We were looking for a Borders or Barnes and Nobles to look at healthy cookbooks. I have lots of cookbooks, but healthy ones i have 2 and ive used a lot of the recipes. This store is big. It has used and new books, puzzles, gifts, reading related posters, cups, book bags, etc. They have a dollar section of books with good titles. So glad i found this store idk how much i would have spent on the books if i ended up buying them at regular prices.

Great place. Came into town from 2 hours away. As soon as we got into the store the owner told us of a big book sale going on at the Public Library a block away and that it was closing in 30 minutes if we wanted to catch it first. Blew me away that she did this. Very much appreciated. Will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful, cozy store with the best staff Ive encountered in a local book store. Not only do they have a good selection of books, but they have plenty of misc gifts to buy.As much as I love the convenience and quickness of Amazon, Id much rather buy local from Novel Ideas!

Wherever I go, whenever I travel, the first thing I do is search for local bookshops to visit. Ive been to a great many over the past several decades & I must say that Novel Ideas is one of the best Ive encountered in all of my travels. Its a true gem with a friendly & knowledgeable owner, a great selection & very reasonable prices. I dont know when Ill be able to return, but I certainly will. (That Dickens set is calling to me.) 🤔😉🙂

I love this little bookstore! They really have a decent sized variety of books for sale; new and used. And best of all, the employees make you feel like they truly appreciate your business.

Liked the store. Childrens books and puzzles as well as used book. Not your run of the mill used books, but some good collectables.

I love this book store/gift shop. The owners are gracious and a boon to our community. They host authors and can find just about any book old or new that one might want.

The Proprietors of this wonderful book shop love their books and it shows. They take the time and effort to wrap hardback books in mylar jackets there are modern books as well as those from antiquity. Aside from books they have intellectual puzzles and fun ephemera for people of all ages. Novel Ideas is a wonderful and strange and lovely place

They are helping me to get a certain Bible study Book. Very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice time because the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to go
