I’ve been to Bear’s quite a few times, whether for alignments, oil changes, or other minor work. Their work is always quick and very well done. I’ve never had any issues or complaints. They do get busy, so you may need to wait a few minutes in the reception area before your helped. However, they’re straightforward and their “straight to the point”, attitude makes it all worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Went there to get my brakes done and after checking everything out I didnt need my brakes done after all. I had scheduled an appointment with other shop to align my 1967 Camaro, but they called me back and were so rude, that I had to go elsewhere. I am so glad that I found Bear Brake in Corona, they treated my wife and I great. Sherri was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and she scheduled our appointment with no problem. I took the car in on Saturday morning and Jeff fixed a brake problem and had the car alignment done in less the two hours, best service and best people at Bear Brake in Corona. I highly recommend them!

Estimate I obtained estimated the repair over 8 hours calculated. The job estimate scared me, I keep just the alignment as needed. I will take care of my project with in my own budget.

I made an appointment for an alignment at 2:30. Guess what time they took me in? 2:15! Having been to various auto shop locations in my area, I completely expected them to lag on starting on my vehicle. But no. From the moment I signed paperwork till my vehicle was on the rack, approximately 90 seconds had passed! They estimated it would take about an hour or so to do an alignment. Yeah, it took less than that! Some may ask why Im so excited as to why the employees here did exactly what they said they would. Well, when you go to auto shops and continually get screwed over, or even worse, take your car in for one thing to have them tell you 50 billion things are also wrong with your ride, it was simply refreshing to have Paul and his people do exactly what they said they would do: hold an appointment time and take EXACTLY the amount of time they said they would to fix my vehicle.Their alignments are warranted for 6 months, while parts & labor on other fixes are warranted for 2 years. Guys & gals, if you need work done on your vehicle, it is in my opinion that this place is your destination for work. Two words you hardly find together in the same sentence can be used for this place; Honest mechanic!

I wish this place had more car space to pull in and also a larger waiting area cuz during the pandemic its a little uncomfortable to be near people. However, everyone here was so nice and the price is good. $55 for full alignment on all wheels. They offer other things as well which is cool. Also, the older gentlemen at the front desk is extremely polite with such a kind voice and allowed me to use his charger for my phone because it was dying and I had 2 hours to wait. Its right next to a burger place so if you get hungry.. Its literally 10 feet away from Bear.Good job guys! Youll have my business in the future. ❤

First time experience here was excellent! I came in for a brake inspection. Paul was very kind and respectful. The check in process was quick and efficient. I was referred to Bear by America Tires for the the possible need of an alignment of my front tires. I called, greeted by a friendly voice of a woman, she quickly and efficiently set me up with an appointment, emailed me the appointment confirmation, before we finished up over the phone. It gets better!!!! I arrived at my appointment on the dot. I put my car int the line up of other cars yet to be serviced, I thought oh no, Im going to be here in to the night. Not so, I sat in the waiting area, listening and observing, the other customers being called or brought their keys, some leaving, some coming, all were treated pleasantly and professionally! I saw my car being driven out for a test drive. I didnt see when the technician returned, but it wasnt long before, a gentlemen came to the desk and informed me that my car was out front, ready to go, and guess what? He says, your auto doesnt need an alignment!!! Wow really, normally it would always be not only an alignment, but other issues, ( I just had that experience a week earlier at a known franchise up the street) and there was no charge! I was quickly and thoroughly educated about what gave off the appearance of the perceived need for an alignment . So grateful for our small businesses, especially, ones who take so much pride in service, integrity and care of their local patrons!. I walked away truly grateful,educated and relieved. There is nothing more wonderful than dealing with people with such honesty and integrity ! I will definitely be using them and referring others to Bear Complete Automotive Care! I had my car alignment done at Bear Wheel and Alignment in Corona this last Thursday and as always they did a great job. The price they charge is so reasonable, that everyone should want to take their car there.

I grew up in Corona but have moved away in my adulthood. My alignment was off, I went to a local shop local and got it aligned - but it wasn’t good. Needed a place I trusted so I drove back to Corona to Bear. They spotted som issues unknown to me, showed me the faults, explained it would align but would not be good in long term without repair. Did I’m the repairs, and the truck drove like a new truck and aligned perfectly. I was so glad I came back to these guys. Pailful and Jeff know their stuff. If you’re in need of good mechanics that are honest and stand behind their work, GO to Bear!! If you need a good alignment and inspection GO to Bear!! As an adult I know why my Dad always brought our cars here, you can’t find good old honest work like this in shops these days. Trust me.

First time customer Paul and co. Were absolutely amazing. Quick, professional, and honest automotive care. Went to my dealership who quoted me almost 90 for an alignment, Bear beat them by almost halving the cost, and I got a first time customer special. I also asked Paul if they did windshields, as my 2017 Prius tends to be an expensive fix for those. He informed me that they didnt, but called a place he refers customers too and got me a price quote, one that cant be beat where Ive gone before! Above and beyond from bear automotive. Great service. If I could give them a 10 star review, I totally would I was thinking that my alignment was off due to the car pulling. They ruled that out and advised that the tire was defective. Which after getting it tested through the tire manufacture, they were 100% correct. Granted that the tire manufacturer isnt willing to do much, these guys absolutely did. They went above and beyond and being honest where if it was some other company, I might have had to pay an arm and a leg just for them to say the same. Thanks Bear!

I usually dont leave reviews because I understand that not everyones perfect but; I went there because all of the good reviews unfortunately it wasnt the same for me. I got my car aligned and nothing changed they said the car drove super straight I just need a new front tire rod. So I got a quote for that but when I came back a few days later to get it installed they told me its gonna be 200$ more. I told them thats not what I was quoted so they took the price down to what they originally quoted me for but then the mechanic was being very short with me and obviously annoyed. So I got that replaced and my car is still and if not more pulling to the right.Bad Customer ServiceBad Results

Brought my cars in for wheel alignments, and I was very happy with the results. Somehow I always like the result of manual alignments more than computer alignments. Hurry before the end of April for their promotion.

I went to Bear Automotive for a second opinion. The Mechanic of the shop I coasted into said I might have transmission problems so after asking for some recommendations from friends and family they all said Bear. So I took a chance and had my car towed there.Those recommendations were right on. Bear Automotive is amazing. The staff is incredibly kind, patient and helpful. They listened to the problems I was having with my car. When the mechanic Jose called later that day (Friday) he spent about 20 minutes walking me through every part of his diagnostic and explaining what it meant in detail. ( I understand that they have an open garage, so if I had been on site, he would have taken me in the back to show me.) The work came out to about $2,000- and he said he did not want me to make a decision until Monday. He wanted me to run his diagnostic by friends and family- he wanted me to think about my options. He then told me that if he was being honest- and if it was his car, AFTER he did the 2k in repairs, he still wouldn’t let his wife or kids drive this car. He told me that this would get the car running, but it would not be the end of the repairs. He wanted me to understand that I would in the end be buying a new car- or at least spending that kind of money.That is how Bear treats its customers, like you are family. They ran a massive engine and transmission diagnostic on my car free of charge, then patiently explained how it might be better NOT to do 2k worth of work.In the end, I did not get the repair work done, and traded my old car in for a new one. So while I did not pay for any service at Bear- they have officially made me a lifelong customer.

First time here and i had beyond excellent service. I called a few places for a quote and this place had the best prices. Paul was very thorough, offered 3 options to choose from. When I dropped off my vehicle I was helped by Sherrie, I witnessed an act of kindness that was super generous and amazing to see as a first time customer. A lady in scrubs came in to pay for her service, made an arrangement with Paul to pay $200, the rest later. Sherries husband and Paul took care of the rest of the bill, and let her know that she was taken care of. This lady was in shock and grateful at the same time. It was a sweet moment and it made me feel secure that my car was in good hands. I work until 5pm, Paul waited for me until 5:30 and explained every detail of my service. He also kindly helped me with other questions about future service. Got in my car and it was back to normal again! Please do yourself a favor and check them out. They are professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I found my mechanic, finally!! Thank you so much for taking good care of us, and being a kind local business.

This is a great company that I have been a customer at for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had numerous repairs completed on several different older vehicles for example fuel injection system, oil sensor button, brakes, alignments, cv joints, calipers and probably a few others. I highly recommend this company and their staff. I trust them to repair my vehicles with exceptional quality parts and hard work. I appreciate their wonderful customer service and work ethic.

I had a clunking noise in my drive line and took my truck to 3 places to get my truck. Paul and Jeff took the time to find out what it was and repaired it. I cant thank them enough for fixing my truck when no one else got it right. It ended up being my trans. None of the other places got it right and wanted to charge me a lot of money.

Fixed my truck right the first time. I had been to 2 other shops to get the front end from pulling and feathering tires. Neither of the first 2 got it done. Bear finally corrected it, no pulling it runs straight and doesnt feather the $400/each tires. Now, it wasnt cheap but; cheap work isnt good, and good work isnt cheap.

Great place with friendly techs! They took in my Cherokee, without an appointment, performed an alignment and, had me out the door in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend an appointment though, especially if youre going in on a Saturday.Thanks!

After reading the reviews of this place I decided to share my story. Brought two vehicles here for alignments at the same time. I didnt even know how much an alignment was but I figured couldnt be that much. By the time they were done trying to sell me upcharges and unneeded suspension parts I was looking at over 3000.00 dollars for repairs. Took my keys and my cars elsewhere. Got alignments and two years later all is fine with my vehicles. Moral of the story is get a second opinion before you get work done here.

Took my car in for overheating issues and other small problems. Paule was very helpful and gave me advice on what was best. They helped me get a rental car for the week I was without a car. Great customer service. jose and dan were great with my car and had it running great. A few days after my first visit I took my car to get new tires and the guys there wanted to know who we take our car to because the work that was done on it was really good. Best mechanics around go that extra mile to make sure your car is in top shape

Took my Mini Cooper S here. The first time the guy who did my alignment said it was because of the tires no matter what my car will pull to one side. I decided screw it Ill get some tires then, bought 4 near new Michelin from a good friend of mine (why not save a couple hundred) I earlier today returned here for an appointment I had only to wait an hour and be told my car was ready however when I was driving home my car has never pulled more to the left. If I even take my hand off the wheel Im driving in the wrong lane. I am going to be taking my car to a professional shop instead. Dont waste your time or money here like I did.

Well, I guess they were good. Except they forgot to call me when my truck was ready. I called them and they told me my truck was finished.

This is a very bad business, just trying to rip off people by selling unnecessary repair. I went today for simple alignment and the mechanic and owner showed me a leak below, which was never there before I brought it here. They tried to sell timing belt and water pump replacement to me, which I had already done few months ago. They also tried to sell me shocks. I told them that I park my car in the garage ad never saw any oil spot on floor ever, so the mechanic told me that now you will see it. They lure you with $55 alignment and then tried to sell you hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repair, so please avoid this business and pay even higher price for alignment some where else.

It was closed when the hours online said otherwise.

Came in over the weekend for an alignment as a return customer. Was told I had way more wrong with my car than the alignment that was needed. An alignment was $55 and here I was looking at a $250 price tag for the services they said were needed. So I asked for my keys in order to get a second opinion before paying for the work to be done. As this information didnt sound right to me being mechanically inclined my whole life, Went to Paige auto on 6th and nothing was wrong with my car other than the alignment. Lost my trust and a customer since 1998.

They’re honest when it comes to repairs that you might need but they never get the alignment done right the first time. Everytime I bring a car here for alignment it still drifts but they will correct it for free.

They worked on my 2015 Toyota Avalonand they did an amazing job. They installed my rear strutsand alignment. The car drives amazing. Thanks Paul and your staff.

They did a terrific job on my Honda, although, it was a simple alignment, I had replaced some parts in the front end n had the alignment done, not long after, one of the parts had come loose, so I reinstalled them correctly by wat the gentleman behind the desk told me wat to do, brought it bk for the alignment, they did it all finished, tell me $55 n I was like, I dont have the money until I get my pay next month! He says, well its only 2 weeks away, Ill carry u until then, just want u to promise to pay me! Thats not a problem! 2 weeks later there I was, money in hand! Thank u guys for carrying me! I send everyone there now! Oh! N my car, loves u too! Lol!😂😎

You shouldnt have to take a car in 5 times to get the brakes fixed! It is ridiculous! We cant find the problem, we can put some new brake pads on again to see if it works this time. Sounds lazy to me. Car still wasnt fixed...

Once again these guys did a fantastic job aligning my 2005 ford explorer. On a follow up visit for excessive noise they even replaced one of the rear pinch bolts that I forgot to install, free of charge.

Let me start off by saying that finding a mechanic/shop that has great customer service, skilled and thorough technicians, AND integrity and honesty is like finding a needle in a haystack. And once you find one...you always go back. Thats what I have found at Bear Alignment. A business that, from my experience, runs with a great work ethic and amazing customer service. This is a long review, but Im so happy with the service I received, I want to let you (a fellow consumer) know.I moved to Corona in August, and its been smooth sailing with my car...until about 2 weeks ago. I started having problems and Im a long way from my last trusted mechanic. So I brought my Toyota Corolla to Bear Alignment. I came in as a walk in, and they were very busy with appointments, but still made time to fit me in. They completed an entire safety check on my vehicle and then explained everything to me. I want to note that while I waiting for this to be done, I overheard the (I believe manager) Paul talking to what seemed to be a distributer on the phone about a part for another customers car. A price for the part was communicated to Paul, and (from what I could gather by evesdropping), Paul said he was going to pass on the part and was going to keep looking to see if he could find it somewhere else, because what they were going to charge was more than he was willing to charge the customer. I was really surprised by that...so hes going to take HIS own time to shop around for a better price for a part, so he can then give that discount to his customer, as opposed to just raising the price of his service? Awesome. Fast forward to the safety inspection being completed, and because they didnt find anything wrong with the vehicle (As it turns out, I believe my car had been hydroplaning in all that rain we were getting recently), they didnt even charge me. I was super impressed by that. I ended up getting new tires to fix the problem, and bringing my car back to them to get it aligned, since I was so impressed the first time.I had problems with my car again - it was making a funny noise and driving super rough, and so I brought it back to them. Turned out to be a tire issue. But heres the kicker. I was in a hurry to get to work, dropped the car off, and headed to enterprise to rent a car for the day. Bear Alignment called me very soon after I left and said theyd figured out what was wrong - a tire had blown out because of a nail Id run over (sigh). I was heading to OC to get to work, and couldnt return to get my car over to a tire shop. So what do they do? They put on my spare, call the tire shop, drive it down there, wait for it to be fixed, and drive it back to Bear to wait for me to pick it up. And then, when I call to ask what I can pay for this HUGE help to me...they say no charge. AGAIN. They said - we didnt do an actual service on your car, so please dont worry about it. I want to mention too, when I went to Enterprise, they had only the best things to say about Bear. Cant say I was surprised!So can I just say, they have earned my business for...ever. This kind of care and great service seems few and far between these days, and Im all about supporting a business that goes above and beyond to take care of its customers. Thank you Bear Alignment!! You guys rock :)
