I had been searching for a decent pick up truck within my budget and found it at Eastern Shore Auto Brokers. The price was fair. The owner Chase was easy to reach, talk with and get information from. The truck needed a few cosmetic fixes and Chase ordered and paid for the fixes from his profit instead of haggling with me. I would highly recommend this dealership.

What a great car buying experience. I hate being at the dealer for hours and negotiating with a person that has no authority at all and always has to go ask for permission. Chase and I agreed to a price in about minute, shook on it and went and did the paperwork. All told we were done in about 30 minutes.

5 stars all the way. Chase came out last minute in the pouring rain on a Saturday to let us test drive half the cars on the lot. Every car was in fantastic condition. He has each vehicle checked out by a third party mechanic and REFUSES to sell vehicles he finds problems with. He worked with us on financing and the next time we need a vehicle, we’re going straight to Eastern Shore Auto Brokers.

I went in to test drive a vehicle and it was a very good experience. The sales rep gave me the perfect amount of time to look the vehicle over before asking if I needed any help. The associate asked me some basic questions and was not pushy and overly talkative in trying to persuade me into believing the car was better than it was or was a perfect fit for me or anything like that. I did take it for a quick test drive which was a very easy process. The rep wouldnt do any negotiating or talk any numbers outside and only wanted to do that inside at his desk. I didnt really particularly care for that part and thats where he lost me. IDK maybe thats just their policy? Over all good experience. I didnt buy anything due to current inventory.

Purchased a car from here roughly three months ago, and I love it. The salesman was a friendly guy, he answered any questions I had, and I didnt feel like I was being pushed into buying the car. He was very negotiable as far as the price went too. After spending the whole summer searching for a car and having a nightmare of a time dealing with numerous dealers, this place made the car buying process so much easier for me. I have had a couple very minor issues with the car since I bought it, but thats just because it is an older car and things happen. I definitely recommend to always have a car inspected before buying it, just to be safe. But this place is overall a very reliable place to buy a car from.
