so we could see how to most efficiently utilize our space and they did so quickly so that it wouldn’t cost us an arm and leg. The men who came and moved our things were so nice and super funny and personable which is something I value over most experiences with customer service. Yeah All of our belongings made it safely to our new place with nothing so much as even scratched. I would most definitely recommend this service and will probably try to use them again when we move in the future. I’m embarrassed that I can’t remember both of the movers names but I do know that one started with a J and his last name was Lewis. He was fantastic and I would encourage everyone to use their services. Thank you so much for making our first time using movers such an easy and wonderful experience.

I definitely recommend using My Town Movers! They were right on time, and very courteous. I just used them for a load, unfortunately the truck I rented on my own was a tad too small. The guys worked very hard to pack everything I had in, by the time they finished, they packed it so perfectly I couldnt fit another thing. I was really impressed on how well they utilized my space. My Town Movers are fabulous to work with. They have been our Race for the Cure sponsor for several years and move all of the race shirts into the store (by size and kind and it is around 20,000 shirts) and then move them to the Race site. I have also used them personally to move a complete set of outdoor dining and lounge furniture from one house to another and they are just as efficient and complete everything they say they are going to do, when they said they would, and they do it cheerfully. Cant say enough good things about My Town Movers.

I used My Town Movers for the first time today. They contacted me ahead of time to tell me they were on their way. The two movers today, Warith and Blake, were efficient and careful. Everything they moved was an antique and they took good care. The packing and cushioning quilts were in good condition and were clean which was really great. These guys did well. would use them again without hesitation.
