Great straightforward offerings based on my needs and priorities. Very open with options to save, and knowledgeable in response to questions. I really appreciated Michael’s willingness to hop on the phone and check the district inventory for other stores both for the mattresses and delivery times. Only downside was when considering options for a mattress cover to guard against any unwanted house guests (first apartment in Chicago on the horizon) there weren’t many options, and the one on hand was not the most cost effective. I went in today to buy a mattress and had the easiest shopping experience. I was dreading buying a new mattress because I assumed Id have a pushy salesperson who would not only not be knowledgeable but would also try to talk me into a more expensive bed. None of that happened! I was helped by Malcolm, who was the nicest, most knowledgeable, professional, and helpful salesman. He explained so much about the different models and details of each. I was out the door in less than an hour and my new mattress set is being delivered tomorrow! Completely recommend this location and a huge thanks to Malcolm for making the entire experience the opposite of what I was expecting and dreading.

I do not enjoy shopping for and making large purchases - especially mattresses - because I get overwhelmed by all of the options, etc. Thankfully Kyle really helped me sort through the options at different price points, explaining the benefits to certain mattresses versus others. Tom & Bruce are awesome guys! I stopped at this location because it is near where work and I felt instantly comfortable not only on the mattress that Tom suggested, but with the no pressure, honest, personable overall experience. These guys are not out there to make a fast sale, they really care about their customers and their needs. It took me 3 visits to make a decision (Serta Iseries hybrid mattress & fully adjustable bed) and each visit I was there for several hours. I just loved my bed and a duplicate. Only it was discontinued. After researching she found a brand that was comparable. 5 hours later I had to cancel the order, which included two sets of twin beds.
