And laughed in frint of cops...he shutt our pbones iff. 3 am my husband stopped breathing i needed phone to work rignt kid laugh said hed get me i ran outside nothing open finally got 911. 21 years if marriage he died i blame you..i will tell everyone

This is a little off topic from cell phones but I had wandered in there lost in Daytona and couldnt afford a plan at the moment I was trying to find a hardware supplier before they closed at six (they are not open often).Two guys explain to me how the plans/activation work and it makes sense I just wasnt able to do it at the time for a phone plan.Yet, I was lost and a bit frantic. I probably went the wrong way four times and definitely got bad directions twice.. I was only a mile away.Whether its against company policy to help someone I dont know but it makes who they represent at such a time and place very impressive. They went out of their way and one even showed me GPS on his phone and it did not take him long and I actually got to where I was going -- I made it with 4 minutes left! Then I also knew how to make it back home.So I appreciate these two guys at Cricket Wireless -- the store was not busy they were not wasting time either. It did not take them much time.They had a great vibe and personality about them without feeling the need to push something on me I could not get at the time.I just want to add that you can have GPS with a SIM card not provisioned or set up with a network it works on two phones I just brought the wrong phone. This happened on 5/19/20 at 5:50pm.

Quick service and competent staff! I spoke with Tabitha when I was there last, and she was very friendly! I usually hate going into the physical phone store, but she made it relatively painless and I was in and out so much quicker than I expected. Definitely recommend!

I just spoke to Jose (refused to give his last name) about a job and he asked me to meet for an interview. I asked him about compensation and he got extremely rude with me on the phone. Being in the sales industry for over a decade now I wanted to know what kind of money I would be capable of making. I think that if you are looking for a job you should steer clear of this company because if they are this rude and shady about talking to future employees something is completely wrong...

Have been to this Cricket location before for cell assistance but now it is time to get a new cell. Alexis, who oversaw & directed us, is very knowledgeable and a good teacher of how to use the new cell phone.

Ill just say Im surprised Eduardo is a store manager. I also dont plan to recommend this store or company to my network of associates, friends or family.

I bought my I phone 11 here I called ahead and spoke with Demetrius who said it was in stock and saved it till I got there since I was on my way. He and Kevin were both very helpful it was an excellent experience.He even had Cases ready for me to look at and helped me pick accessories on sale

The manager made a terrible customer service decision not to have a phone available to help customers process insurance claims because they did not want to tie up their phone line. The service staff was not helpful. WHY IS IT THAT A PHONE STORE DOES NOT HAVE A DEDICATED PHONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEIR PHONE IS NOT WORKING!!!!!? I was referred to the website which could not process my claim because my information did not match. When I went to my bank to use their customer service phone, it took an hour and a half to finally get a person who could resolve the situation. The problem turned out to be caused because Cricket did not forward my change of address to the insurance company when I purchased my new phone. It took several phone calls through to the insurance company and then assisted by Cricket transfer to be able to get a real person. Some of these issues were not the fault of the store on Nova Rd, but they should have assisted me when I went to the store for help. I was weeks without a phone. I am not shopping for another provider. This is a big contrast in the customer service avaialbe 30 months ago in store when I purchased my phone. At that time, I actually changed from the store on International to Nova because the service was more friendly on Nova. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE because the manager on Nova Road cant be bothered to help customers by providing a phone to process claims.

Rose the associate at this store was extremely helpful if you need something done shes the person to see. Some of the other associates could use some extensive useful training as they dont know much but other than how to watch their phones on company time.

Your employee was very patient and understanding, he did a fantastic job getting my service right and answering all my questions.

Only thing I don,t like when they sale an item they never let you know you cant return this is about making money who ever teach them lie to make a sale all wrong do better the only person tell you the truth is Joe modric Wilcox I heard what what happen it was wrong the company let good man go get him back some deserve a second chance the people that work for you need to look professional so look like they just got out of bed your look sales you in the public eye
