Vanessa was an awesome person and service is was great. She was very helpful and attentive. Al was very convincing. We would recommend this place.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go to a CORPORATE store. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was charged $266 for stuff I already had but thought I was getting as inclusive. Sales rep X (yes thats his name X). Gave me a price and and through intentionally misrepresenting the meaning of his words charged me for warranties, chargers, an ugly phone case, etc. just to meet some sales competition. I walked out without my bill, because he said he will email it but... it never came. I went back and when I saw the itemized receipt of what he said was included I lost it. He was unapologetic and lied about where his manager was. Im also manager and have been with sprint since 2002. I work hard for my money and Im not ok being lied to by a sales rep, so he can make commission. Its surprising to see this store location has received multiple reviews concerning reps lying.

MayCom is an authorized Sprint dealer. I had a great experience when I switched from horrible T-Mobile to Sprint. MUCH better reception and fewer dropped calls
