Sales experience was fantastic. If I could review just that I would have given 5 stars. Delivery would have received 0 stars. It was terrible. The platinum service I paid for was not followed. Not one step. Refused to move bed(up to 3 allowed per service details). Delivery person (Navayi?? On his jacket) whined it was too hard for them. Damaged my ceiling and stairs removing the old bed frame. I could go on and on and include photos. Found a piece of the bed on the stairs. I have no idea what it goes to. Did not cover the old mattress in my home before it was taken out (hope there are no bed bugs on that truck) Complained the room was not empty. The path to the bedroom was 100% clear. In the bedroom there was the existing bed (am I supposed to move that out??) 2 dressers and 2 nightstands. Pics attached (after the old bed was removed). I lost the bed I had wanted to keep due to all of this. It was just awful.

Brad was great to work with. He really listened to what we wanted and our concerns. He didn’t just try to get us to go with something we didn’t want because it was more money. He gave us options and worked with us to figure out what would best fit our needs. He was honest about delivery times and the potential for cancellation based on orders. I would definitely recommend this location and working with Brad or Taylor.

Brad was great! From the moment we walked in the door til we left, we felt welcome, wanted, and important. Brad took the time with us to go over the differences in mattresses and bases. He explained the prices, was able to apply a generous promotional discount to our purchase, and didn’t try to push particular items onto us. He was very informative and professional.

Very helpful and personable staff. The process was very easy. I told him exactly how much I wanted to spend, and what I had in mind, and I spent much less than my max budget. I feel like I got a good deal and not pressured into buying something more expensive.

Helpful staff but he didnt know pricing options and the pricing of a operable bed was arbitrary and seemingly unrealistically orientated to mattress firms profits. A true salesman bent on his profits...not the in the interest of the consumer. Beware.

Hi,My son and I went to purchase a mattress, foundation and frame today for his new home. We met Jerry who was a true professional sales person. He explained all of our options and had an unbelievable knowledge of the products he sells. The most impressive part of our sales experience was Jerry truly listened to our needs and what my son wanted for a bed! He was truly a guide, not pushing any particular product and did not try and oversell something we did not need! He made our experience at Mattress Firm East in Concord NH painless and next Saturday my son will have his new bed for his new home that he is moving into. I highly recommend Jerry as a sales professional and he is above and beyond an excellent sales person!

Great experience! Delivered and set up 2 days after purchase!On 8/31 we started our search for a new mattress, thinking wed have to go to at least 2 or 3 stores before we found the right one. I had called Mattress Firm to make sure they had what we were looking for, so we stopped there first. In speaking on the phone with Jon, the manager, I liked his friendly, no pressure attitude.We looked at two mattresses we liked, but then noticed the Purple mattress and tried it out. It was like no other mattress wed ever been on - total support and no pressure points! Jon suggested we spend a little more time on it, since it was totally new to us. After about 15 minutes, we walked over to the desk and bought it!Two days later its in the bedroom waiting for tonights real test. All told it was a great experience! The delivery guys were fast and efficient, and its the fastest mattress delivery Ive ever seen!Bear in mind that there are two Mattress Firm stores on Loudon road in Concord - we went to the one at 240 Loudon Road, next to the road Home Depot, Shaws, and the mall are on. The manager, Jon Peterson, was friendly, efficient, not at all pushy, and knew his stuff. We couldnt have asked for a smoother shopping experience!Dont know about the mattress yet, but it sure was comfortable in the store. We do have 120 days to return it if we dont like it.

I’ve had such a good experience with Mattress Firm. We bought a Tempur-pedic and we weren’t happy with it. We were able to exchange it for a different mattress -no problem. The customer service is excellent - very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Awesome experience! Buying a mattress is a huge pet peeve after a few mistakes over the years, but Jon Peterson turned that experience around. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, I never felt pressured in any way. I usually try to stay away from those big store chains due to lack in flexibility, but there again I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this location and make sure you see Jon.

Great place, visited 2 others local mattress places (which i was not pleased with) before coming here. Was immediately greeted by Frank our sales associate who was professional and funny, he answered all our questions flawlessly and was quickly able to get us a mattress we were happy with. Got great deals on the mattress and a power frame. Left with a total savings of $1824!

I had a great experience with Jon here (next to Starbucks). Walked in, told him what I wanted for my son, and he made it easy, consulted my son (age 9, first) and made him feel valued and part of the process, and then included myself.He explained that the item was in stock across the street and that they would help me load the mattress and tie it to my car. The positive experience ended here, but I will not hold that against Jon so I will leave his stars in tact because I know he wouldve followed through on that.However, when I went to pick up the mattress (next to Aldi), the gentleman who started to support me mumbled and then abruptly/rudely/unprofessionally told me that they dont help customers tie mattresses. He was SO mad and completely unreasonable that Jon told me they would, and for no fee. I nicely pointed to my husbands wheelchair in the car, noted that I do not know how to do this, and that I was told I would have help on this end. He told me he was going to get a waiver for me to sign at the least. He came out with string and a waiver and again, was mad. He said hes not mad at me, hes mad at Jon. He forgot scissors so he went back inside. He came out, said he realized how unprofessional and inappropriate he is being and apologized, that hes had a long day, and he was really mad at Jon because thats not how things are done. He didnt tie the mattress very securely and went inside and got Brad, who was much calmer and took another moment to secure it.After this experience, I contacted Jon to describe what happened and he was intensely apologetic. He said that it is company policy to help people and that the stores support each other regularly. Whatever the case - in all seriousness, the gentleman should have excused himself for a moment, contacted Jon at the other store, worked it out, and then come back to me calmly with the outcome. I did not need to be put in the middle and face that tone and level of negativity after I made a purchase, especially in front of my little boy.ETA: By the way, the store manager from the other store across the street called me on 10/24, asking me to remove the negative review I left for him and offered me $100 to write a positive one.

Great place to go for a mattress. We needed something for our 4 year old and didnt want to spend a ton of money. The lady was very helpful, gave us a ton of options to pick from and help us out getting what we needed at the price we wanted. I would highly recommend this place, no pushy salesmen like other stores. They also had a small kids corner with toys to keep them occupied for a few minutes! 👍👍

So far so good, I went in asked for the recharge luxury plush that was on sale, for the same price as the regular plush. When I got home I realized the order form was for the regular plush. I went in the next day to have it fixed before delivery. Luckily the salesman was great. Because that sale had just ended. The guy was very helpful and had it all switched for me. He agreed it was a much better bed, and a crazy/great deal. Ill post an updated review later,after using the bed!

If youre anything like me the last thing you want to do is go mattress shopping. Luckily for me when I walked in to mattress firm I found this gentleman named Ronni. Not only does he know the product they carry but he also has more patients than anyone Ive ever met. I must have tried out ever mattress in the store and never once did he try and rush me out with something I wasnt going to like. That being said if your in the market for a new bed you have to stop by this place. Dont forget to ask for Ronnie because hes the best and I love my new mattress !!!

Well, you can tell they are sales men. When I was purchasing my mattress they were beyond helpful. A week later when I came in to pick up my mattress, it was blatantly obvious they no longer cared because they already had my money. They obviously did not care to be helpful anymore.

Worst store Ive ever been in. I walked in and didnt even get a hello. Completely ignored us. I wanted to buy a mattress that day and now Ill be going to bobs in Manchester. Much better costumer service.

After paying $2K last December for a top of the line pillow top mattress, I found out today that my mattress, because of a small stain, is out of warranty and theres nothing theyll do for me. Please, anyone who purchases a new mattress here, must enclose it in a block of cement to protect it. Anyway, it sags in the middle and is lumpy. Ive been very unhappy with it for months and its not even a year old. I thought theyd at least offer to replace the pillow top but NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING !!Way to do business !! Maybe I should take the deceptive and dishonest route and have the mattress professionally cleaned and then call them back. If they cant do something for me then everyone please do the obvious and clean any stains before you call the 800 number even though one problem has NOTHING to do with the other. Are they planning to resell these products ? I dont even want to think about that !! Thank you for hearing my complaint.

Bought, when we first complained, less than a year ago, Stearns and Foster mattress left two deep groves in mattress that are totally unsleepable. No willingness to replace mattresses or oven speak to us.
