What an amazing asset this business is for the people of Delaware. My Lenovo laptop ended up with no indication of power and as expected, it turned out to be a mother board failure. After options were presented, I took the advice of the owner to think about it and decided to replace it with a new laptop. Although he spent time diagnosing the problem, pulling the hard drive to assist me in recovering a few critical files, making great recommendations and answering questions, he was not going to charge me because no repair was made. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

A new disk was stuck inside my BluRay player. While the gentleman behind the counter was handling a calller with an issue, he quickly solved the stuck disk issue, tested the machine and put it back together. All this in less than five minutes! My wife brought her phone in for a cracked screen repair. After examining the phone she was told it was the screen saver that was cracked. The owner explained where and how to procure a replacement. He could have easily taken in the phone for a few days replaced the screen saver and charged for a screen. He is an ethical provider you can trust.

I took my Iphone to Apple Store and Verizon store. They both told me there was no hope to recover my phone. Tech Medic was able to power phone within an hour of dropping it off. What a GREAT Experience !! I had a electronic deceive for a gun safe, There was a broken wire and didnt appear any way to fix it. Within 15 minutes, fixed, and a good as new. GREAT customer experience.

Did a fantastic job helping me get a badly broken iPhone in working order. I had been told by Apple that it would need a factory reset and all my photos would be lost in the process (I did not have them backed up, lesson learned!)...I took it to Tech Medic and he was confident he could get it working again so I could get the photos off of it. He did just as he said and I am so relieved to have the photos! Thank you!

Also, we had just bought screen protectors and he went above and beyond putting them on our phones free of charge. So nice and really good at what he does. TL:DR Super impressed with the repair and great customer service! Great, reasonable pricing and overall a very professional and friendly environment!Was all down and out from dropping my brand new Nexus 6P Into the pond while I was bass-fishing . Totally submerged and was down under for more time than I would care to admit. Coming home in a panic I did one of the worst things one can do with a phone that houses water inside of it.. Turning it on and messing with it. Thinking it was fine and with no issues I began to quickly realize this was a mistake due to the behavior of my phone it began to act very strangely. I quickly did some google searching and discovered a local place near me called Tech Medic Repair and at a later time in the evening sent an email asking some questions and almost immediately got a reply, with info on how this shop handles water damaged phones. The next day I was in the parking lot at the opening time of 10 a.m and was greeted in a friendly manner and my phone was given a quick diagnostic and I was told more about the process of how the owner Dave handles phones that possess water damage. I left my phone with him and after spending my shift nervously awaiting the news about the fate of my phone. Dave comes to my place of work and I am told that my phone is fixed and working properly and how there was actually water still in my phone and it was causing corrosion and a card to short out. Dave said he cleaned the parts all up and made sure it was all dry. Got it back together and perfectly functional with no issues! I am currently playing games and messaging my friends on my fully functional Nexus 6P that got a bath in the pond behind the YMCA just a few days prior! Very happy with it and If I have any more issues with it or my other devices I know where Ill be going!

My husband went there a year ago with a great experience and when I needed an emergency Apple i phone glass repair and wanted to get in on the new replacement battery plan... called him up. He gave me a consult that laid out info about Apple and a warranty that I otherwise would have known nothing about (almost convincing me to go back to Apple and he would make no money). I decided to let him fix the phone and he gave me all the parts back so if later the Apple product would fail he could swap back in the old parts so I could take it back to Apple. A+ service. When I picked up the phone not 1 hour later like new... he then told me what case I should purchase (which he sold but a few bucks cheaper online which he suggested). What more can you ask for? Service, Quality, and Price! HAPPY!

I walked in expecting to pay over $100 for an ipad repair. He explained the process to but after looking at the ipad he was able to fix the issue in a few moments and didnt charge me.
