We had a great experience at this store. Irena was our salesperson who helped us and she was very knowledgeable. She was not pushy at all but rather seemed genuinely interested in us getting the right mattress. We went twice and she spent about an hour with us each visit. We ended up buying the Luxe Breeze. Excited to try it. If you are looking for a positive mattress shopping experience we highly recommend this store and ask for Irena!

BUYER BEWARE- I made a $10k purchase a little over a month ago and I was told my bed would ship in 5-10 days. Completely not true. I have an invoice but my bed hasn’t been delivered. It’s the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. I have decided to cancel my order after reading all the social media complaints. I was told I couldn’t speak to a manager and it would take 72 hours for them to call with no guarantee I would even get a call. Spend your money where they appreciate their customers. People are very dissatisfied. Worst Customer Experience!!

It was a great experience! Irena was very knowledgeable, patient, and gave us enough time and space to try different options. We felt like she was genuinely helping us to make the right choice for us, and we really appreciated it. The store was clean and provided a paper sheet for us to lay down on. We were told that itd take 3-5 weeks for delivery (not controlled by Tempur-Pedic), but we received it in 5 days (couldve received in 3 days)!! Amazing experience! Thank you, Irena.

Irena was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and helped us buy the mattress of our dreams. The location was very clean and a very pleasant experience overall. My husband and i were back and forth between a tempurpedic and sleep number and the tempurpedic was hands down the best mattress and support for us both.

He explained each of the models, which ones would fit our body types/sleep preferences, and even which ones we could get for our senior parents. My wife and I visited this Tempur-Pedic store on June 21st to check out some mattresses that we had been looking at online. We were helped by Irena and her colleague who made the entire experience quite pleasurable. We have a young toddler who is quite the explorer, so we were worried that we might not get the proper time to experience each mattress. However, both Irena and her colleague helped keep our little one entertained while we laid on each mattress as much as we desired. Irena was also very knowledgeable in the mattresses and was able to answer all of our questions. We also didnt feel pressured to make an immediate purchase decision which was nice. Overall, we both highly recommend this store and are excited for our new mattress.

The sales reps both were helpful. Irena was knowledgeable and took time to explain the different options available to me, sometimes explaining twice because I asked in order to make certain I understood. There was no pressure for me to buy anything I didn’t need. She just provided information. Even though I had planned to check out other mattress stores, I didn’t because I had received all the information I needed. I decided to make my purchase at the Deerfield store.

The team at this store, led by Rebecca in her role as Manager, is really superb. All the things a customer needs in a store like this: patience, real product knowledge, no pushiness, willingness to understand individual customer needs, and some real personality! It has been a great pleasure to deal with Rebecca, especially, who impressed me from the first conversation. The nature of their business--sell big ticket items through a consultative process--makes it so important to have the qualities Rebecca and team exhibit. I dont know about other mattress stores (because by design one fortunately only has to buy a mattress every 6-10 years) but these folks really do it right.

Loved our experience at the store. Irene explained us the difference between all the mattresses in detail. Gave us all the information to go over. We returned to the same store to order our mattress. Rob was great and helped us through the process. He went over all the information that was important.Would highly recommend the store!Update on delivery: our mattress was delivered but it has dust stains on it and creases. Really disappointed with Tempur- Pedic that they would send such a product when you pay such a high amount for a mattress, it looks used to me. I contacted the store and they were super helpful, hence I am deducting only 1 star for Tempur- Pedic for their delivery. I would still highly recommend the awesome staff at the store!

Purchased our first Tempurpedic, bought the Pro-Breeze Medium with the Ease adjustable frame. OMG. We were told to give it 30 days to make sure we liked it, but in all honesty, we loved it the first night. This mattress is the best I have ever slept on. Its like it knows every single inch of my body and works to hold me just right when sleeping. When I wake up in the morning I feel like my back is not tight at all, and it feels wonderfully stretched out and loose. This bed will improve your sleep. Also highly recommend the adjustable frame. Wasnt a fan at first, but so glad we got it. Helps tremendously when reading and sleeping. Well worth it.Wanted to also send a shout-out to Shayne, the Store Manager, who spent so much time with us helping us to select the right mattress, and he followed the purchase all the way through delivery and set-up to make sure we were entirely happy. Shayne, thank you! We are loving this mattress, and in all honestly, after dinner, I start to count the hours until I can lay in this bed. Its amazing!

Best experience! Ive been dealing with some terrible neck pain for the last couple of months, so I was looking for something comfy and affordable and went in around Thanksgiving. Rebecca, the manager, was super helpful and so friendly! She really knew her stuff and answered all my questions so I would def recommend shopping with her. She showed me their cloud pillows and I actually ended up buying one for my bf as well because they were just SO comfy, and feel amazing and my neck pain has gone done significantly since :)

The sales men made me feel like I was at a car lot being pushed to buy a car I didn’t want.But your employees at your Deerfield store are so different. They don’t make you feel like they’re salesmen. One guy stood out the most. Shayne went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. And boy is the bed comfortable! We came into the Deerfield Tempur-Pedic mattress store intending to have it as the first place of several we would shop at for a new mattress.Irena greeted us, asked about what we were hoping to find and showed us the number of Tempur-Pedic choices and options; and we decided to forget going to other stores. I purchased a temperpedic bed awhile ago and was using standard sheets. I stopped in the Deerfield store to check out sheets just because I was out of the house for a change. I had no idea of the quality of these sheets until my salesman Rob explained. Rob was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about as I ended up buying TWO sets of sheets. Not only are the sheets high quality but they fit the bed perfectly. And, I always used to struggle putting my sheets on but temperpedic sheets have different colored straps so you put it on right the first time. I was hesitant to buy the sheets as they were expensive but highly recommend them. Thank you Rob - Im extremely happy with my purchase and you have a customer for life.

I purchased a Pro Adapt Soft with adjustable Ease Base and absolutely love this bed. I am a side sleeper and this bed is perfect for me. I never wake up anymore with sore hips are back. The adjustable bed allows me to rest before falling asleep in zero gravity position alleviating swollen feet and sore muscles. Love this bed and highly recommended for those that sleep on their side or struggle with bone pain!

Then went to the company store in Deerfield to buy an adjustable base and Shayne and the staff could not be more helpful. I’ve been in sales all my life and these guys represented what Customer Service is all about. It’s worth the extra few bucks for the brand!!

Shayne made the whole experience of buying a bed, which is normally a pain, just terrific.Furthermore,, whereas most salesmen will try to drive a customer to a more expensive product line, Shayne actually guided us with impartial advice to a type of Tempur-Pedic that was more suitable to our needs and liking, saving us nearly $1,000 in the process. Thats the hallmark of a salesman who truly has the customers needs at heart and who can be fully trusted.If you need the best bed on the market then buy a Tempur-Pedic. If you want the best advice and fairest price, then buy the bed from Shayne. But move fast -- a guy like Shayne wont be on the showroom floor for very long.
