Suzanne at Calico Corners Deerfield is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She would not take my call to answer a question due to the fact that I had problems with their Hunter Douglas installer. Do not purchase from this location! THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!!!

Nice fabrics and nice associates but unconscionably poor service and unbelievable lack of communications. Was awaiting revised order but never received it and never received responses from sales associate to multiple follow up emails sent over more than one month. Contacted her manager (twice) who said the associate would be in touch but she never responded. So, took my business to a different retailer.
