I have been using this GameStop for 15 years. It was fun waiting on line at midnight for games. Now it seems like a warehouse to pick up online orders. A growing trend of chain stores :(

THEY WILL SHORT CHANGE YOU.

Stores is locked and closed even though its supposed to be open. Its 5pm on a Wednesday. Seems like prime time. Hate driving to a place when its supposed to be open and its not.

Big but not many retro games

Its very busy. But lines move quickly. The sales clerks are very courteous and helpful!

There horrible young teens working there. They don’t answer phones, or know certain questions about product. GameStop use to be such a great store. I go 3 towns over to a different GameStop.

Monday is my only day off and I more or less visit this GameStop location every Monday ! The gentleman that works that day is Juan and he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thanks to him my days off are a little bit more enjoyable.

The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of new and used platform games. They even helped us chase down some indie game merchandise my son wanted that was hard to find. Lot of fan boy collector stuff, but I guess for brick and mortar to stay alive these days you need to offer something other than just games. Cool stuff that you might not find easily or even think of.

I am leaving a 1 star review because the worker there from the start was very rude and he then he got mad because I pressed the tap to pay feature and then he started yelling at me. VERY RUDE STAFF NEVER COMING AGAIN

The store manager Juan was great I went to buy the last Nintendo switch and as Im waiting in line the hurricane was happening the power goes out, he takes my info to call me later to pick up game fast forward 4 days he calls me from his personal cell phone to let me know they still dont have power but another store has the Nintendo and he told them to hold the game for me....thanks alot juan...

Lets put it like this. The Brentwood GameStop is right near my place and I drive out the way just to go here. Staff is super cool knowledgeable and professional would most definitely recommend spending youre hard earned money here

Absolutely love this place! All the associates are extremely knowledgeable and even more helpful. The best part is I don’t even need to give my phone number being they memorized it! HahaI applaud everyone that works here for doing such an amazing job.The game selection is on-par as well.

They are the absolute worst at answering phones....! I’ve called 4 other local stores and they say they hear this about the Commack location all the time!!! WTH

Im a regular customer here. They are a awsome staff, very knowledgeable in products, and great towards customers. I cant wait to get my Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Precision Edition here.

Never been here but Hank Thompson is one big liar and stalker. Can’t seem to make this low life happy no matter what. He attempts to ruin careers of people he doesn’t know and leaves nasty messages after stalking people at their work. Beware of this guy.

There is a reason they are going to be going out of business. Way over priced. They will buy your game for 5 bucks and sell it for 45. Then tell you how great the prices are.

I dont know much about this new location/staff but the old manger of the original location is a scammer and cheat with a very bad temper.

This has allways been one of Gamestops better locations. This GameStop is in a clean modern shopping center that has always been well-maintained. The staff here has allways been attentive and polite.

From a corporate position GameStop is terrible. But the two gentleman Ive dealt with multiple times is the only reason I go back. Theyre knowledgeable and treated me very kind.
