Deli is unorganized and lacks customer service. Stood in line for a half hour only to be looked and stared at. While the lady was making ONLINE ORDERS with a line full of people!! Some people even walked out!! By the time I got the counter they were out of corned beef! Was told thats how theyre manager instructed them to do it. To ignore IN STORE customers and focus on online orders!! SAD ! Wont be back

Only used Pharmacy here but store was clean and service was fast. Pharmacy staff was Amazing!!! Definitely first choice for all Pharmacy needs!

I found shopping in Publix, enjoyable!Some folks dred grocery shopping, however the friendliness of Publix employees, store cleanliness, accessibility of all your grocery needs, makes shopping a breeze!

Good conveniente way to get your groceries on a busy side of town. It can get busy here, which means the Deli and Bakery side could be out of things. Call in advance, just to be safe.You can order in advance and pic up, which is nice. They can also bring things out to you which is very handy post Covid.

The employees at Publix are always so pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. A great place to shop.

The Best Customer Service Ever!! I ordered 30 box lunch salads and sandwiches for my staff. It was a Sunday night, last minute, for Monday lunch. They came through. Constant communication about my order, substitutions etc. No store can touch Publix customer service. I think it is mandatory to be nice in order to work there.

I love the grocery pick up and how staff can communicate through the app to let you know what’s not available and will send pictures of substitutes.I was able to place and pick up an order on the same day.

I cant find anything wrong with this Publix. Publix seems to be the standard every other store needs to live up to. Clean, organized and great groceries!

Dont get me started! Visit was the worst in a long time. Bakery had limited options & a floral item was priced on sale, large sign and all. Bagger even verified, but the manager coward behind the cashier instead of speaking to me directly. It took 4 ppl to still not have 1 person other than the sweet cashier to speak to me. I finally just walked out. Its not my responsibility to wait for the managers to figure out whos right or wrong. It was obvious. Correct the problem after I leave, dont hold me up & ignore me.

Its clean and well organized and the deli and bakery are soo good. Best subs.

This store was amazing! Me and my mother do Shipt, and we got our order and were out in less than 20 minutes. the customer support is amazing, and everything is in its right lane.

Sub sandwiches were the same price as Subway with Boars Head meats and all the fixings and service was excellent. Other than that, Publix is VERY PRICEY for the most part. It is always very clean.

Always enjoy shopping at Public. The layout makes it soooooo much easier to find products; workers are polite and ready to assist when called upon. The cleanliness, ambience both inside and out makes it A+ for me!

Grandkids love this place. Its a little pricey. Should be about 10.00$ a person . From 3 to 18 will love the environment.

I LOVE,LOVE, LOVE this store. I was in there today and every employee I came in contact with treated me like I was someone important. From the individual wiping down and distributing the carts, to produce, meat, the young lady who told me where the olives were and the check out process, everyone was courteous and helpful. It also warms my heart to ser how many people with special needs they employ. BRAVO, Publix! See you next week.

Over heard workers in the deli telling their manager to go home because he was feeling sick, but I later saw that same manager back there making food in the deli. This is sick ! This guy he looked miserable and couldnt go home. I feel bad for all the workers that have to be close to him. I hope he gets some rest and feels better.

Publix is a favorite store of alot of people. I like the available fresh items and its close to home. Employees are always polite and helpful.

Love shopping here from fresh breads, to the amazing chicken tender sub with smoked Gouda cheese to their original and mango key lime pies!

I went to the pharmacy which is always crowded. When you phone in a refill it is rarely ready. The staff is very slow. The food is overpriced. But the store is always clean and most of the employees are very friendly

Publix grocery store was very clean and orderly and everything I needed prices was reasonable public should be commended for a great job

The only downside is the prices can be high and there are at times long lines. But the customer service is great.

A bit scaled down for a Publics but with the same quality food and clean aisles. You can come in with a list but you will probably not want to stick to it.

Always clean and well stocked supermarket. Price wise a little high but you get good quality and fresh groceries.

The management is doing its job. Most of the workers are purposely not keeping up with hygiene standards in order to force corporate America to shutdown the stores or get the bosses fired. Ive caught some of the people in the deli spitting in the food and calling their family to cover for them and threaten the bosses to not say anything. Other than that its a good place to shop overall. Quality community.

Publixs customer service are up there with Chick-fil-A but I feel like it went down. I went to this one and the Two Notch location. The store looks clean and shelves are blocked. Produce department looks fresh.

The best red velvet cake I have ever had. Even an expensive bakery could not match it. Staff was awesome.

I placed an online order for a sub in the deli, set my pick up time for over an hour and a half giving them plenty of time to make it, got to the store at my scheduled pick up time and still had to wait for the sub and then when I got home I opened the bag and the wrong sub was in the bag...never returning to this Publix because how complicated is it to correctly bag a sandwich?

I really love this Publix Market. Number one its really clean. I like their produce dept. it always has nice fresh produce. The bakery is good. I like that they tend to carry items that other markets do not. A lot of the time if I want something different or am looking for an ingredient for a recipe I cant find at another store I can usually find it here. The store is well stocked. All around a very nice store. It is minus one star because a lot of their items are priced higher than the other markets. But, you just have to take advantage of sales and shop smart.

Today was not the best showing for this Publix. They were out of gallons of skim milk, did not have hard salami in the deli, and then they had only 4 registers open with no Express checkouts available. Stood in line to checkout for 15 minutes for 3 items.Hoping this was just an anomaly today.

Kevin, who is working the seafood area has terrible customer service. Was not willing to grab another lobster tail for me, and dismissed me over other customers. I have had much better experiences at Publix. I hope he was just having a bad day.

They dont sell rutabagas. They have everything under the sun except those.

Im not sure if its the management of the deli or what. But its consistently an issue. If they employees arent rude with attitude, they dont have the items that they should. I emailed corporate about a rude employee who was nasty to me that I did not want her to fix my sandwich. Never got a response. Again today 7pm..why is there no chicken? None? And they young lady said it would 20-30 minutes. Im just not understanding. Not just today but frequently. I like Publix but the convenience of it being close to home...is not so convenient.

I LOOOOVE that they have a meat department where you can ask for specific cuts. Didnt see any beef center cut loins in the meat case and needed it to make beef wellingtons. The meat department cut one right then and there for me! Absolutely incredible customer service!

We go here every week and the store is super clean. The employees are helpful. They even have a person at the front door who wipes off the shopping carts.

This publix is always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Other supermarkets should be more like them.

This is my main go-to supermarket for several reasons: a convenient pharmacy, really good bakery, and superb produce department. The main reason? The best customer service! Love the store, and am always entertained by the driving and parking skills demonstrated in the parking lot.
