Hello, I have a auto transport business. I had some cars to take to Pensacola fl and on my way there my transfer case started having problems. I searched online and I found a road side service mechanic that recommended me to freedom automotive. That really was a blessing because not only did Mr. Joe diagnosed the problem with me truck, he also found the transfer case with very low mileage and reasonably priced. Joes work was awesome, his shop was great, and he had a really nice family that helped him get me vehicle right. I don’t think that I could have found a better shop or mechanic to to deal with. I would recommend Freedom Automotive to anyone in that area or just passing through and maybe in need of any mechanical services. Awesome guy, awesome shop, and awesome family.

I was referred to Joe by his employer who I purchased a part from for my vehicle. His employer informed me Joe was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and had very fair prices. So, I decided to give Freedom Automotive Unlimited a try. After contacting Joe (Owner) we set an appointment for the next day and he not only fixed what I needed fixed, but also went out of his way and did a tune up on my car without any additional charges. He just said, “I just want you to be safe.” I was astonished and amazed by the amazing work he did as well as his kindness. You just don’t find good men like him anymore, it is just so rare nowadays. The wealth of knowledge that this man possesses was not only amazing but a true gift to his trade. Just listening and learning about his passion and how he truly loves what he does and how he loves to help people was heart warming. After going to Joe a couple of times for tires, engine issues, oil changes, etc... I had the pleasure of meeting his wife Sonia who also assisted Joe in his shop as well as their family. After learning it was a family business, I could understand why Joe takes amazing care of his customers. You can see by just watching and communicating with Joe and Sonia the love they have for each other, their family, and their family owned and operated business. They are all truly amazing!!! I highly recommend FREEDOM AUTOMOTIVE UNLIMITED for any mechanical needs or even someone to talk to. This family and business is wonderful. I truly will never go anywhere else. He is awesome and his wife as well. I love his honesty and just basically caring about his customers ! My truck was a tough one but he kept on until he found what was wrong with it !
