Polo Market is quite convenient, as my parents live just down the road. When I visit, I sneak to Polo Market for a bag of Toms Vinegar and Salt chips and a sugary drink. I love my mom and dad but I can only take so many Saltines and Coke Zero.The store is always clean and well organized. The cashiers are friendly.Sometimes they have those little cans of Starbucks Double Shot espressos in the hard to find Cuban flavor. I always grab one, but theyre pricey. In fact, thats why I removed one star. Some of the drinks are overpriced.You can buy scratchers here, and play powerball, megamillions, and all that.

Best gas station in NE! Been coming here ever since we moved to North East. The service is always top notch, friendly and helpful. Prices are not bad and they have a post office inside.

My gf and I live in Polo Village and we found Polo Market, we go and get coffee from polo market almost every morning. The black female cashier is always nice ( sorry I cant remember her name) she is so kind. The store is clean, coffee is great, items are usually in stock unless its the blueberry muffins. The prices are great. We have a great overall experience. Im waiting to go and get coffee now ! Lol.

Literally the worst place in the world for gas. Your card never works in any of the pumps and then if you go inside the “market” they really don’t have anything that anyone would want. Total dumpster I’ve came here 3 times and it’s always a mistake.

Just came here tonight 20 minutes before they closed and the man running the register was yelling at me and another girl that came in shortly after me that he was closed and he doesnt appreciate people that drive around in the rain here. The girl explained to him that she had no choice and was on her way home from work when the storm hit, and myself and my family were on our way home from the other side of town when it hit and this store is right on the same road as our place and I figured Id grab a drink on our way home. He repeated he didnt care and he didnt appreciate people like us and we should just stay home. I was so embarrassed and have never felt so disrespected by an employee before. We wont be returning to this store again even though we pass it several times a day every day.

Great Love the services and Atmosphere

An older African American female stereotyped me as someone who may rob the store and although there were other customers around she followed me and made me uncomfortable for the duration of my trip. She got impatitient with me and asked me why I kept circling around, and I felt I didnt need to answer the question because its my right to get what I need from the store in one trip. The woman had an attitude when I came to the register and knowing I had items that were glass jars, she gave me a paper bag when a plastic bag wouldve sufficed. Needless to say the bag was ripped and I lost what I purchased. I have never felt like more of an outcast but it doesnt stop me from continuously going to the store near my home. Its horrible customer service on all ends and Im just sick of it. A lot of people say this woman behaves this way towards them as well. Its disgusting and it doesnt provide the atmosphere that one should feel about grabbing a quick snack or getting gas. Leave your racism and bad attitude at home please, thanks.
