The woman who helped me was very pleasant and informative. My phone which had the screen very damaged was fixed within 3 hours. The price for a Samsung was high (230) but Samsung sets the prices so its not their fault. Would recommend!

I have an iPhone XS and the port became really loose and it would have trouble charging. I walked right in, and they fixed it on the spot with no charge! Turns out there was just some dirt really packed in there haha!

Ive gone to UBreakIFix a few times. They offer fair prices and a quick turnaround. The last time I went in I was having issues with a charging port. They cleaned it out and didnt even charge. Sure, its a minimal service but its little things like that which bring a customer back in the future. I would reccomend them!

Other then the corporate goofballism that has nothing to do with the amazing staff... this place is good. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Kind and friendly. Just wish their hands werent tied by goofy corporate rules. Wanted to fix 2 phones, price was right, they werent allowed to fix the one cause of some Samsung mickey mouse rule.

The glass in my phone was shattered I thought I wouldn’t be able to even get my pictures out of the phone I was told to bring it to you break it we fix it and I couldn’t believe the phone was fixed within an hour and all my pictures were saved! My iPhone hasn’t been charging right for weeks. It got worse and worse. I walked in to the store and a very friendly guy immediately looked at my phone and determined the charging port was simply dirty. About 5 minutes later I was on my way and he didn’t even charge me. Went in to get the back camera on my Pixel 3 fixed. It was vibrating quite loudly, wobbly, and sending waves across the screen and I needed to get the camera replaced. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with, I brought my phone in on a Sunday with zero expectation of a diagnosis for at least two days since it was mid-day Sunday. Within an hour they called me with a diagnosis and the only reason they couldnt get it back to me same day is because I had dropped it off too late in the day. First thing Monday morning they let me know it was ready. I was afraid to deal with Mac or AT&T because theyd almost definitely try to push me into a new $1000 phone. This place saved me a ton of money and headache and I am incredibly thankful for them.

Slightly more expensive than some of the smaller shops, but I was able to justify the few extra dollars because the 90 day warranty hopefully means they stand behind their work. Originally went to the Deer Park location, but the part I needed was out of stock. They called to check another store which had it and was only 10 minutes away, very convenient. Repair was made quickly as well.

BEWARE!!Advised they could fix my iPhone for $179 with a 90 day warranty. Picked up phone and the same day volume button was not working. Returned phone next morning and after 12 days was told that I could either accept phone the way it was or they would undo the repair and refund my money. I told them since they did not honor their warranty even after one day,I did not trust them to undo their repair and restore my phone to its condition prior to the repair. There is no way for me to know what they put in or took out of phone but that I should trust them. HA!Don’t do business with this untrustworthy business!!!

I have insurance (Asurion) through my Verizon plan. Took my phone for screen repair, and they requested my password for mandatory testing of camera, etc following repair. They said Samsung requires it. Yet the uBreakiFix corporate website FAQs specifically state that password disclosure and open access to ones phone is not required. Nevertheless, the techs refused to fix my screen unless I gave them full access. So I chose to factory reset my phone which was an unexpected surprise. Very annoying. Worse yet, they also have customers sign paperwork containing a legal condition that uBreakiFix wont be liable for any data breached. So if a rouge employee gets into your CashApp or steals your ss#, you have no recourse.

IPhone had a cracked screen. It was done in the same day with a text message alert that it was ready. Phone look brand new and everything was 1-2-3 with no hassle.

Great store. Took in iPhone 6 with 2.5 year old battery. Was running slow. New battery installed in less than 30 mins and now it is running perfectly!!!

Once the screen and glass I need for my Samsung Galaxy S9plus was ordered it was less than 48 hours later when it came in and was fixed. They were fast, professional and finished before the timeframe they had given me. Very pleased even though they were unable to fix my phone. When they say free diagnostic they mean it. I did not pay a dime even though they had my phone for a few days. Unfortunately for my phone it is a manufacturers issue. They were very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to use them again for any of our phones.

Called them on Thursday to see if they had a battery for my phone in stock. Was told they did, and I asked if I could reserve it because I had already called several locations and they didnt have it. Was told that was unnecessary and that I could get it on Saturday morning. Drove 30 mins there and waited another 30 minutes to be helped, only to be told that they didnt have my battery in stock.

Beware of overpriced service and shoddy work.... my wife brought my sons iphone xr to them to repair a broken screen and fall damage.1. they charges her over 450 to repair it - very expensive when you can buy a replacement on ebay for less. make sure you know the value of your phone before putting a lot of money towards a repair.2. after repairing it, it had a loose part inside that would bang around, which it never had before. when we went back that same week, i was told the battery was now loose and a repair was another $100. absurd, and they new this, so they finally fixed it at no charge.3. when we got it back, my son noticed the next day that the screen was kind of bouncy within the frame but didnt think much about it. a few days later, while in a protective case, it slipped form his hands while bent over and zippering his backpack. it fell about 12 inches tops, (with a case on it) and the screen popped out of the frame on the corner and malfunctioned. it had some minor craze lines but did not crack as it was not a hard drop.obviously the screen itself was never put back into the phone securely from the initial repairs, but i was told the new repair was aprox another $150 bucks.....the manager, page (?) was completely unwilling to take any responsibility and was actually yelling at me.go elsewhere, get it fixed for less and fixed properly.

Do not waste your money. Its fine as long as you dont need to use the worthless warranty. Do yourself a favor, and spend the over $150 toward a new phone.

Good service, very prompt and knowledgeable. They are more expensive than other places but they are an authorized service center for Google as compared to the fly by night companies.

I went there it took literally 15 mins to fixed which I thought was kind of too fast but hey. So not even an hour later the new screen that they put on kept freezing up the home button wasnt right also they put it on uneven. I called and told them they said well theres nothing we can really do but we would have to hold on to your phone the whole day to see. So now Im pissed because I paid over $100 so that shouldnt be my problem. Then a couple of days later my phone just really started to act crazy to the point I just brought a new phone today! Not pleased with this place at all

Great service, Fast repairs, no one tells you when your items are ready for pick up.

The power port broke on my laptop. They replaced it for $100. Though I was very gentle with it, within about 1 to 2 months it started to have an intermittent connection which got progressively worse. Brought it back and they said it was broken again and charged me $50. Same thing happened again but this time I opened up the laptop myself to have a look at it. Found the power port to mother board solder joints had hardly any solder on them so I re-soldered them. No more problems. I suspect they intentionally put minimum solder on the solder joints so it would fail over time. Either way, they did not properly solder the power port down to the mother board and I ended up fixing the problem myself.

This place is amazing. My smartphone and I pod classic were damaged by baby formula. I brought both in and I was told what the prices would be to repair with the understanding that it could be more for each device if the first level of repair did not work at which time I could approve or deny the repair. They are taking their time and money to evaluate your items for repair. The cost was prohibitive to repair my items and they gave me the possibility to save the cost of new items. If you need something repaired rest assured that they are trying to repair an item instead of being part of the throw away society that we live in. If you see any negative reviews, these repairs are complex and may need a second try, that is why there is a warranty. Highly recommended.

I dont know what some of the negative comments are all about but I had a very positive experience there. Took my wifes iPhone there after she dropped it in water which killed the screen part of the smartphone. After offering me a few options and not charging me for doing all of the troubleshooting - they offered me another option and were very upfront about it.The suggested course of action worked and to this day (almost 2 years later) the phone still works like new. I have sent many people to this store for service and they too have reported to me that they are pleased.

Associate at store was knowledgeable courteous and efficient. Didn’t have my iPhone 5s battery in stock. Told me he could order and it would arrive in 3-5 business days. Price was $40 and I paid half up front. I received a txt about noon that it was in. Called store for appt but they told me to come right in. Before they started he checked my phone and pointed out some minor issues that I declined to fix at this time. Installed battery in about half hour exactly what I was told. Described how I should charge battery first several times and then thereafter. Terrific service.
