Ed is the worst employee you could have hired. He changed the SIM card on my account and I lost control of my phone. Due to his lack of service and incompetence, my T-Mobile account has been compromised.I wish I never had to encounter Ed’s poor service and disregard for the customer. This T-Mobile lacks standards.Stay away from this T-Mobile. Ed sucks at his job.

Umar helped us out and he was the best. He talked me through all the different options and broke things down for me very patiently. Best T-Mobile experience I have ever had!!! 15/10 he deserves a raise.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone we dealt with was extremely informative, helpful. They are a young group, however, they are very knowledgeable. We dealt with Sara, AJ, Elie, Alper and in can only recommend this store

Clean store. Friendly staff. I showed up 10mins before closing and needed 2 new glass screen protectors. The staff was super friendly asked me how my day way going and even offered to install them for me. He did not even rush just took his time and did it right and closed up after me.

My wife and I were helped by Nick at the Commack store in the Trader Joes shopping center. Nick was a fabulous person who took the time to explain AND show us all we needed to know about our plans and phones. I would highly recommend patronizing this establishment. I was told I needed to buy an iPad with my phone to lower my bill.. I was lied to and deceived. I also declined the insurance twice and they have failed to take it off.... Ive had more bad experiences then good at this location. I wont be coming back, ever. Tmobile customer for over 10 years, they should be ashamed of themselves. P.s. Nick was my liar

Hayan went way above his duties I accidentally arrived to the store on Sunday 40 min before they opened and was greeted by Hayan outside waiting to go to work!!!He informed we do not open till 11 but what are you looking for? He took the time to answer all of my questions and guide to the phone I would need,so that when I came back it saved all of that time that I was then able to spend with my family...I came back later they set he set me up with my new phone and I was on my way . A total asset to your company!!!!.

I came to get a new phone and it was almost closing time but Charlie and Hayan still assisted me until after closing. Their service was quickly and they made the process soo simple for me. I would recommend this T-Mobile to anyone. Great job guys! Thanks for all your help.

Truly unbelievable. Went to this store back in December to switch from Verizon to TMobile. They said they could “get us out of the red” and buy out my husbands verizon phone. We would then supposedly receive a credit with t mobile to pay off our phone to Verizon. Well it’s been over a month, we received a bill from Verizon for $530, and no money to be found from T mobile. The bill is due in 2 days. We went into the store literally 8 times to speak to someone because we can’t afford this payment right now. No one could help us. I tried calling 3 times this week to talk to the manager with no prevail.Insane.

I went in to get some idea on modifying my plan while I was there I made a payment and checked out some new phones store look terrific. I plan on going there for all my questions from now on its a great environment and close to home.

The best at what is important by helping me leave Sprint plus got a new phone and kept my same phone number. It was transferred to them in a few mins and I went home with my same phone number and new phone with nothing to worry about. Best decision I ever made.

Rude Sales Associate. I want to switch to t-mobile; great plans, cheaper than the competition, unlimited data. Unfortunately Kings Park near my house is a dead zone. So i called corporate and they stated a new tower was being placed so I could finally have service. They advised me to call the local store for a time frame to completion. The sales associate just SCOFFED and hung up. Will not answer the phone. Nothing. Rudest experience because Im genuinely interested but I GUARANTEE i will NOT be buying from these jokers.

I wanted to know how to do something on my phone and the guy gave me an attitude probly because I was’nt trying to buy a phone. I was wondering the store is so empty now I know why. ..By the way its strange that tis store has all these five star reviews but they are from people who have only left 1 review in their entire life. This place is terrible. I was flat out lied to. Signed up under false pretenses. Nothing but smoke and mirrors. Wendell told me about a buy one get free promotion to which i signed up and started service only to find out 3 months later i “didn’t qualify”. Nothing that i was told was true. I even have a voicemail from wendell firming what i was told. Dustin in customer care (employee number 559510) unable to comprehend the situation and hid behind corporate doctrIne. Furthermore I was told my monthly dues would be $200 and here i am getting bills for $270. On top of it all the cell service is the worst here on long island. Dont use t mobile. Verizon is way to go. T mobile nothing but a scam and its employees all scammers as well.

This place is garbage. They tried to scam me with extra products saying It would not cost me anything extra. The customer service is horrible. They will tell you anything to get you out the door. Had so many problems with the phone and It was everybodys fault but theirs. What a joke of a store.

Worst phone buying experience in my life. Store manager here is a real POS. I regret wasting my money at this location.
