Very nice sales person...i believe his name was Matt.. knowledgeable... not pushy..he understood our needs.. now were waiting for the mattress itself to be delivered.. Ill update my review later..

Matt was very helpful and friendly. We just purchased our 2nd mattress from them and have been pleased with the customer service and the mattresses. My only wish is that they would still offer the pillow top mattress, foam is now the only option and it is not as plush.

Horrible experience - you are basically buying an air mattress for 7000.00- Dont fall for the 100 day return portion - they take back the cheap air chambers and leave you stuck with the base that is the most expensive part . I called the store and was told to call 800 number for a manager - called and he did nothing .

Janis and I experienced a Sleep Number bed at a hotel and when it came time to replace our mattress we immediately considered learning more by visiting the Northbrook, IL store. Our Sleep Expert Monique Wilburn asked us about our sleep preferences and then set us up for a demo and explained how the mattress is designed to give both of us a custom fit. The bed did all of that plus I fell asleep during the demo. Monique made our shopping and purchasing experiences very enjoyable from choosing the right mattress and features, estimating the options to arranging for delivery and installation. She made it a fun and now we can’t wait till it’s installed!Thank you Monique you are truly a Sleep Number PRO !!

Mike was so friendly and welcoming first off. He asked about my needs and found the right pillows for us. He explained everything about the down and fiber filled and helped me decide since there is a significant price difference and explained the warranty and estimated lifespan. So far I’m impressed with the product. I feel like my neck is realigning itself the first day I was stiff and sore but day 4 I’m much better and feel better so there’s something to this. Anyways ask for mike he’s super nice to work with and very personable. I wish all salespeople were that friendly. I will definitely be going back to buy more pillows.

Mike was awesome! He took the time to evaluate which pillows would work for me based on issues I had with my neck and how I should be aligned. Really pleasant staff!

Sales people were beyond pushy. It was like trying to buy a car. And then the guy called once a week to see if I was coming back.
