Had bad previous experiences at T-Mobile so I was not excited to go in the store and switch carriers... holly was able to help us and she did a great job and made switching super easy! So far service is a lot better than T-Mobile

I was an AT&T customer for nearly 10 years before my phone broke and it was cheaper to order a replacement through Virgin Mobile and get free phone service over the past year. Unfortunately, I got what I paid for with them, so when that phone broke I went back to AT&T and I honestly feel like Ive come home. The call quality has been infinitely better and I can actually hear people on the phone.I ordered my phone online through AT&T but ran into issues with activation. I stopped in the store to see if they could help me and they were friendly, helpful, and committed to making sure my account got sorted out and in working order by the time I left. Ive consistently had good experiences with AT&T store staff at other locations and this store provided the same excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Melissa Hartle. IMHO, she is a shining example of what a Sales Rep. should be in any industry.After dealing with several AT&T Reps over the last few weeks regarding a new phone/service, I would recommend that whomever is in charge of training Customer/Sales Reps at AT&T go to this location immediately and study how the job is suppose to be done. Then, pay her an exorbitant amount of money to train everyone in that company on what it takes to create a raving fan. Outstanding! 5 Stars for Melissa!

This is by far one of the best at&t stores Ive been to. Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend this location to anyone with at&t or directv services or anyone looking to switch to another carrier.

Everytime we have gone to this store we have gotten poor service at best. Today when attempting to go in during posted hours the doors were locked. I called the store and there was no answer and no voicemail. I will avoid this store like the plague unless drastic changes are made.

Wanted to go get a new phone today but they were closed when i got there at noon. not happy and will never go here again

Unfortunately this store sold a $600 phone to an international student at OWU and then put the charge on our account without our authorization. True story. Still waiting for the manager to respond.

The guys at this store are great! They joked around with me while they were setting up my phone! I may even switch to the DTV service after the way they explained the benefits!

I recently made the switch to AT&T and the experience has been nothing short of exemplary. The young representatives in this location navigated me through the deluge of promotions, information, and multiple processes. Everything was simplified for me and I felt great walking away from it all.

The peoples work there are not very friendly at all!! The stores should training the employees be more courtesy to a customer that who the one that paid their salary!! But they dont think that way?

Utterly useless unless you bought the phone directly from them. Even then, they cant help with anything at all, except for selling you accessories.Unless you want to buy a phone (and probably get a worse deal than at a corporate store) - just drive down to polaris.Edit 3/23/19: Not open during posted hours, at 10:45am on a saturday. Wish I could give a negative rating.
