First off my wife and I were greeted right away as soon we entered the door. The sleep expert name was Brent. He was very friendly and Made light conversation but mostly focused on what we needed! He showed us 3 types of feel of the beds. He showed us many beds types and also price ranges from low to high and also beds that he recommended that gave the best deals! Brent is a forsure a sleep expert! Also it was smooth buying process.

The customer service is great. The only thing that annoyed me was that I had a mattress picked out and online it said in stock at this location, but it was not. So the really nice employee promptly found for me which location I could go to to get it. But it would have been really cool if their stock was updated online for us excessively busy folks.

Yesterday I went into mattress firm to look for a new bed 45 minutes before they closed. I was greeted by Brent and his sales manager.They were very nice and did not rush me even though they were getting close to closing time. They answered all my questions and we ended up finding the perfect bed for my back issue and my budget.If you are looking to buy a bed and want a great experience I would say look no further. How often does customer service make you cry...in a good way? My husband and I were brought to tears while working with Brent Lerch at this location. I went here to help my dad buy a mattress and frame for himself. He’s a tall elderly man with Parkinsons Disease and has a horrible time finding a mattress that feels good to him.Michael Thomas was the Sales Associate who helped us and we couldn’t have been more pleased. He was knowledgeable and honest about all the products my dad tested. He made finding a new bed an easy experience for my dad. Michael was patient and made my dad feel not rushed, which I really appreciated.I’m very grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail. Even through the shipping of the bed to our home Michael stayed involved. I’m impressed that he made our whole experience with Mattress Firm his personal responsibility.I rarely write reviews, but felt it was the right thing for me to do. We went in to the concord location to shop for a new mattress and we were helped by Micheal. He was extremely helpful to us and answered all the questions we had. We had two kids with us and though they were going around testing all the mattresses he didn’t mind at all which was great because some people are so rude when you bring in your kids so it was nice for a change and we are thankful for that and our experience at this location. We bought a high quality adjustable frame, king size bed, two black ice pillows along with a ten year warranty. We are very happy with our purchase and the service received. I worked with Phil. Absolutely the best experience Ive had buying a mattress. It was surprisingly quick, easy and painless. The color coded system made it very easy to select a mattress firmness to fit our needs. From there Justin took over to help guide us in the right direction and in no way pressured us just to get a sale. Justins great personality also made the transaction very fun for my whole family. I will highly recommend using this location to friends and colleagues.

We went in with our mom and no desire to purchase our mattress at that time. While our mom was looking around we chatted with the Connie as well. She has been the greatest person we met, she answered every question we had. She is very knowledgeable and was very courteous. While my husband has had surgery and will need in the future he was finding that the mattresses were very comfortable. We talked about it and finding that this will be great for his neck, we decided that there is no price on him having a good nights sleep in comfort. It was the best investment we could make.
