Bring your car here. Ive been through many mechanics and usually walk away feeling ripped off etc. The guys there are friendly and professional. They gave me a price range upfront and a time frame... Well the repair cost way less then I expected and faster then I thought. No BS or games. Even put a new battery in my dying key fob. This is definitely my new go to and it should be yours.

Park Ave is truly the best auto shop in the greater Providence area. These guys are honest, friendly, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I have been taking our cars here for over two years and between the two of us have needed all new brakes/rotors (on a car with hybrid regenerative breaking), regular oil changes, wiper pump replacements, and bushing replacements, and every time they explain the issue throughly and with patience. The only time they havent been able to help was when my boyfriend had an issue with his hybrid battery, but they were incredibly courteous and suggested other places in the area for help and even allowed us to keep his car parked there for a day while we got a tow truck to a different mechanic, all without charging us a dime. Sad to say we are moving away from Rhode Island, and can only hope we find a place as fabulous as Park Ave.

As a young woman, going into a shop to get work done on a car can be pretty intimidating. But the guys at Park Ave Auto were personable and friendly, and made me feel comfortable right away. They were honest and up front about the cost and what my car needed to pass inspection, and didn’t pressure me to have more work done like a lot of other shops do. I will absolutely be going here for all future work on my car!

Ive gone here twice now to get my car checked for different reasons (and to finally get my inspection done, whoops) and these guys are great. Dan is wicked nice and easy to work with; he was honest and upfront of what the cost could come to since he wasnt sure without taking it apart, and then the charge was even less! Seriously, check them out if you have car problems.

Absolutely amazing service! Not only was my car looked at the same day I dropped it off, but what I thought would be a major transmission repair ended up being a minor fix and they were able repair it the same day too!!! Dropped off at 7am undrivable, picked up at 3pm in perfect working order. They were honest with me about everything and didnt overcharge or try to upsell me anything. I highly recommend Park Avenue Auto Services if you value your time, money, and having a team of great professionals repair your vehicle right!

We went to Park Ave Auto after purchasing a car to get it checked out. This car was not only beyond repairable, but dangerous to the point it shouldnt have even been put on the road. Danny & Chris and the guys at Park Ave did a thorough inspection and would not let us drive this vehicle due to the danger it would put our family in. On top of it, they even helped facilitate a refund for the vehicle and went out of their way to make sure that we were not going to get burned. We cannot say enough about the guys at Park Ave, if you want an honest mechanic this is definitely the place to go!

Went in with a damaged wire on my battery. Chris had it fixed in no time and the total cost of repair was just under $72. They didnt bs me on trying to pressure me into anything else like some dealers and quality to price ratio definitely worth it. Speaking with Dan and others on phone I can tell they are all very professional and they have my business moving forward guaranteed. See you guys again soon.

This place is awesome. The first time I came here I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I talked to one mechanic and have been dealing with the same mechanic since I have been coming here. He always gets straight to the point and is very informative. When ever I have had a problem with my cars he is able to pin point the problem and has fixed the issue every time. Would definitely recommend this place. Awesome shop and staff. A++

Dan and his team are extremely talented and get the work done with great pride and professionalism. Theirs prices are great and they explain everything to you. No pressure like some other shops. About 3 months ago I purchased a 2002 FordThunderbird and the first thing I did was to bring it to Dan his crew and they gave it a once over I went back and had all the work done at a great price. And now I am a customer for life.These guys are the best. Give them a try youll be glad you did.

This garage seems to be more honest and helpful than other garages I have dealt with. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns without hesitating. I was provided with an accurate estimate consisting of fair prices for a quick and reliable service during both visits.

The guys at Park Avenue are epic instead of just switching out the alternator for a new one. They tested the original and it turns out there wasnt anything wrong with it (after everyone told us it was the alternator) turns out it was the multi function switch that was causing the issue. That and a new battery and we were good. Also took a quick ride around the block with the mechanic to see if there was anything they could hear anything else wrong. Anyways, short story long, these guys are badass. Give them a call

I wish I remembered his name, but theres one guy that works here who is extremely helpful and made this whole experience great. I came here to get my inspection done, and he was very transparent with me. I could tell there were no run arounds and there was no shady business behind it. He told me exactly what I needed, and if they were things I could fix on my own, he told me. I was very happy that I found a place that was honest, and not trying to trick me into fixing things on my car that dont need to be.

Ive found Dan, Jeff, and the team to be honest, hard working, and very good at what they do. They diagnose the problem, take the time to explain what is going on with the car, go over what our options are, make cost-effective recommendations, and then deliver on what they promise. The guy tried to charge me literally DOUBLE what I just paid a different shop to do yesterday. Plus, you would think he would have told me that my water pump was completely shot but he didnt! The second shop noticed it right away when they checked over my engine. the guy at park ave didnt even check the engine like he said he would and he filled the washer fluid and charged us for it even though my boyfriend said no please dont we have a whole bottle in the trunk. Extremely dissatisfied and will never return.

This was my first experience with Park Ave. Appreciated the fact that the mechanic that worked on my vehicle came out and explained exactly what he found.Everything was explained in detail and I was given a complete breakdown of the charges. I made and appointment for the following week.Upon completion of the work I got a call and was told exactly what was done. Within the first mile of driving I noticed the difference of how the vehicle was driving.After years of dealing with another local mechanic I actually felt comfortable driving my vehicle now.

Went for the first time today, based on all the good reviews. They lived up to the hype, at least for me. I called at 10, they were able to fit me in at 1 (it was an easy job, just fixing a headlight, but still - same day!), and I was out of there by 1:45. I will definitely be back, as my car is just about to hit the 100k mark, so I expect stuff to start falling off any minute now. :)

Moved to Rhody from California last year and have been searching for an honest shop I can take my cars to. Dan and his crew were overwhelmingly recommended by my next door neighbors. Said theyve been getting their cars fixed here for years and appreciate their honesty. They wont nickel and dime you like so many shady mechanics out there.Ive got to say that I was really happy with their service. They did an oil change and replaced my brakes. Brakes work great and I dont know if its just me, but my car drives better too after getting the mobile 1 synthetic oil.I will definitely be returning for my car needs. Only interacted with Dan and Dante, but Im sure the rest of the crew is just as approachable and friendly.

These guys took good care of me. They were actually very busy, and really couldn’t take my car in, but they realized my car was inoperable, took my car right in, and fixed it right away with a descent price. Great place to get your car fixed.

Best mechanic in the area. Theyre wicked honest, quick, and fair priced. My dealer had told me a year ago that I needed new brakes. I took my car to Dan at Park Ave and he said the brakes were fine and didnt need replacing. Since then hes always been up front with my family and I. We take all of our cars there and will continue to until they close or we move outta RI.

Reasonably priced as well, from my experience.The guys have always been honest and up-front with me and my S.O. about what was or was not wrong with our cars, what we could get away with not fixing right away, what we could find cheaper (or the same price) elsewhere, etc., and they thoroughly and patiently answer all of our stupid questions.They are usually busy, so Id recommend making an appointment as early as you can, especially if you need a part. They also close annoyingly early, as most mechanics do... Ive had to drop my car off overnight before, or have my fiancee take it in for me... but thats hard to avoid, and worth it anyways to know Im getting good service.I trust these guys with my car and with my money, and have recommended them to friends and family. Ill recommend them to you guys as well!

My family has been using this shop for iver 20 years. I personally am hard on vehicles, and they have always gotten my clunkers back on the road in fastest and cheapest way. Besides that, they always lmk what I NEED to fix and what can wait, as well as give me the opportunity to find my own parts if I prefer to.i just bought my first finance... Im hoping theyre open during this covid mess bc I intend to pay the 75 to have a full diagnostic done during the 30 day lemon law! Theyre worth it! Ive made the mistake of letting others work on my cars. Never again! You guys are the best!

More than anything, though, they are never going to take advantage of you. I cant say enough good things about this place. I blew a spark plug on my f150 and these guys did an excellent job on the repair. They were very nice and the work was completed super fast. I dropped my truck off and it was ready the next day. They saved my hide on the repair and I cant thank the guys that work here enough. If you need work done to your ride I highly recommend this shop. You wont regret it.

Professionalism goes a long way with me, but integrity goes even further. Park Ave Auto has both. I like to get under my own car as much as possible, but i have a newborn and it has been tough to find the time. I went with an exhaust leak and I knew it could be fixed fairly easily and inexpensively. When the guy at the desk came to me with a price of $75-125, I knew they were an honest bunch. Their hourly rate is $90 per hour alone! They could have suggested a MUCH more expensive option, but they didnt.
