I enjoy this location very much. Always so willing to help with any of our needs! We both wear contacts and glasses and have purchased both through these wonderful ladies. Not to mention my actual exam helped my headaches to go away. Will continue to come here for all of our eye needs.

Its rare that I take the time to post reviews, but the service I received from Tamara was so exceptional, I felt it was a necessity.I went into the store to see if she could adjust the fit on my sunglasses. Not only did she tighten the glasses but she noticed there was a nose piece missing and fixed that.Tamara was extremely pleasant and would not accept payment for her work/time. When I need glasses I will definitely come back to her!

Tamara was amazing. She was so patient with me. She went thru my insurance with me so I truly understood what I was getting into. She found multiple frames for me to choose from and listened to all my requirements. Due to her patience and kind and uplifting presence she made my whole appointment smooth as butter. If you come here request Tamara. You will not be disappointed.

I typically have a hard time finding glasses that fit my face, since I usually wear kids or petite sizes. I had checked out a few places in the area and they had the best selection. The prices were comparable to others in the area they checked to see, with insurance and their specials, what was the best price. Tamara was very helpful and didn’t push me to order. She was honest in her opinion of each one I tried on and how they fit my face. I can’t wait to receive my new glasses.

Everybody in the office was so nice. Tamara was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Dr. Cesar was also very warm and personable. She was professional and worked to make a personal connection with me as her patient. Both Tamara and Dr. Cesar are funny, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I highly recommend this location! I was greeted right away. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They checked my insurance benefits for me and explained those benefits. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and also very friendly. She explained everything in detail and after each test told me if there was an issue or not. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters to everyone. The selection of glasses was outstanding as well. I have never been in a cleaner store either. I bought 2 pair of glasses and I was told 7-10 days before they would be in. They arrived in less than a week!!

I took my 5 year old daughter to Dr Cindy today for her kindergarten check up. I can not say enough good things about Dr Cindy. She was wonderful with my daughter and made her feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

Cindy Cesar is a great eye doctor she answers all your questions and was very patient I took my 92-year-old father there for new glasses and she made sure everything was just right thanks again.

Just moved out here and needed to get my annual done so I can get more contacts. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. Dr. Cesar was awesome and got me what I needed quick. This is our new go to place for glasses and exams! My husband and I got an exam, a pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses from them and the process was quick and easy. Krista and Misty were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory and helped us pick out the perfect pair, it took less than a week for everything to come in and everything fit well at pickup! Thank you to everyone at this store for their great customer service!

They were a life saver! My son needed new frames ASAP and they had them in stock. One lady took care of my sons glasses while the other lady set up a mew account for me.

Had a fantastic visit to this store today. I have only recently started needing glasses in the last two years so I am very new to the whole experience.All of the staff up front were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Misty who was instrumental in helping me pick out my next set of frames.Dr. Pak was excellent and very informative. I feel like i have a better understanding of how vision correction works in general after my eye exam with him. He explains everything in simple and clear terms.Very pleasant experience, thank you to the Staff of the Crystal Lake LensCrafters.

If i could leave ZERO stars i would.... i spent nearly 900$ out of pocket here and distinctly remember opting in for the measly 25$ insurance on both designer pairs of glasses after having a conversation with my wife who was also there. It went like “ im already spending 900$ whats another 50$” and the saleswoman agreed. Well when it comes time to replace a scratched lens they inform me that i dont have insurance and there is nothing they can do except order another 300$ pair of lenses! This place is a joke, and corporate was no help either. Go somewhere else.

I worked with Glenn after visiting the place that rhymes with “hurl.” What a difference! Really knowledgeable, and found that my not wonderful insurance paid for a great bi-focul upgrade. I brought in frames I had gotten online, and was not treated differently because of it. He printed out several pricing/insurance scenarios for me. I will be getting a pair of sunglasses there at the turn of the calendar year.

I hadnt had a check up in a while. I have astigmatism and I just wanted to see if it was getting worse because Im getting older. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and did her best to make me less anxious before I saw the doctor. The doctor is also very friendly as well. I found out I should wear glasses for driving at night. Make sure if you have insurance to ask if frames are included. Mine covers up to a certain amount in frames. I have talked to so many people who cant believe I only paid $64 for an exam and glasses. Its because I asked and also I didnt get all of the bells and whistles with the lenses since I will only be wearing them for certain activities. I recommend this place for its online scheduling, friendly staff, and timeliness of the whole process.

Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, the doctor is knowledgeable and professional. The office is clean and the staff seems to have long-standing clientele that are happy to be repeat customers (evidenced as I waited for my appointment and witnessed a few different people walk in for follow up care, etc). I have worn glasses for about 30 years and I have rarely found my trips to the eye doctor to be enjoyable. This experience was frustration free. The frame selection is also awesome, which I appreciated very much. As for the pricing, without my insurance, my glasses would have been about $400... But with my insurance I paid significantly less. The warranty offered on their glasses is by far the best warranty I have seen in very long time. I will definitely be coming back in the years to come.

First visit went very well. I was here due to medications possibly causing changes in the eye. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and thouroughly explained the testing and what results he was looking for. I would definitely recommend him.

I went in there 2 days ago for some glasses. They told me they couldn’t get me a price until tomorrow and that they would call me okay fine. Never got a phone call so I go in the next day the girl said she would look and give me a call and again never gave me a call. Why are you open if I can’t even purchase glasses.

I took my 3 daughters there, who has never been to the eye Dr and was so scared. Dr. Joseph Herba was so kind and patient with them. Had them all laughing through the entire appointments. Saw all 3 within 40 mins. Highly recommend him for the whole family.

ALWAYS upbeat and positive!! Dr. Herba is always an unwavering positive guy that turns every visit into an absolute pleasure!! He will also never prescribe anything that is not completely necessary. He gives you all options.

Extremely poor and rude customer service at the front desk. It was too much for the receptionist to do her job by answering insurance questions even though I was the only person in the store. She offered no assistance. She was patronizing on the way out. Would not recommend this place unless you can get past her.

As an Air Force Pilot Select I would only put my eyes in the care of the best Doctors and when it comes to Optometry that is Dr. Herba. I consider myself lucky to have been able to stumbled upon Dr. Herba when it was the most local place covered by our insurance at the time. I had dwindling hopes of being a pilot and Dr. Herba turned that around and gave me faith that I had good enough vision and could achieve it. He recommended me to a trusted network of Doctors for surgery and other specialties and sent me on the way to where I am now. It has been a long uphill battle but every time I visit Dr. Herba he takes better care of me than the time before. Not to mention he inspired my long time best friend to become an Optometrist. Its not very often you hear of people changing lives but it is safe to say in the short time Ive known Dr. Herba he has changed mine.There is no where else Id recommend more than Sears Optical and Dr. Herba.
