Came here after getting a hex wrench in my tours, the front desk gentleman was very nice and helped me out right away, got me a new tire and out of here in an hour. Luckily I had the road hazard warranty on my tires, this particular tire was barely a week old after having to replace it for a tire that had sidewall damage. I’m so thankful for the gentlemen here who were able to get my squared away and back on the road!

The new manager at this location provides his customers with amazing and friendly service. I think his name is Benjamin, he mentioned he had just taken over that location recently. He took it upon himself to fix my car for free because the issue had not been fixed on a previous visit. I had brought my car in over a year ago, the staff at that time said the problem was fixed. It wasn’t, and I brought the car in again a week later. They again said they fixed it and again, it wasn’t. I was frustrated and did not want to return even though I should have. A year later, this new manager sees I’m here for the same problem and not only has it fixed correctly this time, but also does it for free. I was prepared to pay and was even expecting to because it had been so long since the initial mistake, so it was a very nice gesture on his part. It wasn’t even his mistake to fix, but he assured me that he didn’t want me to leave frustrated again. Excellent customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Went to have a simple alignment done and this is what happens on their test drive. So now after talking with the store manager(its his first week on the job) they have determined that they are not liable for the damages to my truck.

Love me some Firestone Tires but they werent the best price for tires so shop around and maybe they will learn to Sharpen The Pencil

BewareLast weekend my daughter took her vehicle into Corona Firestone to have her brake light fixed. They told her there was some wrong with wiring. She decided something was fishey so she decided not to have services and get a second opinion. When she took it CS in Miraloma they told told her the wiring was all changed. They fix the problem at no change..

If youre reading this and considering visiting this location, i strongly suggest you go elsewhere or even another firestone. i received bottom of the barrel customer service from jesus another guy named robert i think his name was and some random mechanic that walked out to the car with me. i purchased a set of 4 firestone branded tires for our vehicle and it took them around 4+ hours to complete the task and call me. i was hoping itd be completed a lot sooner. i came to pick up the vehicle and noticed that the plastic hub caps were not on. i told them to put them on and i would come back later to pick up the vehicle. by this time another 2+ hours had gone by and upon the second arrival the plastic hub caps still havent been put on the vehicle. the manager refused to speak with me and sent one of their worst mechanics out to place the hub caps on the vehicle. the icing on the cake is now 2 of the plastic hub caps were broken to which the mechanic just sort of shrugged it off and didnt have an explanation besides theyre brittle i wasnt about to go back and speak with the sad excuse of management inside. i reached out via email to firestone directly now that it has been over a week and havent heard back. i really hope somebody reaches out soon as this blatant disregard and disrespect to customers is unacceptable.

Very frustrated! My 18 year old son called for a quote because he felt our mechanic was over charging! He was quoted a price but when we had his car towed to Firestone for the better price, we were told it was wrong and the price was closer to what our mechanic charged. Because it was towed we were limited so we left the car there and agreed to have the car diagnosed fully. It’s now been 7 DAYS! No one called. We called. They still haven’t run the diagnostic. It’s really frustrating to always worry about being screwed by mechanics! Can’t trust! Now we have to take it somewhere else because nothing has been done and I can’t trust them to not over charge and add to it! I’m so tired of dishonesty! People are charging even more due to covid! Don’t bother with them because they won’t keep their word. They will lie about the quotes and don’t care how long you wait.

My brother in law took his car there, all that was needed was an Alternator,cost $750! Ridiculously high price

I have been a patron of this business for 5 years with no issues until today.. They refused to put a tire on a small lawnmower rim if I didnt purchase it from them... pepboys across the street did it for half the quoted price with no issues... i do not recommend this Firestone establishment ever.

Dealing with any type of car repair can make for a long and frustrating day. I found myself with an early morning flat tire while running late to work. Im fortunate I have AAA who got me up and running with the spare. After work I stopped by Firestone Auto Care on Main. I could see they had a full house of vehicles. I explained my situation to Wes, the service representative at the desk. He let me know that any service would probably be a very long wait. He was able to see I was a previous customer at a different Firestone location. He took a look at the flat tire, brought it in to the garage and realized it was leak from the tire stem. Long story short, Wes and Firestone saved the day by taking the time to quickly repair the stem and fill the tire at no additional cost. Thanks again Wes for the helping hand.

I came twice to this establishment for a quote and left both times because of the highest prices. Be aware of what they charge for parts. If you check on the net you will see they are priced 40% higher. Just go across the street to pro boys and see or call them. No good. I am not coming back to this place ever.

Zero stars Called in to get a price for installing 1 tpms sensor and they said we could not install it because we didn’t buy the sensor there what kind of shop is this they really have crooked intentions don’t recommend going to this shop with services like this it gives the automotive industry a bad reputation!

The staff was both professional and courteous. They got me the tires I saw online and made sure I got the best deal available at the time. They recommended additional services with zero pressure, and gave me honest feedback on the choices I made. I am very happy with the service I received and can definitely recommend going to this particular store. This is now my go to store for any of my cars tire needs.

The customer service here is awful! Its like you are bothering them bringing your service out here... The guy at the front didnt even look up when he asked what I needed... if I didnt have a warranty I would have walked out then... my car sat for over an hour while they were out there chatting and having a good time. When they finally talked to me about my tire I was told they would get it done quickly... yet an hour later I am sitting here while 1 of the 3 cars get worked on. When I questioned an ETA I was told soon seriously 3 hours to change a tire? And I am still waiting ridiculous!!!

I had my radiator flushed/filled here when I first moved to Cali, and got a tuneup while I was at it since it had been a while. The work took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but overall the experience was enjoyable. I never felt that they were trying to push me into anything I didnt want, and the one thing they suggested (getting my belt replaced) was actually legitimate, as it was definitely showing signs of wear. They actually told me I didnt need it right away, but gave me the price quote so I knew how much itd be when I did come back.Even though I dont live in Corona anymore Id probably make the drive back here just for the service alone next time I need maintenance done. Highly recommended.

Great service, I always use Firestone for maintenance and tires. However this location in particular has an ant infestation that they dont attempt to remediate. Not very comfortable when you have ants crawling up your legs while waiting. They are everywhere!

Needs more Technicians on board as it takes 2-3 hours waiting for alignment job done while it takes about 15 minutes to get it Done once the car in the shop. Time is valuable.

0 stars. Made an appointment 4 days ahead of time and the man I dealt with was awesome. He was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I showed up for the appointment this morning and whoever was working around 1030am was the complete opposite. I ended up leaving with no oil change. I know youre a grown man, trained for the job youre working, so when has it ever been priority to be working with a client and answer the phone in the middle of it and have a 10 minute conversation? You guys suck.

Went here to get our tire fix. One nail in our tire. Although the guys were affable, It took them 45 mins to an hour wait. They charged us $20. Twice as much as my tire place.Would not recommend this place. Too expensive and too long of a wait.

Made and appt for job that takes 30 minutes or less. When I arrived I was told there need the car all day. Not very professional. Very disappointing. And a waste of gas and time. Be careful with this place.

Don’t come here if you have run-flat tires. Tried to have them install new tires on my car that aren’t run flats. They refused to install them after having my car all day. Saying it’s against company policy to install non run-flats on a car that comes with them... I wish they would have disclosed that before keeping my car all day

I called several times before I came and attempted to use an online coupon that wouldnt send a valid pdf to my email. A nice older guy named Wes honored the coupon anyway, tested my battery and charged it for me. Turns out it was shot but I still got the discount. Customer service was perfect.

Need a appointment at the Firestone off Main St in Corona or expect to wait hours. If you want a quick turnaround dont bother going here. I was there first thing in the morning and was told to make a appointment or come back hours later. I guess you do not need any walk-in business.

Called yesterday to let know I ordered tires and I was coming in today. I was NEVER informed that I needed an appointment. I arrived this morning at 715a.m. because according to the internet they open at 7am. Around 730am as they were just opening the bay doors I asked do they open at 7 or 8, the technician says 8 and when I said online it says 7, he said yeah its been like that for 2 years and we cant change it, Im sorry. So I waited and was the first in line and when they opened I was asked did I have an appointment. No I dont and I called yesterday to say I was coming today. I was then told it would be 2 hours to have 4 tires installed due to others having appointments. Then the price was different from the price I got over the phone, 8 dollars higher, but still different. I dont recommend this place as I sit here at 1030 and my car is on the rack tireless. I will NEVER be back

I made an appointment for Friday afternoon for an oil change. I was running late due to traffic, I called to inform them. They told me to leave the keys in the drop box. I get a call on Saturday from Firestone asking if they could have more time, I said sure, but I need the vehicle by Sunday. So Sunday morning I call the shop, again they asked for more time. I tell them that I need it by 12 they say ok. So I show up at noon. The vehicle was never serviced. It is still in the parking lot.

Worst customer service, waited 20 min for someone to ask what we needed, battery warranty issue, wants us to leave battery just to check it’ so 2 yrs on a 5 yr warranty. Need a battery replacement but they dont care!

Very disappointed. I called early in the morning to see if I can take my car in for new tires and if I would need an appointment. The lady said it was okay to take it in right away. I got there around 9am, my car was going to get two new tires, an alignment and a car inspections and they would call me when it was done. Hours passed by and never got a call. I called an hour before closing (mind you they never gave me a call throughout the day) and was told my car was bearly getting worked on, to go in 10 mins before they closed. When I got there my car was in the same spot I parked it in and went to check it out and NOTHING had been done!! I went inside, lady was helping another client, she looked very frustrated. She helped me out and apologized because they were short on mechanics and started telling me that he mechanics moms had died and so on. I didnt need to hear what was going on. I wanted an explanation on why I wasnt given a call throughout the day. I had to leave my car overnight and wasnt ready till the next day around 2pm. Overall, very disappointed on their customer service dont think Ill be going back.!

The overall experience was good but the service was slow. I waited for well over 1.5 hours when it wasnt that busy.

Terrible place, expensive, service no good and they damaged my new $600 rim and wouldnt replace it. Had to leave my car overnight to change 2 rear tires because they were tired and couldnt get the tire on.

They literally take all day to do an oil change and alignment. If you drop off your car and are the first person there you will be the last person there at close still waiting to check out.

Fast, professional, and they tell you how it is. Three of my most top concerns when dealing with my vehicles.

I WAS QUOTED A PRICE FOR 4 FIRESTONE DESTINATION A/T TIRES FOR $569 OUT THE DOOR, CALLED THE NEXT MORNING TO SCHEDULE TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED, WAS TOLD BRING IT IN AND LEAVE IT, SO I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO SO AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR PRICE! AND WAS TOLD THE PERSON I SPOKE TO THE DAY BEFORE WAS NOT IN AND WAS A REGIONAL MANAGER. SO I ASKED THEN TO PHONE HOM AND THEY REFUSED. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AFTER 17 YEARS!
