***BUYER BEWARE***This is the worst furniture company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed 2 separate orders with them. The first one for my bar area for tables and chairs in May of 2021. The second order was placed in July of 2021 for booth for the main dining room. The first order I was told all items were in stock and that they would ship out in 2-3 weeks. The first order was messed up and they sent the wrong tables after I had told the salesperson I need 4 top tables. They sent 2 top tables. When I questioned them and told them they need to be replaced I was told I had to pay for return freight and a 30% restocking fee and I was still waiting on the chairs. The chairs finally came in the 1st of October 6 months later.The second order was for booth for the main dining room. Remember those were ordered in July with a lead time of 6 weeks. They finally came in 4 months later. And everyone of them have a small tear in the top. Waiting to see what they are going to do on replace or fix the tears. I’ll never buy from them again if you need furniture find another company to deal with. It will save you headaches in the end

They are scham, Be careful they not exist on the map not exist real store all fake and scham beware!!!!

Was told that the tops I would be purchasing would be in-stock. NOT THE CASE. 1 week later when I followed up for tracking I was told this hand not shipped yet and I would be emailed a confirmation at the end of the day. No confirmation, called again and finally received an email that my order would ship 4 WEEKS after it was placed. VERY disappointing considering I had an install team based on the first time when I was told this would ship within a few days. NOT helpful on the phones in trying to have this picked up sooner via my own carrier, just excuses.

Their whole warranty policy is a joke. I have corresponding messages about how the warranty is 3 years, we had some legs break on some chairs I tried to get them replaced and all of a sudden the warranty is only for one year. We will definitely never order from the company again in the future!

After months of searching or quality furniture for our restaurant we finally found a match. We tried shopping locally to no avail. I eventually made the decision to purchase online. I must admit in the past I have had some bad experiences when dealing with online and I was hesitant because I didnt want to turn this into big headache. I must say however, that I was pleasantly surprised to see just how easy it was to do business with this company. Their website had a fantastic selection items. I was even more shocked at the prices. I was easily able to buy everything that I needed and at the same time I was under my budget by 200 dollars. The layout was very easy to navigate and the customer service was very friendly as well. I made my purchases and within a week my furniture was at my door. I will definitely being buying from here again

This guys came in pretty handy just exactly what I needed. Im a big lover of wood finishes I love the tables cabinets and most other properties I buy to have a touch of wood or purely wood.The good quality of the wood finishes has really highlighted the white paint on the wall. Im so in love with you guys, you just give exactly what I want and fast. Thumb up guys.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a coffee table at Restaurant Furniture! The salesperson was very helpful. The quality of the furniture was impressive and stylish. As great as this coffee table looked in their website, it looked even more incredible in my living room, fitting in perfectly with my other furniture. Charged us an extra $180 in shipping AFTER they delivered, after we had already paid shipping and handling. Just a regular shopping center/storefront where we have frequent deliveries. No notification, invoice or receipt was sent. We just found the charge on our credit card statement. Pretty unusual.

Their website is easy to use and they shipped out my order fast. They have good prices, but they dont ship to consumers and there is a minimum number of items you have to buy for them to ship to you. Its just for businesses and they dont ship to residential addresses.

Im very happy with the quick ship booths I ordered. Just as advertised, they were shipped out right away, with no hassles and arrived in the 10 days. They are really comfortable and the quality is great. One of the reasons I went with them is because they website said they were made in the USA, so I felt confident the quality would be good. I also bought some solid wood table tops (also made in the US). The finish on the table tops is beautiful! I think Their prices are very reasonable too.

The customer service rep. that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He gave me some good advice on what kind of chairs to buy. They had so many to choose from and it was hard to decide. He also directed me to the help section on their website which had some good seating plans.

This is a good site for restaurant furniture. I bought some bar stools from them and they look great. They prices are low too. Too bad they only ship to businesses and not to homes, I would like to have one of their booths in my kitchen.

Just ordered a three channel booth, unlike most stores online where youll have to look for the particular one thatll fit your designs, restaurantfurniture provided me options to customize just what I needed. From size color everything. Looks like it has pretty nice quality. Nice customer service ready to help anytime. I recommend as a perfect design option. Ill watch the booths I bought it quality is strong I would definitely use again to furnish my further expansions around the country.

I ordered some tables from them and one of them arrived a little scratched. I guess it must have happened during shipping. When I called to complain, I was expecting them to give me the runaround or to blame it on the shipper. But they were very nice about it. They just told me to send a picture and they quickly picked up the table and sent a new one out right away. So nice to find good customer service.

I placed an order and was told a rep would call me within 3 hours of placing the order, 5 days later after no correspondence except a confirmation email I called and after a rather long phone call with them looking for my order, I was told that they cant fulfill my order. I had a deadline in which I needed to receive my furniture which was missed due to no communication in regards to hey, we cant fill your order.

DO NOT order from this company! Incredibly un professional and NOT customer friendly. If you cannot rely on them to deliver in your timeframe DO NOT order from them. Read the other BAD reviews and cancelled our order within 36 hrs of placing it! Wish I would have read the reviews first - Please learn from my lesson!

The leg of one of my chairs in my order was broken. Everything else was fine. When I contacted customer service, they were really helpful and picked up the damaged chair and had a new one sent out to me right away. I would do business with them again.

Horrendous customer service. Do yourself a favor and dont order from this company! They sent me the wrong chairs and would not fix their mistake. Try and call their customer service and they do nothing to help...wont even let you explain the problem, just tell you to email customer service. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I ordered furniture for my store on May 9th. It is Aug 4th, and I have called over a dozen times, with more than half a dozen “confirmed” delivery times, and it hasn’t shown up on any of them. When I call, I am out on hold typically over an hour, hung up on, transferred and more. They still can’t tell me where the furniture is, or when it will arrive, and my store grand opening is this week. A real testament to scamming and unprofessional business. BUYER BEWARE.

We ordered new table tops, chairs and bases for our remodel. Took forever to get the product and when we did three of the table tops were damaged. After half a dozen phone conversations on trying to get them replaced, the owner wanted to pick them up and try and fix them rather than replace them. That was six weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. The products are just ok. We needed another order of chairs but decided to go elsewhere because of the poor customer service. We will not be ordering any further products from this company.

The free shipping on the 24 chairs I ordered helped save me a lot and they were delivered fast.

Dreadful experience. Ordered maple butcher-block table tops with 2 stripes of walnut wood to be added in glue-up.- Did not receive butcher block tops (typically narrow stripes of wood 1-1.5 wide. Received wide boards about 4-5; grade D maple meaning it is not blonde but has dark blotches, red discoloration, and many irregularities.- Did not receive 2 strips of walnut wood! Instead they decided to stain the maple a dark color. Apparently Cliff who took my order failed to communicate that we wanted real walnut wood in which we paid a premium for. And the stain job was horrible. The finishers used masking tape and did not even bother to press edges for clean stain line. Dark stain is bleeding out into natural wood. Thank you Cliff!- customer service was horrible. First I was told to wait 5-6 days to process complaint. Than after a week called to find out complaint had not been processed to other department. Another 5-6 days went by to find out the person managing complaint Rita had let the company. Was referred to owner of company Jeff who does not bother to return an email about complaints.Extremely upset at quality, and service. We lost thousands of dollars with this order, trying to open new restaurant in Boston. Do your research and order from a quality manufacturer who stands behind there product. The price makes a difference. Thank you Cliff, Rita and Jeff for ruining our faith in American manufacturing.

Will most definetly not be dealing with this company ever again . Oredered new table tops and chairs . Most table tops where scratched . One of the chairs legs where bent backwards and a total of 4 chairs where missing from the order and where paid for . When contacted customer service, they asked me to email them what I had just said and that they would get back to me . I waited a month and half to get a response from them . I called and emailed them on a daily basis untill I finally got a response from management stating that I received exactly what I had ordered . In the email they included some bogus photos of two boxes leaving their loading dock and that it was proof that all the items ordered where in the shipment . They offered to refund the one chair that was heavily damaged as goodwill on their part but never mentionned anything about the missing chairs . I told them they could keep the money because obviously they needed it way more than I did .

The worst customer service EVER!!!!!!They sent me the wrong product, I have paid $350 for the freight and they are ignoring my emails and callings because they dont want to send me the label to return the stools and they dont have the right one to send me either!!Is unbelievable how unprofessional and dishonest at all is that company. DONT TRUST them, dont do the same mistake as I did.Is being a nightmare for me because I have 6 huge boxes in my kitchen without enough space to storage them, waiting form them to do something for me for almost a month and they say that they cant do anything, they have no answer for me, to email the owner and of course the owner never reply!!!

Any good reviews here may be fake. Dont just walk....RUN from this company. We ordered 9 small round tables. 2 were square, 1 was the wrong size, and 1 was badly scratched before packing. We contacted them to get the order corrected and to order even more of the correct tables. Instead, we are offered 50% refund on the tables we didnt order and cant use.....AND THEN refused to make the order right or provide refund. After getting hostile with our staff they made it very clear they were not interested in operating with any kind of integrity or even allowing us to speak with a manager. We were shocked that a business can be this terrible to work with. I wonder how many others have had to do charge backs on credit cards due to fraud like this.

Excellent quality and beautiful design

Buyer beware! these guys will say anything. true or not. I was promised my order delivered in 14 days, its now day 45 and they can not tell me when the items will be shipped. I have received 4 emails saying the items are shipping, but this has not been true. They have several thousands of my dollars and all I have is empty promises and no place for my customers to sit or eat. Small detail but frustrating, the call center is either in a foreign county or their employees here in the US have a heavy accent and do not have a good grasp of the English language. Very Frustrating.
