Place isnt bad, good deals, good service. Why the 1 star? With Metro the amount of spam calls you get is OUTRAGEOUS. I average anywhere from 10-20 spam calls a day and that is no exaggeration. I realize Metro uses recycled numbers but man, the spam calls are just too much. Once my months payment is up Im going elsewhere.

This store and the employees working for the company are very helpful. I needed help with my phone and the employee working truly took their time to explain to me how to use my new phone. I have been to other metro pcs stores since I have been with metro for over 9 years and they are truly the best store for their customer service.

Mike always helps me no matter what. Upgrade to a new phone with a case and glass screen protector plus helped set up my gmail. Made sure my voicemails went to new phone. 4 years mike been amazing. Thank you

I came in to pay my bill and Mike was a big help, he noticed i was up for an upgrade and since my phone was having problems anyway i bought a new phone! He was very attentive and answered all my questions. Great place!

My old phone saw its last days as of late and what an incredible deal Mike presented me 😃 not only did he save me money on my plan due to paying too much for what I wasn’t using he also showed me several phones that would serve my needs. Worst service I have ever had. ..metro you use t mobile. ..? I live in the center of Cranston. ..and work in Providence. ...just a constant no signal. ....All the time...only went with metro cause its 50 dollars a month. ...so unworthy of that...HORRIBLE.I cant give them lower than one star....The dont deserve that.
