WARNING!!! you are being fairly cautioned and if i could give a no star i would. if you get any phones fixed here you will be financially and satisfactory disappointed you can view my full complaint on BBB. I went to this location twice for screen repairs, shame on me for trusting this sneaky owner a second time. The first time he fixed my screen i had to come back because he destroyed the forward facing camera. He had to replace the whole thing but because he made it right i counted him into the human species. A few months later I had another phone fixed by him and I should have known something was up because he wouldnt allow me to purchase a screen protector screen. I found out about 45 minutes later why, when i went to plug it up and remove the temporary plastic on the screen. The entire screen he replaced came off. Of course i had this done close to closing so I had to wait for the next day to call (oh by the way he knows i travel from state to state guess he figured since i have 3 phones I wouldnt notice until weeks) well he stated he would add glue, I opted to ask for a refund he agreed but quickly got a bad cultural attitude when he learned what he just promised. long story short i will be contacting many govt agencies ( hes not clever to know of, that takes care of crooks-scams like this) to report him and show them the pictures and audio i was at least smart enough to get of past and present conversations of his promises ... it will be a wait but ill get my money back but be aware please... learn on me and note those screens he sales are off amazon wholesale for $5 or less...be smarter than me the first time!!!!

Outstanding experience as well, not only did i get my iPhone fixed but i came back the next day and got my sons iPhone 6 fixed as well.

Screen has been flashing ever since we replaced it at Volusia Mall. Merchandiser will not exchange or fix it again without paying for a new screen. ( receipt available and presented to merchandiser)

Awesome service! I brought my phone in because the charging port wasn’t working. Kabir the man working could have charged me $70 to replace, but instead simply cleaned it for me in 3min and would not accept my money for the service. Very kind! The phone works perfectly now. Thanks!

Dont believe the hype. This kiosk in the Volusia County Mall uses cheap products. Buyer be aware! Shop somewhere else! When I returned less than 24 hours after my defective product didnt work properly, I was accused of being the cause. The salesman also tried to get my friend who was with me to say it was my fault. He was rude & condescending. I went to the Daytona Flea Market & found a shop that knew what they were doing. I will NEVER shop at this kiosk again.

Sincere, honest, competitive and experienced. He fixes any trouble starting from broken screen to complicated hardware problems. I’ve been knowing this guy for years, referred many friends and families. All became his permanent customers. Excellent service.

Made the mistake of confusing this location with the repair kiosk by Dillard’s. Needless to say my phone repair did not go well. Their warranty can’t be trusted. Once was said and done I found the correct place I was referred in the Mall. Went to Cell Repair kiosk by Dillard’s and Bridget fixed me up. Enter through Dillard’s to avoid my mistake.
