Just recently I placed a seamless pre-order on the phone with Blake F, a sales representative at this location for the new iPhone 12. When I arrived at the store to pick up the phone, there was no wait, and Blake did an exceptional job navigating the transition from my older phone to the new iPhone 12. Excellent service! They didnt have the phone they recommended and called every store around to see if anyone had it. Then recommended another phone for my grandma and went to a different store to pick it up for us. Quickly set everything up for her and explained the basics to her. Wonderful staff!

Never shopping here again. I had an issue with the battery on my Moto Z. The phone was 2 months past warranty (only 1 year and 2 months old). The battery cant hold a charge longer than 1 hour and randomly dies. Completely a manufacturer defect, phone should last beyond 2 years. Along with that, I still had over $250 to pay off the phone and it was completely unusuable. Unfortunately I had dropped my phone at some point so there was a small crack on my screen. The person who was helping me insisted that if I sent the phone back for a replacement that Id be charged exorbitant damage fees. He insisted that we had to have the screen replaced and then he could do us a favor and sign us up for the insurance at $20/month to allow us to replace the device. At that point hed be able to send in the phone for a defect replacement. Total cost: $210 for screen replacement, $20/month for duration of my owning the phone. Plus at least 2 weeks for all of this to happen. His other, more heavily pushed option, was to just buy a new $800 phone. Despite the fact that I still had $250 to pay on this defective one.Unsatisfied, I then contacted Motorola directly. The exorbitant damage fee that Verizon was protecting us from was $150. Motorola sent me a brand new device OVERNIGHT for $150. Thats it. No hassel, no shaming me for not buying insurance/breaking the screen, no pressuring me into buying a brand new phone.The people in this store are scam artists who dont care about helping you. They only care about making as much money off of you as they can. Shop at literally any other Verizon store or just buy from Best Buy.

Actual worst. One of the girls was sleeping when I walked in, had a question about spam calls and the other girl told me she has ATT and knew what to do for her phone, but not for a Verizon phone. Music on with curses left and right coming from the speakers. They didn’t even offer any help or suggestions, just “yeah... there’s nothing you can do...” so I walked out.
