Usually when I go to a Verizon store for new products or questions I never get a straight answer or any actual help but Jerson kept it real and straight to the point I recently got the IPhone 13 Pro Max and it was a simple and swift process he told me how much I’d be paying on a monthly basis with the phone with no hidden fees he helped me get a good promo for a trade in and he got me the best accessories to go with the phone I haven’t had this great of customer service from any Verizon associate I couldn’t have asked for a better help thank you Jerson

I recently switched over to Verizon and had a great experience at this store. My sales rep was Alexander, who I believe may also be a manager. He provided exceptional service and assisted with switching over of my 4 lines over a two day period. One of the phones was switched in a North Carolina location and Alexander even made sure that transaction was carried out correctly. Every member of my family had access to Alexander, if the need arose. He walked us through every step and even assisted with downloading apps, setting up auto pay, robocall blocking, insurance, etc. I’m happy I met him and I believe he is an asset to Verizon.

I went to Verizon in Mayfair shopping center tonite and had such a wonderful experience with Alexander and Jurson … I wish I could give more than five stars because they really deserve it !

2 people worked on phone but for some reason the file icon which is suppose to be there to transfer pic etc wasnt there so I had to buy a SD card.

The young man I spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional. As I was about to hand him my credit card, he told me there would be a $35 fee for transferring my data from my old phone to the new one. I questioned it, told him that I had never paid or heard of that, and he insisted that there was no way to waive it. I subsequently left, went to another Verizon store, got the same phone for the same price and paid no “transfer fee”. It’s ludicrous.Again, the young man handled himself well, but this store will not compete until they are prepared to eliminate superfluous fees.

The sales associate was new, he handled himself professionally and knowledgeably. When he needed assistance he did not hesitate to ask his instructor. I was very pleased.

Ash is an outstanding sales associate. He uses a consultative approach and he asks all the right questions. I continue to go back to Ash for all my mobile devices.

Very unhappy with this store as I found out after the fact that they charge you a $35.00 setup fee to do any upgrade to you phone. And this was never told to me by the sale rep. I asked what the difference between their store and a corporate store was and was given story about tech support which I am sure is partially made up. The screen they had me sign was the small screen that people sign for anything credit card related. No where did it show the $35.00 charge. The bill also shows a no refund all sales final next to the $35.00 charge. I am guessing I am not the only one who has had an issue with this. I am not saying a store cannot charge a fee like that for help or convivence but all customers should be told about it in the beginning and let them make that decision if they want to continue and pay that. I traded in an old phone so the $35.00 was taken out of that credit which I didnt know. I will NEVER shop here again due to these practices.

I went into the store today the blonde hair guy was so timid and afraid and backed up mean while I am wearing a mask and 6ft apart . If you are afraid to work during this time then stay home. I am a front line worker this guy should not be in sales was no help I think he needed a xanax . no sale was made today since he was to scared to help me

Seems like they have just a bunch of kids running the place. When I asked a question, the sales guy wasnt listening, and started asking me all sorts of account info for an item they dont handle at that location. Wasted my time.

Absolute amazing Experience i had in this store. The sales rep Asfand was not only knowledgeable, he was also very professional and patient! He was very understanding and catered to all my needs .not only did he set me up with a new phone and amazing promo, he also showed me all the amazing features my phone has to offer!! We visited this store on Tuesday night just before they closed and the rep Kermann was excellent. He stayed until 11 (they close at 9) to work with us setting up a new phone for us as well as transferring over all data from an older phone to an existing one. There were many issues due to the age of my old phone transferring from. He was patient and stayed the entire time ensuring we were all set and that both the new and older phone were all set up correctly with all photos/videos transferred over (had many not backed up on older one). PLEASE do not go to the Verizon in Commack Mayfair shopping center. Here’s the story:James told me it may take a while to backup my old iPhone so that it could be synced to the new one. He suggested I leave the phone there to backup and return later to have my data transferred to the new iPhone. He promised to call before he left for the day to keep me posted on status. Never called. When I went to the store to check on the phone, the nasty worker DAVE told me it had been put into a safe that no one has the key to and I couldn’t have the phone. (What he failed to tell me is the “safe” is actually a drop box that old iPhones are shipped out in and apparently wiped clean first.) They are telling me the manager that has the key to open the safe won’t be back for 3 days. These people are SCAM ARTISTS. I have spoken with Verizon as well as Cellular Sales Corporate (their actual corporate office as they are affiliated with Verizon but are not actually a Verizon store.) Both parties are trying to help resolve the issue, but it’s highly likely that all of my data and photos from the past 2 years have been wiped from the phone. I got a bad vibe from James the minute I walked in. He seemed like a nasty, angry man. Should have trusted my gut.

I came into the Verizon store at Mayfair shopping center in commack NY AND I WAS greeted immediately by Ryan Walsh. He was so knowledgeable about the products he sells AND the offers that were currently running. He showed me the different phones that were available to me and helped me choose the best phone for must . I would definitely recommend this location and his Service to everyone I know he was kind courteous extreme helpful and I am greatly appreciative .

Been to the store twice, was promised I’d get a call when the iPhone X came in, month later still no call. Went back and spent $30 on a screen protector (they installed), month later it started separating from the phone. Brought it back and was told they couldn’t do anything, I had to contact the manufacturer. 2 of 3 experiences I left there unhappy with the service. I won’t be back.

Went there for my daughters phone and they snuck on insurance. I canceled a few days later but these guys are crooks.
